Hello @KACII_KC, thank you for taking the time to submit an appeal. The boxes that were looted from were not sitting outside of the players base, but on their base's foundation where they had yet to enclose them. Additionally, there was no signage or any indication that items from either of the boxes nor players character were free for the taking. With your second warning from 11/23/24, you were advised that you were on your final opportunity for the server and to reach out to an admin if you had any questions. Furthermore, admins are constantly talking in chat about how players should not access anything that doesn't belong to them, even if it's with the intention of just looking or to give them items since it logs their information on the player/deployable. This was most recently discussed last night in global chat when you were online. Given that information along with the two warnings specifically for stealing, I am not willing to lift the ban at this time. If you'd like to take some time to reflect on this and submit another appeal in a few months, we can re-evaluate the ban pending the appeal made. Thanks, AMSullivan

They were informed that raiding, stealing and griefing are all against the rules and they were advised to review the server rules to prevent future issues. They were warned again on 11/23/24 after their name was found throughout another players base and character who had been missing items. Today another player logged in an reported items missing. Upon investigation KACII's name was once again found on the other person's boxes and character. This player has had multiple chances to abide by the server rules and chose to continue stealing from other players. A ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the community.

Offender: Eric Cartman Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/6/2025 9:14PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Information: Player joined the server for the first time on 2/6/25 and immediately began stealing from another player. They were warned for accessing another players base and looting from the player inside at 8:31PM EST. They acknowledged the warning, understood it was against the rules and went on to offer the person they stole from items to make up for it. Less than an hour later, Eric and his teammate were stealing everything they could access from another team's base. They witnessed their teammate get warned and kicked for stealing and then continued to empty as many boxes as they could. Considering the rapid succession of thefts and the player demonstrating that they understood the rules, they have made it clear that they do not intend to follow the rules of the RustEZ servers. To prevent further disruption to the community, a ban was issued.

Offender: BorisElRuso Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 1/16/2025 10:39PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Information: Player has been warned on 3 separate occasions, each time in English and Spanish to ensure the player understood the rules. The first warning, on 10/21/24, was for raiding and griefing another player. They were informed where to find the server rules and advised to review all of them and to reach out to an admin if they have any questions. They were warned again on 11/21/24 for building onto another players base, stealing and harassment. They were again informed that all of these are bannable offenses and they were urged to review the server rules to prevent any further issues. On 11/21/24 they were warned again for build blocking a river, preventing other players from accessing it with their boats. It was made clear to the player that any further issue would result in a ban. On 1/14/25 they walked into another players base and looted from everything that wasn't locked. Given the obvious disregard for the server rules, a ban has been issued.

Other players are not informed of what is found upon an investigation. Other players also are not able to falsify logs and the logs are clear that you were breaking the server rules. You were informed twice that accessing another player and their belongings is against the rules. You were given ample opportunity to adhere to our rules. I wish you luck in finding a server more suited to your play style.

Both warnings previously issued went through successfully, admins see confirmation of this when they are sent. These warnings display on the players screen in a way that is impossible to miss and require acknowledgement in order to continue gameplay. You were informed twice that accessing other player's bases and stealing is against the rules and still chose to do so today. Whether or not another player broke the rules is irrelevant to your situation. The logs shown above prove that you did access another players base and their inventory, thereby breaking the rules and earning then ban.

Hello @chadalack, Last wipe you were warned twice, the first time by me on 11/27 for stealing from another players base after you accessed it by twigging and laddering onto the base. The second warning was from Northstarz on 11/29 after you accessed another players base by twigging and laddering and also stole the players mini helicopter. Today a player logged back online and reported items missing. Your name was found on their inventory. With both my warning and Northstarz's, you were informed of the rules, where to find them and encouraged to reach out to admins if you had questions on these. In your last warning, it was made clear that repeat issues could result in a ban from the server. Per that warning and the repeat offense, a ban has been implemented on your account.

Offender: chadalack Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 12/5/2024 8:13PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Information: Player was warned twice last month for accessing other players bases through base exploits and stealing. The first warning was on 11/27 and the second warning was on 11/29. Today the player yet again accessed another players base through base exploits to steal from the owner sleeping inside. Given the repeat infractions over a short period of time, the player has made it evident that they have a disregard for the server rules. A ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the community.

Offender: DOKUMACI Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 11/17/2024 12:40PM Length: Temporary (30 days) Reason: Stealing More Information: Player has received multiple warnings in the past, including: A warning on 12/21/23 for having loaded turrets/SAMs on their base that was destroying other player's modes of transportation. A warning on 2/8/24 for stealing from another player who had DC'd in public. This warning was issued in both English and Turkish. A warning on 3/8/24 for blocking a river with their base build. This warning was issued in both English and Turkish. On 11/16, DOKUMACI took all of the loot from a patrol helicopter event that they did not participate in: Considering the prior warnings, and that only one other was related to theft, we opted for a temporary ban instead of a permanent one in order to give the player one final chance and hopefully curb their behavior.

Offender: mouse Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 9/15/2024 5:52PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Information: On 9/15 player was reported by multiple players for stealing from numerous bases. As I was logging in to address the issue, player was caught by an additional person as they were stealing from their base. They told that person "this server is so easy, I've already stolen from like 10 people". Player was kicked and issued a console warning for stealing and advising them to review the server rules. The player logged back in immediately and went right back to stealing and attempting to despawn items. Considering the blatant disregard for server rules, the player has been banned to prevent further disruption to the community. After the ban, the player was found to have twigged onto multiple bases as well.

Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 9/13/2024 11:23PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and Griefing Player, along with their friend, joined the server and after roaming for a bit, followed another player into their home. They both began emptying all of the teams boxes onto the ground to despawn the items and were harassing the team over voice chat. Both players were kicked and warned for stealing and advised to review the server rules. This player immediately came back, said "lets pick up where we left off fuckers" and began emptying out items again. Ban issued for stealing. Additionally, after the ban was placed, it was discovered that this player assisted in stealing from another team as well.

Offender: richlumetta Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 7/14/2024 7:17PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and Griefing Player logged in and, with the help of their friend/teammate, immediately accessed another teams base and began stealing from them. The player ignored all attempts to get them to stop so they were kicked and advised to review server rules before returning. Upon rejoining, they immediately continued to steal from the same team, killed all of their horses and mocked them. Due to the rapid disregard for server rules and back-to-back infractions, a ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the community.

Offender: JOP Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 7/8/2024 7:40PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and Harassment Player joined the server and began going around griefing and harassing players. They admitted to being sillycat (their main account which was already banned) and admitted to griefing. Player was kicked and advised to review the server rules before rejoining. After rejoining, they immediately began harassing players and continued to grief and steal. Considering the prior warnings and ban on their main account and the warning they received on this account. A ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the server.
