Get your hammer on! We're hosting a build contest for all players on the (US) Scourge server. Build an original winter or festive holiday-themed place and win prizes for next wipe. The build can be anything you chose: Your base, tower,  a public shop, community center or any space you choose to create that has a winter or holiday theme.

RULES & INFO:

• To enter, reply to this forum thread and include a screenshot of your build and provide the map grid location. 
• Builds must be posted here by midnight (EST) Sunday, December 16, 2018.
• Admins will judge contest builds and host an event to tour the contest builds between December 17 and 19.
• Players must maintain the tool cupboard (TC) during the contest to ensure no decay prior to midnight (EST) on December 26th.   

PRIZES:

Winner will be chosen by admin voting and prizes handed out to players during the January 2019 wipe.

• 1st place:   $10 RustEZ store credit
• 2nd place:    $5 RustEZ store credit
• 3rd place:       5 supply signals

Some good news for all the Halloween enthusiasts on Scourge:

~ We will extend night time hours for the last few days in October to enjoy the lighting, fog and Halloween stuff.
~ I'm working on an event that will include group tours of these amazing builds. I hope to set specific times for this on the 29 & 30.

Please post your screenshot and map location in this thread. Don't worry about posting details before your build is done. Everyone has until midnight (EST) October 28 to finish working on it.

I would like to suggest longer night cycles for the last 5 days of October on the US Scourge server.

Because, spooky stuff is better in the dark.

That is a great suggestion. I would love to see the stack size upped for this item!

I still think night cycles are just a wee bit too short (for this server) and would like to see duration extended some.

Request for recycler @ 022 (close to p22 grid). If I'm not online, along the back wall with the other tools is great. ty!

I'm enjoying the server, thanks! One of the reasons I wanted to try it out is to find a more challenging experience. My suggestion would be to include fewer mods (or downgrade some) to keep it a constant challenge. Things like No VIP perks (recycle/drop), fewer set homes allowed, basic loot tables, no pipes. Even a max number of revives per 24 hours  -- or make revive number 2+ so darn expensive to buy that an in-game death is something you seriously have to work hard to avoid.

I also like the other suggestions for upping zombie spawn rates and night hordes.

I had to leave for the event for work, so I only have one screenshot.
