In regards to me "piping in" after the argument, thats just not true at all. You were both arguing currently when i first asked what was going on. I then explained the rules to you both, and asked for the discussion to end because you were being trolly and disrespectful. You didnt end the argument as requested and continued to argue with the other player. You openly admitted to stealing a players boat. I asked you to return the boat, which was ignored. I then bought a boat for the player, out of my own networth. He was at the oilrig before you, fighting scientists, so he is entitled to loot. Also, you never once mentioned what was taken from you, as you say. You said a crate was taken. There is no way of me to know if thats true, or what was in the crate. On the other hand, you openly admitting to stealing a players boat is evidence enough for me to issue the in-game warning.

Offender: baby_snake Battlemetrics Steam Server: EU Scourge Time: 16:52 Length: Permanent Reason: Player Disrespect More Info (Optional): baby_snake had place well over 120 small signs which was causing players and myself to have major lag/crashing for Packet flooding. I approached the player over voice chat. I explained to him what that many signs in a small area can do. The player instantly got on the defensive and started speaking aggressively. When i explained to him what issues so many small signs can cause, he started shouting and said "F*** you and f*** your server" Player was warned on the 28th of August 2021 also for lewd and disrespectful language towards other players. I decided to issue a ban due to this incident but also the players history of disrespectful remarks and behaviour.

Thank you for taking the time to appeal. On the 25th of January you had a 3 day ban for Toxicity and Theft. Over the last couple of weeks i and other admins have witnessed multiple cases of you being Toxic towards players and stealing from others. on 08th of May you were issued a final warning for Stealing from another player. on the 14th of May you first were extremely toxic towards a player at a Garrison event. Garrison events are meant to be shared and enjoyed by everyone. I have explained this to you multiple times, i also tranlsated it to your native language for you to make sure you understand it but your behaviour did not change. Shortly after the Garrison incident you then prodeced to steal loot crates from 2 players Personal Helicopters. Stealing and toxicity are against our server rules and will not be tolerated therefore the ban will not be lifted. I hope you find a server better suited to your playstyle and i wish you the best of luck. Other admins have witnessed him stealing from Garrisons he didn't participate in. When approached regarding the stealing, he was disrespectful towards the admin in question. Was giving another warning and noted that a ban will be issued on the next Occurrence of stealing. On 14/May/2021 it was reported to me that the player had been toxic at a Garrsion, and i also observed this in BM chat logs. Later that same day, the player stole loot crates from a personal heli. Ban implemented as the player has had multiple verbal and official warnings and his behaviour has not changed on the server.

Id love to see bigger Zombie Hoards, that could potentially damage your base without the right defences, also crazier zombies with more hp. At the moment the zombies are too easy to kill.
