More Info (Optional): Player was confronted by another player after he was found stealing items. The player who had items taken tried talking to this player in attempts to get items back but was only met with heavy breathing. He continued to stick around this players base in order to annoy.   I warned the player and explained the rules of the server. As no effort was made to give back items I removed them from his inventory and returned them to the player. At that time I issued a console warning informing the player once again of the server rules and informing that he type /rules in chat to bring up rules he needs to abide by in order to play on our servers and if he continued this behavior it may result in a ban.

After that incident I witnessed player crouch and go into another players base through base exploit and start stealing. Knowing that these actions could result in a ban this player had complete disregard for the rules and he chances to correct his behavior but instead chose to continue to break the rules.

Reason: Blocking off large area's of unused land after warnings.
More Info (Optional): A Player called me over to look at a build that was blocking off a large portioin of land near launch. I  verbally spoke  to  rickydlc714 and gave a warning about his first build that he did which enclosed a large area of land. I explained out building rules instructed him to read and review our rules and left letting him know he can build but it has to be within our rules. His build must be utilized and he cannot block off large area's of land. I then asked if he would take it down and he instead wanted me to do it..which I was happy to help him remove the large build.

I was informed once again by a different player about a large build that is blocking off large area's of unused land once again. When i popped over to see and talk with the player They didnt want to listen to anything i had to say and just wanted me to leave and let them build..which I told them I had no problem doing but they have to build within the rules and this current build (same as before) goes against our rules and policies. I removed the second build as well and I decided a 3 day ban would give this player sufficient time to become acquainted with our building rules and I hope he returns and plays within the rules and policies we have and become a great new addition to our community.  

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I have since replied to xGodz report and will look into the matter with the US Pure team.

We cannot moderate actions done in your discord however you can block the player from sending you anything further in discord and steam. You can also mute them ingame.  

I understand how distressing this may be for you but please be patient while we look into this and take the necessary steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable game space for all.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, actions have already being taken and we are and will look  into everything else you just mentioned.  Please dm me the video if you want either dm here or on discord.   As for them spamming you that through your discord we cannot moderate things outside of the game but you can block players on discord from harassing you. We take harassment very seriously and work diligently to try to make it a safe space for everyone.

More Info (Optional): This player along with a friend (Umbrella man)  was first warned for harassing a player. They were spoken to and then console warned by another admin.

Monke was verbally warned once again against raiding, stealing and entering a players base through base exploits by the same admin that issued the warning for harassment.

After Monke's teammate received a warning about inappropriate signage and a PSA was posted about RustEZ's policies on chat and signage his teammate was banned.

Monke then posted wrote a homophobic message/slurs which ultimately led to his ban after repeated warning were issued and ample time give for the player to correct his behavior.    

Given the nature of the pics that led to the players ban they are avail. upon request.

More Info (Optional): Player was first warned for harassing a player. They were spoken to and then console warned by another admin.

Player was Verbally warned against raiding, stealing and accessing sleepers, Upon being spoken to they logged. They were moved to the sleeper hut.

When the player logged back in an admin tried once again to talk to the player and inform him of the rules. When the player was brushing her off and not listening she kicked the player to give herself time to issue a console warning explaining the server rules and to give the player a moment to review the rules upon logging in once more on the  server.

A player called out in gen chat (same player who Umbrella man was first harassing) So I went over invis. to see what was going on when I noticed some inappropriate signage So I  issued them a warning explaining Rust EZ's policies against such things.

The player left and started going towards a different players base and entered it through a base exploit and accessed a box which ultimately led to this players ban.   Umbrella man had numerous chances to change his behavior and chose to continue to break numerous rules.

More Info (Optional): After being first console warned for inappropriate talk in gen chat and another console warn for player harassment after not leaving another player alone and putting on a fake accent and heckling the player to the point where The harassed called an admin. I was already there though and overheard the entire exchange. A short time after He was VC yelling "Where the hoe's at?" "Where them fat bitches" Where them  fat white bitches at?" which led to the ban. This player shows little regard for the multiple PSA's and warnings they received.

More Info (Optional): After a player reported that they caught a player running out and away from the base they pursued the player to get the name. When I went to the player that was raided they told me that nomadtitle was in the base they built and took off after stealing from 3 boxes. When confronted by me they started to drop a few items and after I told them they weren't able to steal and raid here they killed themselves and logged off of the server. I am issuing a 3 day ban to give the player an opportunity to read the rules and play within them.

I am sorry you feel this as biased  and unfair. Rust ez has a policy of  no politics or controversial content, that is profile pic, name, imagery, chat and content. You switched your profile picture but then changed your ingame name to one that is  political. She is the admin that placed the temporary ban which  is just and will remain in place. Your ban will expire  in 3 days or may be extended for longer duration if you do not change your name.

I do appreciate your apology however that base was not abandoned and you took things from multiple players. Knowing the rules you along with your friend still chose to break those rules..multiple times. I wish you all the best and hope you find a server more to your play style.   The ban stands.

At 2:13 am I was dm'ed that a player witnessed 2 players boosting each other through, on and into bases. Noticed that they were being watched by the player who notified me they left for a short time circling back to see if they were still being monitored. I console warned them about the server rules. Upon further investigation I noticed that they were also gaining tc access, removing base parts to gain access , sleeping bags and other entities/deployables. The players base is filled with loot that was gained by breaking RustEZ rules and policies.

He then took items out of a storage container that didn't belong to him, When confronted He became vulgar and disrespectful through Voice chat. When he heard I was female he kept asking if I wanted to "fuck"   after repeatedly telling him that he was being disrespectful and to stop. He kept saying derogatory things and refused to listen or adhere to RustEZ's Rules and policies resulting in a permanent ban from our server.

More Info (Optional): Player was caught looting a sleeper and accessing and taking items that did not belong to him. When confronted I was explaining the rules but they felt it more important to interrupt the explanation of the rules and when asked to return the items he took he instead thought it would be more fun to laugh and take pictures of the players he looted and of the admin trying to warn him. I had to remove the items from his inventory to return to the players.

More Info (Optional): This player was warned to stop taking items that didnt belong to him...He went through a window and I saw them just as they were painting on the players sign (see pic) Sent the console warning after witnessing them enter another players base...access the tc and modify the base to secure himself and the items he stole. after another console warn was issued and i popped in for a chat they logged. After an already attempt to get this player to play by server rules they disregarded it and gloated about what they did with a sign they left.

More Info (Optional): This player entered a base with the owners there and was accessing items from boxes and dropping it on the ground to despawn it. He then went to the tool cupboard emptied it and tossed all the contents through a window to his friend.   He then trapped 1 of the players inside by building around them and upgrading it to HQM. They placed a bed in the base and continued to taunt the players. After I showed up and told this player the rules he continued to try and take and drop items to despawn. I had to kick the player so i had the time to put the ban in place.
