I literally had no other reason to ask you to stop nor did you ask me for any clarification on why i asked you to stop. You acknowledged my request by deciding to antagonize and state "yall some pessimistic mfs" and then continuing with more lewd banter. As for banning within "seconds", the ban was issued until 5 minutes later. As for the minor issue, there is no legal or physical means to gain access to personally identifiable information in which to screen players for age authenticity. Should parents monitor the activities of their childeren? Idealy, yes. Server rules state no harrassment, to include sexual harrassment, which excessive innuendo falls under with or without players expressing like or dislike. You acknowledge these rules when you first join the server.

Even though Rust is a mature-rated game. There will inevitably be minors who find their way onto the servers and it sets a bad precedence for the whole community if it continued. Along with that, you made multiple attempts in chat to gaslight/bait others into your conversation with @'s at specific players as well as self-insert yourself and lewd conversations that had no sexual connotations, let alone anything to do with you to begin with. The ban will remain in place.

After reading your response, considering the nature of your past warnings, and speaking to the owner of the quarry and base again (who is new to the server and was not familiar with securing their belongings). I have decided to lift your ban. Please be mindful in the future to never assume that anything built or placed by another player is abandoned without their express permission first. Sometimes players have to log out mid construction for a myriad of reasons and may not login for a while due to real life circumstances and commitments. Which was the circumstance of the victim.

Thank you for submitting an appeal, Considering your playtime on the server, the languauge used in which resulted in the Auto-Ban, and the fact you made multiple attempts to rejoin the server without appealing the ban and only finally doing so about 20 days after the fact. Hello CTG, i am one of the admins for US Survival. I checked loot logs for all entities and containers associated with your quarry and pumpjacks and did not find any other players that accessed them. I also saw that your quarry is outputting HQM and stone. Considering you havent upgraded the quarry, 8000 stone sounds about right for the output for that amount of fuel, so im assuming the only thing yourr're missing is the HQM?

Info: Player joined the server with two other players (hudsonlouro4 and Ho Chi Minh Gaming, both of whom were banned via chat-filter). Had to ban manually due to player skirting the chat filter.

Even if you were being trolled or coerced to write what you did on that note. You are still ultimately responsible for what you say or type in chat to include notes and other text-assignables. Unless overturned by a higher authority, the ban will stand.

After ignoring the responding admin (Babybee), player was then temporarily confined in a cell in an attempt to start a dialogue with them and explain the rules. Player remained adamantly silent with the exception of stating that they do have a microphone, but does not want to speak as well as asking for notes and writing offensive messages on them.

A mute was issued by admin Rayne. Player was then reported by several players breaking into their bases. After forcefully teleporting the player away from one of these instances and issuing a verbal warning, player then returned to the same base and tried to enter once more.

There is an absolute zero tolerance policy for racism on RustEZ servers. So much so that it is an instantly banable offense through filtering. Rules are clearly displayed on the server description. Rules are also displayed by default upon logging into the server for the first time, and each time the server wipes anew. By joining the server and clicking continue on the login page, you agreed to abide by said rules. Unless overridden by a higher authority, the ban will remain in place.

The player then griefed the base with innapropriate signs as well as renamed a sleeping bag owned by another player in a similarly inappropriate manner.

I understand the sentimate as well as acknowledge that there are certain "niceties" and common courtesies that develop outside of the general scope of the advertised rules of the server(s). Such as leaving trees around those who built/like to base in wooden areas. But as mentioned ealier, all resources are ultimately publicly available assets regardless of the afformentioned courtesies. We thank you for being a long-time member of the server and we hope you stay around for a lot longer more. As rubiks-q-bert mentioned above. Procedurally placed/generated resources such as trees are free game to everyone on the server. We have reviewed the offending players' (Jenn) behavior and determined that what apparent toxicity was displayed by the afformentioned player was juvenile/grade school level in a nature and was in retaliation of you attempting to deny them a publicly available resource.
