While I appreciate spending time in-game with friends while being intoxicated is fun you are solely responsible for what happens while you are online and playing on our servers.

Wizol was first warned on 10/09/2022 for Raiding and stealing from another player. He also surrounded the players base in order to grief that player and block the player in impeding on that players gameplay.
The warning sent informing the player in clear detail that Raiding, Stealing, Griefing and Harassing are all against the rules and bannable offences. They were strongly advised to review the server rules for the rules all players need to abide by  in order to remain a part of our community.

Wizol was witnessed camping launch waiting for the APC to spawn on more than one occasion.
PSA's would often deter him and others making them carry on looting or leave and come back another time.
On 01/19/2023 Wizol was warned for camping launch site. After PSA's failed and player was not looting they continued to camp Launch and wait for the NPC playing a guitar which was blatantly ignoring the PSA and camping rules.

On 4/11/2023 Wizol entered a players base and stole vast amounts of that player and teams items they accumulated in storage chests. They also stole numerous items from boxes and other deployables.
Wizol accessed the players Tool Cupboard in order to gain entry to the player/teams vending machines. He raided those contents as well.

 It was made clear to Wizol when he first raided and griefed a player that our server is a strict PvE server and that Stealing/Raiding from players, bases and modes of transport are against the rules and bannable offences. With this in mind Wizol took liberties with another player and teams gameplay and progression with complete disregard on the affect it would have on them and the progression they lost because of his actions.

Given the blatant disregard for the server rules and the gameplay and progression of others a permanent ban was issued.

Due tot he vast amount of items stolen I have only included a few logs. More available upon request.

Player logged in and immediately started to call players names. Player was informed of our server rules and told that player harassments and disrespect is against the rules.

Player called me a "stupid ass hoe" after receiving his console warn so a mute was issued with a console warning informing them that stealing, raiding, griefing and harassments of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. Player informed that his account was muted and will expire in 1 hour. 

While player was already muted he started to follow other players quickly picking up loot from barrels others have broken, harvesting animals others have killed before them and then he entered a players base while they were building it.

When the base owner completed their walls and placed a TC down GGGYYY immediately accessed it and destroyed the players foundation that the TC was on destroying the TC.

Player had ample opportunity to become a part of our community as a rule abiding member but chose to continually break rules, grief & harass players as well as player bases earning them a permanent ban. 

Congratulations to all the US Pure Heart on Builders who participated in our All you need is love Building contest.

We had so much fun on our tours. 
Each of the builds were unique, creative and all contestants showed US Pure Pride!

I was first alerted by a couple of players that someone was inside their base stealing items and refusing to leave.
Upon investigating I first witnessed the player within the base accessing a couple boxes that weren't locked removing items.
They then ran out towards the mining outpost towards the recycler. I opted to kick with instruction to read the rules before rejoining and give myself time to retrieve any stolen items before they were able to recycle them.

When Absent logged back in they immediately went to the players base they were at and started to harass and annoy the base owners. They were asked numerous times to leave and a console warning was issued informed them that player and base harassments and griefing are against the rules and to leave the players and base they were at alone.
They were urged once more to type /rules in chat to familiarize themselves with the rules of the server. The response was "Admins an ugly ass bitch" and continued to harass the players and base. 

Every effort and chance was given to curb this players behavior and integrate them into our community.
They chose to ignore all warnings and chances given to them.

Due to the blatant disrespect of players and impeding the gameplay of those same players he was warned for harassing and stealing from a permanent ban was implemented.

• Max size of 10x10. Max height of 3 stories (3 walls) and must be a STAND ALONE build. (No bridges or multiple builds)

• Any/all electrical will need to be on timers/switches. (Electrical should be on during the night cycle only)
• Have a heart on either the inside or outside of your build.

More Info (Optional): Player was warned and spoken to on numerous occasions in regards to griefing and harassing players and bases.

Totally_Not_Ukrainian_wrx was well aware of the rules about griefing, taking over bases and removing bases.

I spoke to Totally_Not_Ukrainian_wrx about him removing a players base and he said they were all in a team to which I informed him that I know that was not true. 
He said he was aware of the rule after being reminded that we have spoken at length about this very thing in the past.

I was going to give him another chance when I noticed he authed on another players TC and was removing that base as well.

He called me over and asked me if I knew of another server that is the same as this one but with less rules. He said he didnt think he could follow that many rules. He was informed that there are plenty of different servers and we do not promote other servers or communities. I wished him the best of luck and hoped he found a server better suited to his play style.

Player Banned for griefing after numerous warnings and chances, verbal talks and guidance in game from myself and the admin team.

Piu_piu was first warned by me on 08/11/2021 for theft of a players horse and harassment. I verbally spoke to Piu_piu as well as sent a console warning to ensure they understood the server rules which he acknowledged at the time. 
That console warning informed player that Raiding, Stealing, Griefing and Harassments of players, bases, deployables and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. They were urged to type /rules in chat to familiarize themselves with the servers rules to avoid warnings and possibly a ban in the future. 

Piu_piu's next warning was from another admin on 08/04/2022 after they stole items from a players refinery. Another console warning was issued that clearly stated the rules of the server.

Today I noticed Piu_piu was removing numerous foundations that did not belong to him. I made sure to check if the player was in a team and he was not. 

Piu_piu has showed a history of theft, harassment and griefing. Piu_piu was given ample time and chances to become a part of our community and progress with our servers as a rule abiding member. 

Piu_piu gave no regard for the progression of the player he griefed and a permanent ban was placed on Piu_piu for grifing.

RustEZ Family.

Another Rustmas is upon us and with it the upcoming New Year.
Some of us may admin and play on different servers but always under the same RustEZ umbrella.
We come from all over the world to play on the RustEZ servers and I am sure many feel the same way as I do when I say after a long day it's really great to kickback, relax and play with some of the most interesting, fun and EZ going players in a very welcoming community. 

I am a very proud member and admin on US Pure. I have spent a huge chunk of my R&R time striving to make the experience of our community a safe, welcoming and enjoyable space for myself and all who play on US Pure.
It is a pleasure and honor to be a part of a community and group of people I admire, respect and look forward to playing and interacting with.

More Info (Optional): AlvaroMijoTito first offence was on a EU Pure where they stole numerous items.

AlvaroMijoTito was on our server for a very short time and knowing from his prior offences that raiding, stealing and griefing are all against the rules AlvaroMijoTito still accessed another players base and stole almost everything from that players base.

AlvaroMijoTito blatantly ignored the rules of the server and had no consideration of the progress and gameplay of the player they raided and affected.
A permanent ban was placed on AlvaroMijoTito account for continued raiding/griefing.

Raiding/Stealing, Accessing player bases through exploits, twigging into player bases is what got you banned from our servers.

While I do understand some time has passed since your ban was implemented...I hope the time spent away has given you a chance to curb the way you play on PvE servers.

After careful thought and consideration I have decided to lift your ban and give you this one chance and opportunity to become a rule abiding member of the RustEZ community.

@brivis22 If you have been griefed by anyone its always best to report it to an admin that's online,  through the help section of our discord or website. Posting a grievance or reporting on another players ban report is not the way to address the issue.

The server went down briefly.  Glad to see you were able to rejoin us.

If that were the case you should have requested help in-game from an admin, In our Discord in the help section or on our website.

He did what he was supposed to do in any cases of griefing and/or harassments and that was reach out to an admin and ask for help and assistance with the griefing/harassing. 

What you did was very extreme and blatant griefing. Even if he did shoot at your mini you should have notified an admin so we could investigate it...Not take matters into your own hands and escalate the situation to the point that you were the one breaking the rules.

Please understand that we do not come to the decision of banning players lightly and only do it when it is warranted and after I looked through the logs, talked to players and investigated the issue reported as well as what you accused him of.

You Ban will stand...However I will revert it from a permanent to a temporary one that will expire in 4 days making it a 5 day temp ban expiring on 10/28/2022 9:52 PM.

Before you rejoin our community please familiarize yourself with the rules and should you have any issues report it to our admin team and one of us will assist.

finster35 accused another player of shooting his mini.
They then targeted that player and decided to grief and harass that player even after the player was adamant that they did not shoot at their mini. 
finster35 placed numerous TC's around the players base in order to build block them in and then placed floor spikes and barbed wooden barricades between his TC's and the Wall he built around the players base to seriously grief, harass and hinder the players gameplay and progression.

finster35 is aware and was previously warned about griefing/harassing players and player bases and still chose to disregard this and opted to take matters into their own hands resulting in a permanent ban being implemented.
