  1. The number of zombies per grid was recently decreased, although I'm not sure it has been raised again yet. The number of zombies on the map has always been a point of contention, as a large amount of bodies usually brings more lag. This was especially noticeable in places like Bandit Camp, where the bandits were almost always shooting trying as zombies just kept flooding in. As for their pathing, I don't think that's something that can be fixed by a server owner. I think our zombies are modified slightly, but the zombies are actually built into the game itself, pretty sure we're just using a plugin to have them constantly enabled. The zombies follow similar, if not the same, pathing as other AI, like Animals or Scientists. Where a map is procedurally generated and so is the AI's pathing on the map, the pathing for any random combination of player buildings on top of that map is not pathed. If possible to do, I like this.

  3. I and several other players on US Scourge were discussing ideas on how to prevent the Bradley from being so heavily camped, and here's a conglomeration of the ideas I gathered to help with that. (If Possible...) Tweak Bradley to Spawn with a rate more equivalent to Cargoship or Patrol Heli (or more often, as necessary). Potential for Leveling system like the Patrol Heli, giving more loot or better loot at a higher level. Maybe even harder to kill at a higher level, forcing more resources, and potentially teamwork. (This could work well alongside the damage-loot script, whenever it's re-implemented.) Icon on the HUD when it's active, like the Heli, CH47, and etc, and a chat announcement when it spawns (so people don't need to sit inside Launch Site, they can just wait on the announcement). Obviously I don't know if any of this is possible, but if they're all working together, I do believe it would solve the camping issue that (at least) US Scourge seems to have.
  4. Start of the wipe, me and 3 friends built a house in Y23, kinda halfway up a hill. Sometime within the last few days, we've had a new neighbor build closeby, but a little further down our hill. That neighbor decided to build a Heli Tower on their house, and height-wise, this tower intersects with the upper levels of my house. My house, mind you, is made of wood, and has several elements that were left in the open outside. I have reason to believe that my new neighbor, fighting the heli in their tower, has managed to inadvertently damage my house. Most noticably, I came online today and am missing 34 out of 36 water barrels that were on my roof, and the remaining 2 barrels were heavily damaged (I picked them up with a salvaged hammer to keep from losing them). I also noticed damage to some Lights and Fluid Switches & Pumps, on the same side of my house. What exactly are the rules regarding Heli fights near or around someone else's bases, and how does that effect me and my living situation here? It seems to me like my neighbor has caused undue damage to my property, and I'd personally like for them to be asked to make a Heli Tower somewhere else (somewhere higher up, and where the Heli isn't going to loose a stray rocket into the heart of my home...). Edit: Would like to mention that this neighbor lives very close, and we could maybe squeeze a single TC into a small gap between building zones, if we're lucky.
  5. I've been hearing from a few of the staff/admins/etc regarding the multiple warnings on my account, revolving around the use of the word "gay." I'm not here to make excuses, I'm here to apologize for what I said. I'm sorry. I never meant to speak with ill-intention of the word or throw it at someone as a derogatory label. Knowing who I am and how I act, it would be very wrong and hypocritical of me to do that. I know that sometimes I get ahead of myself when I'm talking, and don't always think before I speak. I'm sorry, to everyone harmfully affected by my words, and to the staff that have had to put up with me. I'd like to stay around RustEZ as long as I can. I love you guys and I love this community we've built up. I know that I'm officially warned, and I'm absolutely not asking for those to be removed; leave the warnings on me, they remind me to be more careful, otherwise I won't be around for much longer. Thank you. Edit: I only play on US Scourge, so sorry if you're reading this and confused.
