I'm glad you found your way to Scourge! Congratulations to you and your wife on the new addition to your family. Good luck with the lighting. AlrightyThen sometimes puts on an electrical school event which is very helpful.

Think you have what it takes to earn the title of Top Bow Hunter on RustEZ Scourge?

OBJECTIVE:  Capture the longest distance zombie kill with any bow weapon.

Players on all RustEZ Scourge servers (AU, EU and US) will have from Monday, July 8 to Wednesday, July 31 to submit their best zombie kill shots.

RULES FOR ZOMBIE HUNTERS:

• Upload a full-sized screenshot that clearly shows the hit in the kill feed.  No cropping or editing.
• You may use a Compound Bow, Crossbow or Hunting Bow (any arrow type) for the July Zombie Hunter Challenge.
• You can work in pairs/groups but only the player name shown in the kill feed can enter the screenshot.
• Yes, capturing and posting the screenshot is required...
• No cheating or being dishonest: You will be disqualified from this and all future monthly server challenges.

AWARDS:

• The First Place Zombie Bow Hunter will  receive a supply signal  AND a Golden Egg wipe day in August.
• Second and Third place hunters will each receive a supply signal to use on wipe day in August.
• A random July challenge participant will also win a supply signal, so be sure to post in this forum thread! 

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES:

Winners are announced in this forum thread prior to the new wipe.  If you win, simply ask an admin in-game for your prize after the server restarts on wipe day in August.

US-Scourge Kill-A-Watt Event ~ Sunday 30th at 5pm ET

Join us Sunday for an electrifying time on US Scourge! In this revamped, gruesome game show-style event, players are locked in their own space. Each room is wired up and connected to a random numbered switch on the board. Players take turns picking a switch to try and eliminate the other contestants.

Choose wisely! You could very well pick your own door switch!

How The Event Works:

• Players join the event with an empty inventory and no access to backpacks.
• The first 12 players to successfully grab a room will play for prizes.
• Once all of the seats have been filled, hosts will start the game.
• During the game players select a number 1-36 (that remains, of course) until everyone has been killed, except for the final player.
• Contestants are eliminated when their confined space is lit up and they arrive at centre stage to meet their fate.

There is up to three rounds of play with max 12 people each round (depending on total number of event participants). Players who win EZ store credit in one round cannot play another round. Players waiting for a chance to claim a participant seat must remain in the audience. Exact prizes and number of rounds will be announced prior to event start time.

All players are welcome to join the event as prizes may be redeemed on any RustEZ server for July wipe.

Total event time is approximately 1 hour. See you in the Scourge event area on Sunday!

Yeah try adding elevation to increase the distance (i.e. sniper tower)

Come on down! You're the next contestant on Let's Make a Deal, Scourge! The game show where players win big, go home a loser, or are killed on stage in front of the live studio audience.

The Rules are Simple...

Twelve contestants from the studio audience will be randomly chosen have a chance to join Scourge hosts on stage. You will be offered a mystery item and given the choice to keep the item and walk away (*cough* stay alive) or trade it in for a prize locked in a chest or behind a door on the stage.

When players choose to make a deal with the host hey don't know if they are trading up for a better item (like a high-value weapon or $10 RustEZ store credit) or if the trade in will be a "NULLER" (slang for a bad trade or an instant death prize).

Let's Make a Deal, Scourge, will run Sunday, June 09 from 8 to 9 pm Eastern. Hosts will be available 15 minutes prior to show time. Players from other servers are always welcome to join us – as game show participants or audience members. Some prizes, like the RustEZ store credits can be redeemed on any of the servers.

Get Ready!

Help Scourge hosts out by doing a few things in advance of event start time:

• Arrive with basic clothes, food and water only. Leave valuables at your base. 
• Scourge admins will teleport everyone to 'Studio 3' prior to show time!
• If you want to gather in Discord (US-Scourge chat), please join voice chat early and have Push-to-Talk (PTT) enabled.  
• Make sure you have signs turned on in your game options. (Game Options > Censorship > Hide Signs *OFF*).

2.    You must secure your own Bolt Action Rifle to enter the challenge.  Ammo & attachments are your choice.
3.    You can build sniper towers or work in pairs/groups but only the player name shown in the kill feed can enter the screenshot.
4.    Yes, capturing and posting the screen is required (see #1).
5.    No cheating or being dishonest: You will be disqualified from this and all future monthly server challenges.

Summer summer summertime
Time to sit back and unwind.

Get your sunglasses and scuba tanks on  -- although, nekkid with a fishing pole is fine, too! We're hosting a summer build contest for all players on the US-Scourge server. Build an original "summer home" on the server and enter to win prizes for next wipe.

Build Requirements:

The build should be summer home themed (think base on a lake, a summer cottage or even a river fishing shack). Players can enter their main base, hangout, public shop, fishing shack or a community area – basically, anything that fits the summer home theme. The only real "requirement" for this contest is that the build must border both land and water in some way.

Rules & Info:

• To enter, reply to this forum thread and include a screenshot of your build and provide the map grid location. Post the details early so players and admins can follow your build progress.
• Once you have posted here, ask an admin for your build package. The build package contains a few in-game items and resources that you may choose to use in your build.
• Builds must be posted here by midnight (ET) Sunday, June 23, 2019. Admins will view contest builds and offer player tours of the builds between June 25 and 26.
• Players must maintain the tool cupboard (TC) during the contest to ensure no decay prior to midnight (ET) on June 26, 2019.

Winner will be chosen by admin voting and prizes handed out to winners for the July 2019 wipe.
