I have reviewed your ban appeal and looked into the situation that resulted in you being autobanned. As you know we have a great community and the RustEZ owner and staff work diligently to keep our servers and community great and a safe playing space for all. You wrote a homophobic slur on a note... One which I will not repeat here. Please know that homophobia of any kind is not tolerated, welcome or condoned on any of our servers. 

Your ban will not be lifted. I hope you find another server that is more suited to your playstyle.

Rules are clearly displayed when typing  /rules in-game as well as on our discord, website, BM and join page. After reviewing your appeal along with investigating the incident in which you were banned I feel your ban is just and will stand for the remaining 30 days. 

As admins we do not make the rules or policies. We are here only to uphold RustEZ's rules and policies to ensure the integrity of our servers stay intact for everyone on the server...This includes you as well. 

Amsullivan explained our rules and policies regarding signage. You chose to ignore and disregard her warnings to you and instead of making the situation a teachable moment and continuing your progression on our servers you chose to be disrespectful and argumentative.  Please take the remainder of your ban to familiarize yourself with our rules and I look forward to having you back on our servers as another treasured rule abiding member.

I have reviewed your ban and investigated your actions and behavior while you were on our server.

The conversation you posted was initiated by you towards our admin just after 12am which ended in you telling him "you suck bro" We at RustEZ do not make it a mission to ban players for no infractions. In the short time you were on our server you displayed not only disrespectful behavior towards our staff and players but your conduct on our server was to break the rules or try to skirt the rules to see if you would be "autobanned/banned"

You were harassing a player after they requested that you to stop but you refused to stop shooting because it wasn't doing damage. One of the other rules we enforce and take very seriously on our servers is player harassment/griefing. That is not tolerated on any of our servers. 

You were told by numerous players that entering bases was against the rules. You knew that it was and continued to do it and look for other bases to get into. After a thorough review of the chat logs you clearly displayed knowledge that you were breaking the rules and were purposely trying to be a nuisance to incite and upset our populace with the play by play of what you were doing knowing it was against the rules and looking to be banned (ban baiting).

You were given a console warning from me to stop your toxic behavior and I informed you in that warning that Player/Admin disrespect will not be tolerated. Stealing of any kind is a bannable offence and entering a base through base exploits is a form of griefing and will also not be tolerated. After knowing this YOU chose to disregard the rules. Not listen to another admin (kyuss) When he was initiating a conversation with you. He did what was expected and kicked you from the server first to ensure you read our rules before re-joining and banned you after your continued disregard for the rules. Included is some of what our chat logs reflect minus some chatter in between.

Your ban will not be lifted at this time. 

I hope you find a server better suited to your play style with a player base that has the same game ideals for your type exploration as you do.

More Info (Optional): Player was previously warned for stealing and taking items from players and bases. After already getting a warning when they logged in to our servers for this session they immediately proceeded to go to a sleeper and take items off of them. Then went directly to a base with no window and jumped through it and started towards any deployable that wasn't locked and proceeded to steal from those containers. This player was warned on 2 other occasions for the same type of infractions thus showing a disregard for our rules, our community and the progression of others.

As I already informed. Rules are clearly displayed. What another player does and how admins handle it has nothing to do with you and yours. Actions have consequences. You were given an opportunity to play on our server within RustEZ's rules and policies and you made a choice to Harass a player. Take items from that same player while they were offline. Thank-You in partaking in our ban appeals process however your ban will remain in place and I wish you all the best and hope you find a server suited more for you and your teams playstyles. 

Another admin spoke to you to ensure that you understood the rules of our server. Our rules are clearly displayed upon the connect page, Our discord, Our website, Multiple PSA's along with typing /rules in chat.  Player harassment we take very seriously. You stole from the very player you were warned to stay away from regardless of you saying you didn't understand I know this is a falsehood as the other admin took great lengths to explain it to you. The ban will remain in place. I wish  you only the best in your future gaming and hope you find a server more catered to your game style.

More Info (Optional): Player was warned about accessing sleepers inventories and attempting to get into bases. He was explained the rules about entering bases through base exploits and gaining entry into bases without consent is against the rules. Was urged to type /rules in chat for the rules so they would be informed more on all the servers rules.

After console warning 1 was sent out less than a minute later he tried to gained entry into a players base through exploit and was sent a final warning explaining the rules once more and informing them if they attempt to get into a players base again they would be removed from our servers. Moments later he again was trying to gain entrance to a base through another exploit. As previously warned on the Simptastic's 2nd console warning I banned them from our server. 

The player was given ample time to correct his gameplay and to play within RustEZ's rules and blatantly refused to do so because it was moments after each warning.

More Info (Optional): Player was verbally and console warned on  03/05/2021 10:52 PM for stealing/taking items from players as well as through player bases through base exploits. I made it very clear the rules of the server and made sure that they understood those rules. 

I was called over about a theft that occurred while a player was offline. Chad007 Entered another players base through base exploit (open window) and took items from chests and TC making a couple trips to gather the pilfered goods. This player was already warned last month about this same kind of infraction and given a chance to become a part of our rule and policy abiding community and made a choice to go against the server rules and take items that weren't his through a base exploit and taking advantage of another players progression while they were offline. This goes against everything our RustEZ community stands for and therefore will be permanently banned from the marvelous communities we all enjoy.

More Info (Optional): First encountered and witnessed the player inside of another players base. Sent out a PSA And gave them a console warning explaining the rules of the server and letting them know entering a base without permission, stealing from players and through base exploits is against the server rules. After the console warning was given I witnessed him again trying to get into a players base through a base exploit and became visible just as he was attempting to get in through a window.

I verbally spoke to him and confirmed he could hear and understand everything I said as well as understood the warnings he was already given. I went over the rules with him. I told him we would love to have him a part of our server provided he stay in accordance to the server rules and stop taking items that wasn't his and to stop entering bases through base exploits.

Shortly after that verbal talk with him I watched him again try to get  into 2 more bases, take items through base exploits and enter a players compound. He then started to take items from anything that he was able to.

Given the fact that I sent this player warnings and had a conversation with him to ensure he understood our rules to then have him still very blatantly break them moments after getting warnings show that they have no interest in complying with the rules and therefore will be banned permanently from our servers and wonderful community. 

I understand and feel for your and his situation. he must agree to the rules of our server and follow them just like everyone else does. 

Please understand and stress to him all of these rules and as you all have prior warnings there will be no other chances if any of our rules are broken.

The rules that NEEDS to be followed in order to participate on our servers are as follows..

No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.
No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism, or harassment.
No camping loot rooms, monuments, or any highly concentrated areas.
No building around monuments, or large areas of unused land.
You may build on rivers as long as you're not blocking passage for other players.
You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
No controversial or politically-forward verbiage and/or imagery.

I will change the ban from permanent to 24 hours. Please read him the rules of the server and know that we believe in second chances but not thirds.

Your friend will have to file his own ban appeal as the ban is between the admin and the banned player. 

As I told you in-game. All players accept to abide by the rules upon joining. The rules are posted and can be read in numerous ways such as on our join page when a player joins our server, On our discord and website. on Battle metrics along with typing /rules in-game as he was requested to do multiple times.

Actions have consequences. Player harassment, Player disrespect, and destruction of players property is not tolerated on any of our servers. That being stated...Provided you agree to read our rules and abide by them I will shorten your ban from permanent to a 3 day ban.  I will not lift it completely but hope after a few days You will re-join our server as valued and rule/policy abiding member of our outstanding community.

This player shows no remorse and have not displayed in any way gameplay that is in accordance with RustEZ's rules/Policies. They had numerous chances and warnings and given ample time to adjust gameplay but chose not to. All the broken rules and ignored warnings has led up to this permanent ban from our servers. Some files attached. Others to crude to display and avail upon request.

Reason:More Info (Optional):This player was already console warned for stealing items from a base/player through base exploits.  This player after already being warned hijacked another players vehicle while they stepped into a supermarket. The owner tried to confront the player and got run over, the player then backed up to run the player over a couple more times before taking off with his teammate. When confronted I issued another console warning so there would be no miscommunication. The player nodded when I verbally asked if he understood and could hear me. He took the car parts so the owner couldn't drive it I had to kick him to get it off of him. His teammate went into his body and took the car parts so they were kicked as well both with instruction to read the server rules before rejoining. After putting the parts back in the car the other teammate logged back in and took the parts before the owner had a chance to drive away. This player continued to impeded the gameplay of others with full knowledge and understanding that he was not in accordance with the servers rules. They had numerous opportunities to adhere to our rules and refused to do so. With the prior infractions and the most resent theft of a vehicle and harassment of the player 十年老兵Lc was permanently banned.

More Info (Optional): This player was console warned against stealing/raiding bases. When confronted he denied taking anything. Logs will show otherwise. This player knew it was against the rules and asked in chat about raiding wood bases and was informed is was against the rules and was asked to type /rules in chat to bring up the rules of the server that he needs to abide by  in order to play on our servers. Even after the talk in gen chat the player raided bases and denied any wrong doing. Initially I was giving them a 3 day but upon further investigating it was extended to a permanent ban as he broke into other players bases and repainted a sign something Homophobic in nature. I have proof of sign avail. upon req. The rest of the logs will be attached.

Camping a monument does not mean you need to have a launcher on your back. Again no real attempt has been made or remorse given to the toxicity or disrespect displayed by you. Your parent account received the same warning in conjuction with your teammate which you will see when your temporary ban is up. I truly at this point can see there is no remorse for the toxic behavior ingame and your blatant disregard for the rules. Admins are here to uphold the rules and enforce them. We do not create them and have no control if players want to break those rules. We will dole out warnings, temporary or permanent bans should the need arise. I suggest you just take the remaining time away to reflect and acknowledge that actions and behavior has consequences. 

As nothing further can be added and no attempt or display of an appeal has been made this post will be locked and matter considered closed. We will see you in a couple days. 

You are always able to contest a ban as you have done in this form. 

You weren't banned for camping launch you were 3 day banned for toxic behavior and player disrespect. You know the rules of the server. You were caught camping launch and I understand no-one likes being given a warning or being caught breaking the rules but you were witnessed by myself waiting for brad to spawn. Let me be clear here. Although you weren't stationary and would smack a barrel...use a recycler at launch for a couple items...through a supply signal to procrastinate in the area to take brad are tactics and camping nonetheless.

The vast majority of loot at launch was still there as was all the loot in the green card room and fuse room. But how you were at launch as I have stated before was not the reason you were 3 day banned. We have a 0 tolerance policy on admin/player disrespect and toxic behavior. Your display and behavior towards me when we spoke I could have overlooked; However you instead chose to go back to base and return to launch for the sole purpose of staying stationary there in what is seen as a blatant disregard for our rules and your warning.

Becoming toxic and displaying toxic behavior in-game/chat towards others is not something that is tolerated on our servers. You were given a 3 day ban to reflect and cool off and come back calmer and in compliance with the rules. Instead you made an alt account to circumvent your 3 day ban and evade your ban. That account has also been given a ban for 2 days to reflect the native ban on your parent account. If another account shows up I will then change your 3 day ban into a permanent ban of all accounts for ban evasion and circumvention.

As no real attempts were made to appeal your ban I will be locking this thread and hope to see you online in a couple days as part of our loving and rule abiding community.

More Info (Optional): Player was first brought to my attention by another player after he was witnessed lurking around the players base in a suspicious manner. A short while later I checked in and saw him attempting to take items at which time I explained to him our rules (Our warn system was temporarily down so I was unable to send  a console warn at that time) He just snorted into his mic.

He then went on and started looking at a players furnace and taking the contents. I explained once again our server rules and issued him a Console warning.

I was called repeatedly by a player saying a player was stealing items from his base and recycler. The player whose items were stolen proceeded to follow the player pleading with him to return what he took. The player thought it was funny...laughed and continued to run away. When I confronted him about taking items that didn't belong to him he laughed and started to swear and be disrespectful towards me. He refused to return what was taken after I asked nicely and I warned him that if he wasn't going to give it to me then I would then have to take it away from him. He Started to run away at that point so I took the items from him...Upon doing that he returned to me cursing at me in another language and laughing in VC. I explained that he cannot steal items and that I was willing work with him and return anything he didn't take...he called me a bitch screamed in the mic said other what I can only assume is profanities and other less than kind words given his tone and he logged. Seeing that this player repeatedly broke our rules. Was abusive and disrespectful in VC and showed no remorse or regard for the servers rules or the players/admin a permanent ban was issued.

More Info (Optional): Player was confronted by another player after he was found stealing items. The player who had items taken tried talking to this player in attempts to get items back but was only met with heavy breathing. He continued to stick around this players base in order to annoy.  I warned the player and explained the rules of the server. As no effort was made to give back items I removed them from his inventory and returned them to the player. At that time I issued a console warning informing the player once again of the server rules and informing that he type /rules in chat to bring up rules he needs to abide by in order to play on our servers and if he continued this behavior it may result in a ban.

After that incident I witnessed player crouch and go into another players base through base exploit and start stealing. Knowing that these actions could result in a ban this player had complete disregard for the rules and he chances to correct his behavior but instead chose to continue to break the rules.

More Info (Optional): A Player called me over to look at a build that was blocking off a large portioin of land near launch. I verbally spoke to rickydlc714 and gave a warning about his first build that he did which enclosed a large area of land. I explained out building rules instructed him to read and review our rules and left letting him know he can build but it has to be within our rules. His build must be utilized and he cannot block off large area's of land. I then asked if he would take it down and he instead wanted me to do it..which I was happy to help him remove the large build.

I was informed once again by a different player about a large build that is blocking off large area's of unused land once again. When i popped over to see and talk with the player They didnt want to listen to anything i had to say and just wanted me to leave and let them build..which I told them I had no problem doing but they have to build within the rules and this current build (same as before) goes against our rules and policies. I removed the second build as well and I decided a 3 day ban would give this player sufficient time to become acquainted with our building rules and I hope he returns and plays within the rules and policies we have and become a great new addition to our community.
