There were multiple PSAs given and ample chances were offered for either of you to return the items that were taken, including a horse, the L96, among other items. Regardless of anything else, it was made very clear, that if it was not yours, do not touch it. Every time you examine something, be it a box, or a player body it creates a log. Both of you were on multiple logs. Better to play it safe, than sorry and simply don't touch things that are not yours. Being new to the game is wonderful, but you are responsible to make sure that you know the rules of the server you are playing on. The admin are very active and will handle issues as they arise. All of that said, I am happy to allow you back onto the server, but I will give you 3 days to review the rules before you can rejoin. Offender: ak-47 BattleMetrics Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:13PM EST Length: Perm. Reason: Player openly admitted in chat to having stolen off a sleeper. Well advised to not steal, follow the rules, and given ample chance to return the items. He did not. Console warning issued. He was kicked after having been witnessed deliberately following a player who was riding a horse, and the moment the horse was empty, he stole it. Kicked with brief note to remind them of the rules. Observed the player then grief another by way of dropping a tool cupboard where the other player was building. Taunted the player in chat. Ban then put into place.

It's not at all my decision, but my humble thought on this is simple, someone buys a whole bunch of diesel at outpost.. starts the excavator, and returns periodically to empty/ refill it, thus preventing anyone else from using it for however long they wish. But, coding is not my forte. It might be something possible later on but with more customized behind the scenes work.

Unfortunately, there is no activity in your logs to suggest someone else messed with your things. Sadly, barring the box deciding it'd had enough of storing things and yeeting itself off the shelves, there's nothing for me to go on to resolve what precisely happened. In playful conclusion... Sleep Rusting is dangerous. Don't do it. (I once completely deleted my base while mostly asleep. Salvaged hammer + sleep deprivation, and add in that one metal floor you accidentally upgraded from stone... and... yeah... Mistakes were made.)

Very few, and for the most part, those deaths occurred along the lines of events, or player being stuck and death was the only viable option. I not once ever willfully and maliciously killed a player. I did, however, sometimes ask for volunteers in the distant past. There were always volunteers.
