The maze that a 3/0 sc lauan has constructed for the enjoyment of others is fantastic.

If you have some down time, or in a position where you really have some time on you hands with little to do or simply looking for the next real thing this maze is for you!

It isn't for the players that cant handle a challenge as his mazes are renown for its difficulty and take hours - days to complete.

On a separate note for a 3/0 sc lauan: You have once again strived and accomplished something that our server much needed. 

Your maze is like the local watering hole. A place where players can share common frustrations at your masterpiece. The time and detail you have put towards this maze and mazes in the past have not gone unnoticed and its appreciated by the staff and player base.

The vast amount of damage and discourse you both have caused on our server...everything from Raiding/Stealing- Base and player griefing and the complete disregard for the posted rules and policies on our Join page, in-game when typing /rules, Our discord, Our website and the PSA's posted in-game give clear instruction that Raiding, Stealing, Griefing are all against the rules.

At the time of the warning It was a couple players that I was aware of, after speaking to your team leader and further investigations It was many more players who were affected greatly by both of your actions. 

I truly hope you both find a server better suited to your play styles and only wish you all the best in your gaming endeavors at this time it will not be on our servers and your appeal is still rejected.

As I appreciate your apology your teammate/team leader admitted to me that knowing what you were both doing was wrong it was "fun" and "fun while it lasted" You both have put your enjoyment above the progression of others and in complete disregard to the servers rules. When joining the server the rules are posted on the join/connect page, on our website, discord, in-game using /rules and in many PSA's posted throughout the day/night.

Given the vast amount of damage and discourse you both have caused I am rejecting your appeal at this time.

I truly hope you find a server that is more suited to your play styles.

More Info (Optional): This player Raided numerous bases along with a teammate. This player altered, destroyed and stole with no regard to the progression of others or the servers rules and policies. Upon speaking to this player he said they both knew that this was a PVE server and what they were doing was wrong and did it anyway because it was fun and easy. Also said "If you wanted the server to be PVE there should be something in place so players cant be raided so who's fault was it really?" 

This player showed a complete disregard for other players gameplay and progression. He openly admitted that what he and his teammate did was wrong but didn't care and they had fun at others expense.

Because He knew what he and his teammate were doing was wrong and they did it anyway a permanent ban was put in place.

Due to the vast amount of players affected and the numerous logs I will only post some. More/All available upon request.

More Info (Optional):Fizzaour was first sent a console warning on Nov. 5 2021 after his name was found on numerous storage containers as well as the 2 players who were inside the base but offline at the time. After a review of the logs and getting an itemized list of everything that was missing and comparing it to the contents of Fizzaour boxes and inventory 90% of the items were there, confiscated and returned to its rightful owner. 

Fizzaour's first console warning clearly explained the servers rules and he was informed all the items he stole and raided from the players and the base was taken. He was also informed that if he continued to raid or steal from bases and players it may result in a ban from the server.

Fizzaour completely disregarded his first console warning and instead of learning and accepting the rules of the server he chose to go back to the players base that he originally stole from and raided the base and players for the second time clearing out everything he could from storage containers as well as the base owners.

Fizzaour clearly had no intentions of abiding by the servers rules and made it a point to go back to the base he was warned about the first time to re-offend. Fizzaour showed no regard for the servers rules, the console warn or chances he was given. He showed a complete disregard for other players gameplay & progression. Because of this a permanent ban has been put in place.

코코밥 was going into players bases and was first spoken to earlier this afternoon by an admin and explained the rules at which time a console warning was sent.

Just after 코코밥 first verbal and console warning they again went into another players base through base exploits and was verbally as well as console warned once again by another admin and informed that no other warnings will be given and any other raiding, stealing or harassments will result in a ban from server.

코코밥 went into a base across from where he built his and started to go through the bases storage containers and deployables in front of the owners. The owners informed me that he came over earlier and stole a garage door and immediately placed it on his base across the road but they didn't report it as they wanted to be good neighbors and didn't want to cause drama. 코코밥 took advantage of an opportunity to get back inside his neighbors base and steal multiple items. 

코코밥 has shown no remorse or reform nor intention to be a part of our rule abiding community. The multiple chances and warnings given were ignored and 코코밥 continued to repeatedly steal and raid from players and bases resulting in a permanent ban from our wonderful servers and community.

More Info (Optional): codera was warned on August 17th for stealing items from an offline player. He went into the player base and removed numerous items that I was able to recover and return to the owner. He was spoken to by me as well as console warned that informed him that stealing, raiding, player and base greifing are all against the rules and a bannable offence. I stressed the severity of the codera's actions and he understood.

Earlier this month he a player attempted to steal from him and knew that it being against the rules when I went to talk to him about the incident I again stressed the importance of the servers rules and codera knew admins were there to assist him when he needed it.

I was informed by a player that they were missing a lot of items and the base they had built with a teammate was altered and doors were locked with vending machines missing and all the contents with it. Upon investigating the incident I noticed that codera not only placed a TC close in order to gain entry and in so doing able to not only remove placed and deployed items but add locks to doors and steal numerous items from the players base.

After looking into his actions I also discovered codera removed items from a lot of players bases resulting in base/player griefing he stole items from numerous players. 

codera knew that stealing was against the servers rules. He knew that base griefing, entering bases without permission placing or gaining TC access in order to steal, raid and grief members of the community was against the rules and a bannable offence. 

codera knowing his actions were against server rules and knowing his actions could result in a ban across all RustEZ servers still made the decision to Steal/Raid, hinder the progression and gameplay of others resulting in a permanent ban from our servers.

[RGP]TRIXツ accessed another players base through a base exploit, access the players TC and raided everything they were able to clearing out all progression and time put in by the player [RGP]TRIXツ  raided. [RGP]TRIXツ  had numerous chances and amply time to adhere to the servers rules and polices and chose to disregard warnings (both console and verbal) PSA's and chances given..Resulting in a permanent ban across our wonderful servers.

More Info (Optional): batybostero PayTuWin. was already warned that stealing and taking items including vehicles was against the rules and a bannable offence.  After the player was warned I witnessed the player enter another players base with a mini in order to raid a base and steal from an offline player. batybostero PayTuWin. was already warned and given ample opportunity to adhere to the servers rules, Instead batybostero PayTuWin. and a teammate chose to continue to raid and steal with no thought to the progression of the players who they raided and stole from resulting in a permanent ban from our servers.

This is Kota. He is a 4 year old border collie/ black lab and loves walks with treats by the water. He is 130lb fur baby that thinks he is a lot smaller than he actually is...I tricked Carpediems in getting him by saying he wouldn't grow to big and that he was a tea cup lab....mmhmmm he knows now there is no such thing or breed lol.  

Kota stole his heart and Is a loyal, loved and cherished pooch.

こうめちゃんだお  Was given numerous chances to adjust to RustEZ's server rules and policies but made a conscientious choice to disregard numerous warnings both verbal and console by two different admins as well as multiple PSA's to refrain from stealing, raiding, base & player griefing. 

こうめちゃんだお Has shown no desire to play by the servers rules and policies and has shown no regard to other players and the progression of the players they have raided and stolen from and will now be banned from our wonderful servers and the marvelous community that play on them.

It is never okay to help yourself to a players belongings or build. Our rules are clearly stated on our servers join page, when typing /rules in-game, on our discord, on our website and from the many PSA's posted throughout the day/night.

● No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.
● No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment.
● No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.
● You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
● No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land.

More Info (Optional): I was called over to a players base and who was missing everything from within his storage boxes. The only way in was from a small portion on the roof and but there would be no way out once inside. RİZELİ |SAFAGÜRSU gained entry into the players base, Removed everything from within the players storage boxes. 

RİZELİ |SAFAGÜRSU then went to another players base that was across the street from the player I was helping..I noticed he logged off outside the players base with the door open but locked.

It is in my opinion when hearing the noise us admins make when we become visible it spooked him and he logged off.

RİZELİ |SAFAGÜRSU removed numerous items and made adjustments to another players base. Entered the base and removed the lock on the tc and doors and replaced it with his own in order to lock the owner out of base and belongings. 

RİZELİ |SAFAGÜRSU took over another players base and emptied out and despawned all contents and placed his own tc in the structure. 

RİZELİ |SAFAGÜRSU Removed yet another players base entirely including the players sleeping bag and all contents. There is no base at all there  now. 

In total there are 4 players who RİZELİ |SAFAGÜRSU has base raided, stolen from, took over the players base, removed base or base parts, modified player builds entirely and despawned the majority of the items.  

Given the severity of the players infractions and complete disregard for other players, the time and progression of the players he has directly impacted I have opted to ban RİZELİ |SAFAGÜRSU permanently from our glorious RustEZ community.

More Info (Optional): I saw mesutturan5333 leaving a base that didn't belong to him. After getting the logs from some of the boxes I noticed he had accessed and stolen from them.

I sent him a console warning explaining the servers rules on raiding and stealing. Soon as the warning was sent he entered another base through an open window. At that point I kicked the player to give the player another opportunity to read the servers rules and policies.

mesutturan5333 logged in shortly after and once again jumped through the window of a base and was greeted by another admin (MorganaRaven) who informed him that entering a base without permission, stealing and raiding are all against the rules and a bannable offence. mesutturan5333 disregarded every warning (verbal and console) as well as PSA's that were put out up to that point. 

mesutturan5333 accessed the base once more after already being removed from it and proceeded to place a lock on the TC to take over the players base. (base griefing) 

mesutturan5333 had plenty of opportunities to change and join our rule abiding community but chose to ignore 2 admins, 3 warnings and 1 kick. It is because of this that mesutturan5333 was banned from our marvelous servers and the wonderful community that plays on them.

 iAM ENi Was once again warned 08/07/2021 for accessing a players body bag and taking items.

Today I was called over to a players Heli tower to which  iAM ENi had placed a TC and took over the players building.  iAM ENi also made modifications to the build.

As this is  iAM ENi 3rd offence he will be banned from our wonderful servers. He was given numerous chances to comply with the servers rules and policies. He was aware of all the rules as 2 different admins at different times during his gameplay on our servers explained it to him.

More Info (Optional): Foenem was first warned on 8/6/2021 for entering a base through a base exploit and stealing items off of a player while offline as well as from the players base.

Foenem saw an offline player through a base exploit and took items from the players inventory. Foenem was the only name on the players logs and the items missing were found within the players base. 

Foenem had an opportunity after receiving the first warning to refrain from stealing items from players while offline and taking advantage of base exploits for personal gain. 

Foenem chose to disregard the warning and again saw an opportunity to steal from an offline player.

Stealing of any kind is not tolerated on our servers. Ample time was given to adjust gameplay and for them to be a part of our rule abiding community and Foenem chose not to. A permanent ban was implemented.

More Info (Optional): Player was first Console warned on 8/5/2021 for entering a players base through base exploits and looting a players indoor furnace area as well as the player while they were offline. They were informed that accessing players while offline and stealing from them and bases is against the rules and a bannable offence. 

Numero 4 accessed a player through a base exploit and stole the players belongings . 

Numero 4 Also placed his own TC within the players base and added doors, walls and other base parts.

Numero 4 was already issued with a console warning for this same offence the day before and made a conscientious decision to disregard the warning they received and steal from another player. Because of the blatant disregard of RustEZ's no stealing and greifing rule. Numero 4 will be permanently banned from our wonderful community.   

I have looked into the situation as laid out by the loot logs.

Any time you open a players inventory or deployable it logs your steam account that is unique to you and it also logs your name.

Admins do not falsify or falsely accuse players. Admin's have absolutely nothing to gain for doing it nor do we seek out to interfere with players and player gameplay unless a player has broken any of the servers rules or another player has reported an incident to an admin. The latter was the case. A player called over an admin to report a large amount of scrap missing. Upon accessing the players logs your name was found on the players inventory as the provided screenshot showed and the amount of scrap missing was found in your inventory.

I have heard and read from players and admins involved and confirmed and found that amsullivan has done nothing but what is expected of her as an admin. 

If you are missing anything due to theft please DM me a list of items that you are missing and I will work diligently to try and get back as much as I possibly can.

Anything missing that you have bought from the RustEZ store you can submit a help ticket and request a replacement or a reimbursement of your store purchase(s).

More Info (Optional): basiba basiba was verbally spoken to as well as console warned by Vichous after being found inside a players base stealing/raiding items. The conversation Vichous had with basiba basiba explained our rules about raiding, stealing and grieifng and was informed that if they continue stealing/raiding they will be removed from our servers.

basiba basiba accessed another players base by building stairs to get into the base from the outside. They raided and stole numerous items from the base as well as players when they were offline. I was called over to investigate and found that basiba basiba had taken almost everything out of the players base taking multiple trips and building nearby. 

basiba basiba had ample opportunity to change and follow the servers rules and policies and chose to ignore the conversation as well as the console warning that was sent to him resulting in a ban from our wonderful servers we all strive to keep fun and safe for everyone.

More Info (Optional): DrowsyDino was caught by a base owner while inside the owners furnace area and called me over. I spoke to DrowsyDino and explained in great detail that he cannot go into a players base uninvited and steal items. I made sure to stress the importance of following the servers rules. He said sorry and that he understood. A console warning was also sent explaining our rules not only on raiding/stealing but griefing and harassment.

DrowsyDino within the hour gained entry to another players base. The base owner was very limited on the english language and was very distraught over what DrowsyDino was doing to his base and belongings right in front of him.

DrowsyDino added a lock on the players TC locking him out. 

DrowsyDino placed a bed inside of the players base.

DrowsyDino took multiple items out of storage containers..some of which I was able to get back. the majority of which was dumped in order be be despawned.

When I went to see DrowsyDino he was creeping around another players base. When I became visible the player logged out under another players base he was trying to get into. 

Given that DrowsyDino had chances to rectify and curb his PVP game style and refused to adhere to the servers rules a permanent ban was put it place.

I appreciate your compliment but unfortunately your ban will remain in place.

Regardless if you were in fact intoxicated I gave you numerous chances and you had ample time to adjust your gameplay and play in accordance with the servers rules and policies.

You chose to ignore all verbal and console warnings as well as multiple PSA's. You went a step further to harass a player you already stole and griefed from.

Your actions and gameplay have consequences.

I wish you all the best and truly hope you and your team find a server that better fits your game style and humor.
