More Info (Optional): Player was first Console warned on 8/5/2021  for entering a players base through base exploits and looting a players  indoor furnace area as well as the player while they were offline. They were informed that accessing players while offline and stealing from them and bases is against the rules and a bannable offence.  

Numero 4 accessed a player through a base exploit  and stole the players belongings .  

Numero 4 Also placed his own TC within the players base and added doors, walls and other base parts.

Numero 4 was already issued with a console warning for this same offence the day before and made a conscientious decision to disregard the warning they received and steal from another player. Because of the blatant disregard of RustEZ's no stealing and greifing rule.  Numero 4 will be permanently banned from our wonderful community.    

I have looked into the situation as laid out by the loot logs.

Any time you open a players inventory or deployable it logs your steam account that is unique to you and it also logs your name.

Admins do not falsify or falsely accuse players. Admin's  have absolutely nothing to gain for doing it nor do we seek out to interfere with players and player gameplay unless a player has broken any of the servers rules or another player has reported an incident to an admin. The latter was the case. A player called over an admin to report a large amount of scrap missing. Upon accessing the players logs your name was found on the players inventory as the provided screenshot showed and the amount of scrap missing was found in your inventory.

I have heard and read from players and admins involved and confirmed and found that amsullivan has done nothing but what is expected of her as an admin.  

If  you are missing anything due to theft please DM me a list of items that you are missing and I will work diligently to try and get back as much as I possibly can.

Anything missing that you have bought from the RustEZ store you can submit a help ticket and request a replacement or a reimbursement of your store purchase(s).

More Info (Optional):  basiba basiba was verbally spoken to as well as console warned by Vichous after being found inside a players base stealing/raiding items. The conversation Vichous had with  basiba basiba explained our rules about raiding, stealing and grieifng and was informed that if they continue stealing/raiding they will be removed from our servers.

basiba basiba accessed another players base by building stairs to get into the base from the outside. They raided and stole numerous items from the base as well as players when they were offline. I was called over to investigate and found that  basiba basiba had taken almost everything out of the players base taking multiple trips and building nearby.  

basiba basiba had ample  opportunity to change and follow the servers rules and policies and chose to ignore the conversation  as well as the console warning that was sent to him resulting in a ban from our wonderful servers we all strive to keep fun and safe for everyone.

More Info (Optional): DrowsyDino was caught by a base owner while inside the owners furnace area and called me over. I spoke to  DrowsyDino and explained in great detail that he cannot go into a players base uninvited and steal items. I made sure to stress the importance of following the servers rules. He said sorry and that he understood. A console warning was also sent explaining our rules not only on raiding/stealing but griefing and harassment.

DrowsyDino within the hour gained entry to another players base. The base owner was very limited on the english language and was very distraught over what  DrowsyDino was doing to his base and belongings right in front of him.

DrowsyDino added a lock on the players TC  locking him out.  

DrowsyDino placed a bed inside of the players base.

DrowsyDino took multiple items out of storage containers..some of which I was able to get back.  the majority of which was dumped in order be be despawned.

When I went to see  DrowsyDino he was creeping around another players base. When I became visible the player logged out under another players base he was trying to get into.  

Given that  DrowsyDino had chances to rectify and curb his PVP game style and refused to adhere to the servers rules a permanent ban was put it place.

I appreciate your compliment but unfortunately your ban will remain in place.

Regardless if you were in fact intoxicated I gave you numerous chances and you had ample time to adjust your gameplay and play in accordance with the servers rules and policies.

You chose to ignore all verbal and console warnings as well as multiple PSA's. You went a step further to harass a player you already stole and griefed from.

Your actions and gameplay have consequences.

I wish you all the best and truly hope you and your team find a server that better fits your game style and humor.

More Info (Optional):I verbally spoke to this player after I was called over by a player who reported items stolen from his base. Beton and team live  very close to the base/player they raided/griefed. When I confronted Beton I explained our server rules about entering base through base exploits and explained they cannot enter players bases without consent and taking items that didnt belong to them from players and bases is considered raiding/stealing/griefing and all 3 are against the servers rules and a bannable offence.

Two hours later Beton and a team mate were harassing and stealing from another group of players. They were attempting to get into the base and pumpjack area and refused to leave when asked by the players/base owners.

They were strictly informed actions like this will result in a permanent ban from out servers If they stole or harassed anyone else on the server as I made it very clear now that this game style is not funny. It is not a joking matter. I am very serious and will remove them if they persist.

I was called over to a players base that Beton stole from originally. Beton left a note and signed it with a teammates name. Not only did they leave a note they stole a large number of items and resources once again from the same player and players base..making it not only just a theft but harassment. The note and contents of the note was left in retaliation of reporting the theft to an admin.

A permanent ban was placed implemented. I gave Beton numerous chances to correct his behavior they have shown time and time again that they have no regard for our rules, our community or other players.

I do understand you are newer to our servers which is why I wanted to educate you with first PSA & warning informing you  Pornographic, Sexist, Homophobic, Racist, Political and Controversial Content is not allowed on Rust EZ Servers. Please keep that in mind while building bases, creating any signage, using voice or general chat as well as Rust EZ Discord.

After knowing this you chose to continue to poke and skirt at the chat moderation and rules we have set to ensure our servers are a safe space away from all the real life and world issues many of us face. Controversial content is not allowed on our servers, You were also requested and informed by me that no political or controversial chat is allowed.

Yes a player with the name Billy mays bought VIP and you pushed it one further with your moment of silence. While I understand you may not feel you did anything wrong myself and others took your continued comments as ways to circumvent our rules with your comments.  

Your 24 hour ban will remain in place.

Take the remaining 24 hours to reflect and know that we do moderate in accordance with the rules of the server and actions have consequences. More Info (Optional):Mason flew into a players pumpjack area and stole everything from the pumpjack. He was unable to fly out of the area and left the mini behind. He died and with him all the items he took was gone.

Mason knows the rules of the server. He knows this is a PVE server and that raiding, stealing, disrespect and toxicity  is not allowed.    Mason stated earlier he doesn't care if he got banned which in my opinion is a shame as a community like ours is a gem that is rare to find.  

I am hoping after this temp. It will give him enough time to understand that actions have consequences and this ban will give them ample time to understand the rules and contemplate his actions.

 I am hopeful they are able to come back to our wonderful community to play within RustEZ's rules and policies.

More Info (Optional): I noticed that this player was removing alot of base parts that was not his. Upon investigating the player was in fact removing base parts in order to raid player bases. I became visible to talk with the player and the player informed me he didn't understand to much and only spoke Chinese. I then console warned him in both Chinese and English. Shortly after his warnings the player immediately started to head towards other players bases and access furnaces, refineries and anything he was able to access through exploits. I again sent the player another console warning informing them of the rules. They paused to read and acknowledge then ran towards a players base broke the wall and entered it. The player started stealing and removing items from the base he griefed and broke into.

Because numerous attempts to get this player to understand our rules and follow them and the player showed complete disregard for any and all attempts and continued to grief bases and steal I have decided to issue a permanent ban.

After reviewing the logs and looking at the players BM I noticed the player already had warnings on his account for the same issues. Items were recovered from the players base.

Because of the numerous chances this player already received from another admin on our US Scourge server the player has made no attempts to play within the rules and polices of our servers and broke the rules on 2 different servers so a permanent ban was issued.

More Info (Optional):  DevoidMouse joined the server and started asking immediately what the point of PVE is. numerous players along with myself explained. I went to the player and watched him while invisible and put out a PSA about stealing/raiding.  DevoidMouse asked in chat if he was able to take stuff from a players base that wasnt locked and was informed no. Informws he cannot enter player builds uninvited and i watched him enter a players base anyway and start taking stuff. I informed the player anything opened creates a log with the players name and he still took stuff. He went to a player who was logged out inside the base he was in and started taking and equipping the clothing the other player had.  

When I became visible to talk with him he immediately logged out. He got his hand caught in the cookie  jar and I issued a 3 day ban.  

I decided to make it a 3 day because the player is new to the server and although he was informed the rules and not to steal or enter bases I felt 3 days will give the player an opportunity to read and learn the server rules and if he decides to rejoin...Hopefully they do so within RustEZ's rules and policies.

More Info (Optional): I was inforned by a player that  Im Will was inside her base and was caught taking items out of her furnace. She requested they just put the items back and instead  Im Will ran out of the base.   Im Will was able to enter through   a small opening (base exploit)  

I was called over at that time and accessed the log and saw that  Im Will did access it and take items.  

I issued    Im Will a console warning at that time and took the items from the players inventory to give back to the owner. I went to  Im Will to have a talk and let him know that the items he took I returned to the player and to make sure he understood the rules and console warning given.  

When I was talking to him I was met with a very dismissive attitude for myself and the rules. He was informed that taking items and entering bases uninvited or through base exploits is against the rules and bannable offence. He laughed and said "It's okay sweetheart" as he started running towards the players base he previously stole from...entered the base again through the exploit and tried stealing from her furnace once more.  

I issued a 7 day ban to  Im Will in the hopes he decides to read and abide by the servers rules and policies and return with a better attitude towards staff and other players.

I have in fact looked into this matter as requested by you...and this is what I have found.

Regardless of what your ethnicity is racism is racism. The language in which you typed was in the English language. Regardless of if you wrote was to a  friend or stranger it goes against our rules and policies.  

When joining our servers you agree to adhering to the servers rules and policies. Our rules are clearly displayed on our join page, the help center when typing /rules while playing on our servers, In PSA's, on our website as well as our discord.

With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in  all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized.  While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

Words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. Racism in any form typed or said by any player is not okay.

More Info (Optional):  Saltxy joined the server and the first things they decided to put in chat was a sexual invitation. In VC the player was being derogatory, sexist and inappropriate and was issued with a Console warning. In that warning he was informed of our chat rules and warned against harassment, disrespect, stealing and informed they can type /rules in chat for the rules they need to abide by in order to remain  on our servers.

About a minute after they got the warning they followed a player inside of his base.  Saltxy accessed the players chests and TC and took everything he could then ran away. He also took Supply signals from the player and tossed them just after he quickly erected a small base made up from the stolen goods he just pilfered.  

When I popped in to speak with him I informed him i would be taking the items from the supply signals and he started calling me names and yelling at me to give his stuff back to which I was telling him it wasnt his...he was screaming obscenities at me in chat and being extremely rude and disrespectful resulting in a permanent ban from our servers.

More Info (Optional):  Arctic_bear was verbally spoken to and console warned by Amsullivan  about raiding and looting a players.  

Arctic_bear logged back in and was killed by the patrol helicopter. When he spawned back in he immediately started to go to players bases and was looking for opportunities to enter the bases through base exploits. I issued a console warning in both english and chinese informing the player of the servers rules and policies.  

Arctic_bear F1 killed themselves repeatedly but each time taking a moment to look at player bases for a point of entry. On the last attempt he did find a player who's base was not completely secured and entered it through an open window.

The short time this player was on our server he has taken everything he has including store purchases from players. He has continued to enter numerous bases and has not shown even the slightest bit of remorse or attempt in correcting how they play to stay in accordance with our rules and policies. A permanent ban was issued as this player has repeatedly gone against the rules and advice of two  separate admins and  showed complete indifference and disregard for our rules.   More evidence available upon request as the amount taken is an obscene amount.

Your messing around and out of boredom towards the player you targeted made it so she was not only uncomfortable but repeatedly harassed by you. You were given warnings to cease your behavior and leave her alone but you didn't.

More Info (Optional):  thaokasean rented a room from a player, gained the players confidence and access to the tc. When the base owner logged off  thaokasean started taking everything he was able in the duration the owner was offline.   When the owner logged back on he was distressed to see everything in his chests including the chests were gone, Lockers, vehicles and lift, electrical. Anything that was able to be taken in the duration the owner was oflfine was indeed taken. I was working with the owner to retrieve the items that were missing and issued a console warning to  thaokasean   informing them that I will be removing items that were reported stolen and returning it all to its rightful owner.  thaokasean ran back to his base and started dumping all kinds of loot in the attempts to what I can only assume is to despawn it and as much evidence as he could. When he noticed the player and base he stole from was offline again he went back to the same base he was stealing from. When I tried talking to the player he ignored me and any attempts at working with me to return items to the owner. He showed no remorse or regard for the player he stole from.

While I understand that you are a new member of RustEZ and you have friends on our servers racism of any kind and in any form is not tolerated and is clearly shown in the rules on our join page, website, psa's, when typing /rules in-game and in our discord.   I understand that you were naming your own sleeping bag but that doesn't diminish the fact that some words are hurtful and not acceptable which is why RustEZ has such strong views and stance  on the subject.  

The following are the rules every player is expected to play and adhere by.

● No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.
● No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment.
● No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.
● You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.

More Info (Optional):  BGB Pork was witnessed by another admin entering another players base through a base exploit and authorized on the players TC, took the players workbench, tool cupboard, boxes,  furnace,  and anything else he was able to remove with a building hammer. lots of other items he stole he dumped on the ground in order for them to despawn.  

BGB Pork was issued a Console warning from another admin for base raiding and griefing and informed of the servers rules and policies.  

Shortly after  BGB Pork was issued the console warning for the base he griefed and raided I witnessed him entering another players base through a base exploit.   I became visible and had a verbal talk with him to which he informed me he didn't have a mic but could in fact hear and understand me.

I explained in great detail the rules against entering bases that didn't belong to him and explained that entering bases that weren't his and taking items was against the rules and a bannable offence. I told him he was already issued with a console warning and in that warning it was also stressed to him that what he did (base raiding & stealing/griefing) is a bannable offence. I told them that I wanted them to be a part of our community and hope that they play within our rules and not doing so will result in me being forced to ban him from our wonderful servers. He understood and left that players base after I requested him to do so.

After he left I noticed he went straight towards another players base and was trying to get into the base.   BGB Pork saw a way to parkour his way on top of the base and get in through an unlocked/open garage door.

He changed the code lock on the garage door that was accidently left unlocked by the owner. He then proceeded to steal from the players boxes, bbq and other deployables.  BGB Pork left the base to chop wood in order to make a TC and placed the Tool cupboard down in order to claim the players base and items.  

BGB Pork was given multiple opportunities and chances by 2 different admins and clearly understood that stealing and base raiding/griefing was wrong, against the rules and if he did so again he would be banned. He made the decision to disregard any attempts to get them to play within RustEZ's rules and policies. So a permanent ban was issued.

I appreciate and do understand the fact that you are new to the game and server. That is why I spoke to you all as a group after I spoke to your friend. and went to great lengths to ensure you understood our rules and policies. Kyzie's ban and ban appeal has nothing to do with yours or yours with his.  

You were given a permanent ban because as I also stated in your ban report...You were issued a console warning which also included a way for you to find and see the rules of the server by typing /rules in chat. I also explained this to you in person. After I spoke to you I asked if you have any questions whatsoever that I could better answer for you. I also said you could ask in general chat questions you may   have as the community is a great one that is very helpful.  

Your Ban was issued after you received a console warning. After you were spoken to by me personally. After you called me over to ask questions to which I answered. During that time you also decided to call me a name/word in a different language to which I didn't understand...Please do understand that as admins we do have thick skin but any form of admin disrespect and abuse will not be tolerated.  

After all your warnings verbal and otherwise and after multiple PSA's were put out. You made a choice to go into a players base...the same one that you were warned from accessing and the very same one that we all spoke at and you were told to leave that  base. Instead after your friends logged off  you went back to enter that  base through base exploits (open roof/window) which is not allowed if the base is not yours and you are not invited in. That is why you were given a permanent ban.

Players do not dictate the length of ban that is given to themselves or others.

Admins hand out bans on a case by case basis and I am sorry to say at this time your ban will not be lifted.

I truly hope you find a server that is more suited to your playstyle and what you are looking for.

More Info (Optional): This player along with his team was first console warned after they entered a base through base exploits. Multiple PSA's were given out and as I saw the team and  HET_UCHIHA was a new player I went and had a talk to them and explained the rules and policies.  HET_UCHIHA acknowledged the rules and even asked in chat some questions which I was happy to answer and inform. After already getting 1 console warning and 1 verbal warning to not enter bases. Not to harass other players and not to loot sleepers and against player/admin disrespect.

After a teammate got a temp.  ban it was explained it was only a 7 day to which HET_UCHIHA relayed a msg/name to me in another language and was explained that we arent here to make the rules only uphold them.

HET_UCHIHA teammates logged off...HET_UCHIHA chose to enter a players base through exploit and raid the players base. The player was previously warned against that behavior and gameplay. HET_UCHIHA accessed multiple sleepers inventories and made a  choice  to disregard the rules, My warnings, multiple PSA's and knowing his friend got banned for that very behavior still decided to break RustEZ's rules and policies thus earning him a permanent ban from our servers.

As admin's we do not make the rules of RustEZ we are here to uphold the servers rules and policies so that players much like yourself have a safe space to play, learn and progress. Here is a link to your    Ban Report  .  

As you see it was not without merit and in fact very lenient as you only received a 7 day ban as opposed to a permanent one. You did not "stumble" into a base but had to parkour your way in as I watched you do it. I sent you an in-game warning to inform you of our rules and to deter the gameplay and behavior you were exhibiting. Instead you chose to ignore the multiple PSA's as well as the verbal talk and console warning I  you got.  

When banning a player even if it a temporary one it is not something us admin's do on a whim. It takes thought and we only do it as a last resort. We do it when warnings, talks and PSA's fail.

I truly hope you take the next 7 days  to read our rules and policies and re-join our server as a valued rule abiding member.

More Info (Optional): After witnessing the player gain entry into a players base through a base exploit I immediately issued them a console warning. After noticing that they still were opening boxes/stealing things inside the players base I became visible and spoke to them one on one and explained our rules and regulations. I then made it a point to re-explain the rules to the players they were with with Kyzie present as well. I went over our stance   on entering bases through exploit, stealing, player harassment,    griefing,   Admin/Player disrespect. within 5 mins the player again accessed a sleepers inventory. Given the fact that the player was console warned, verbally warned 2x and clearly understood the rules when I was talking to them I have banned them for 7 days.

I made it only 7 days as the player is new to rust and still have a group on the server. I wanted to give the player an opportunity to continue to play with the players they joined with. Hopefully when they re-join they have had enough time to go over and understand our rules and policies and become a great member of our community.
