Nonetheless, the player should not have been in your base. I have addressed this and we will be keeping an eye on things. Taking another person's items and not returning it until they call you out in chat is not typically seen as a very fun joke for most people. If everyone involved is laughing, it's a joke. If only one person is laughing, that's just bullying/harassment or in this case stealing. Regardless of you returning the items, you still took them without permission.

Offender: El_SaTaN Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 6/9/2024 2:05AM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing Player has been previously banned for camping. All of their prior warnings encouraged them to review the server rules and their prior ban, when lifted, listed out the server rules for them to review and gave them a few days to re-familiarize and ask any questions to prevent any further issues. Today, while another player was using a refinery, El_SaTaN came up and stole the players wood. The player put more wood in the refinery so they could continue using it and El_SaTaN immediately took that as well. El_SaTaN admitted to this in chat, claiming they didn't know it was in use. Besides this being against the rules regardless of the person standing right there or not, as you can see in the screenshot, there is very little time in between the other player using it and El_SaTaN taking the wood. Considering all of this, a ban has been implemented to prevent further disruption to the community.

Offender: HeSquished Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 5/12/2024 12:25AM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing Player was first warned today at 12:17AM for twigging onto another players base. Within 10 minutes, they earned another warning for stealing another players mini helicopter. Less than 10 minutes after this, they and their teammate worked together to steal another players attack helicopter. Considering the blatant disregard for server rules, a ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the community.

Offender: chuntard123 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 5/10/2024 12:42AM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and Harassment More Info: Player was witnessed as looting all of the NPCs another player killed at a monument. The player who killed the NPCs was telling chuntard123 that they didn't shoot the NPCs so they were not supposed to be taking their loot. Chuntard123 ignored this and continued to take the loot from the NPCs while calling the player a noob and saying they should be faster if they don't want someone else taking their loot. At this time I issued a console warning informing the player that they are not allowed to loot items from NPCs/monuments that they did not participate in earning. After receiving this warning, chuntard123 tried saying they did not take anything even though it was witnessed by both another player and an admin. Chuntard123 also then began trying to blackmail the player who was taking the monument for the loot he had stolen. At this time I popped in to issue a verbal warning and chat with the player regarding the server rules. After this chuntard123 continued to follow the other player around the monument, harassing them and stealing from the NPCs the other player killed. Because of the repeated disregard for server rules in such a short period of time, a ban has been issued. As shown in the screenshot, chuntard123 joined the server for the first time at 12:14AM. Between then and when I noted the theft, chuntard123 is shown as not having killed any NPCs to earn the loot that was taken:

As there is a zero tolerance policy for racism on our servers, you were automatically banned by the server as soon as it registered you typing out and saving this bag name change. With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized. While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers. This is the first time admins are hearing of you having an issue with this player. When things go unreported, it makes it impossible for admins to catch everything and help maintain the integrity of our servers. The rules of the server apply to every player equally; it doesn't matter if they're a member, VIP, subscriber or admin. While online, you claimed you didn't touch anything. Now you're saying you did but it was a joke. The evidence does not support either claim. As you can see in your ban report above, you were banned for an accumulation of issues/warnings you've collected over the last 60 days. As of right now, your ban will not be lifted. Offender: -_- The Rebel -_- Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 4/25/2024 10:47PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info: On 2/25/2024, this player took all of the boxes from patrol helicopter after only doing 13% damage. They were sent a message (not a warning) letting them know the server rules regarding loot sharing for events/monuments. Player was advised to review the server rules listed under /rules. On 3/7/2024, a warning was issued for stealing after this player stole another players horse after the owner told them multiple times that it belonged to them and was not free for the taking. Player was again advised to review the server rules listed under /rules. On 3/15/2024, this player was warned for blocking access across a waterway with a build. Again the player was advised to review the server rules listed under /rules. On 3/21/2024, this player was warned (in both English and Spanish) for griefing after twigging onto another players build. Yet again, player was advised to review the server rules listed under /rules. Today, 4/25/2024, this player walked into another players base and started stealing their gunpowder. The base owner had the box open and witnessed them grabbing the gunpowder so they shut the door to their base. This player tried teasing their victim in chat until they realized they were stuck. They then put the gunpowder back and tried claiming they never took anything. Considering the number of warnings issued and the ample opportunity this player has had to abide by server rules, a ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the community.

They repeatedly came back to the areas to mock the victims, call them names and tried to belittle them by asking them to say/do things in order to "earn their base back". Both this player and their teammate would leave the server in between rounds of harassment to change their name, rejoin and start the harassment over again. When I popped in and attempted to talk to the player and their teammate, they repeatedly talked over me and began yelling about wanting to be intimate with my mother. Considering the complete disregard for server rules despite multiple players and an admin attempting to help curb the behavior and the obvious lack of desire to be a positive member of the RustEZ community, a ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to other players. There are a lot of logs available for this players offenses. A limited number has been posted here, but more are available upon request.

Offender: GBUMP Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 4/20/2024 2:42AM Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info: Player first joined the server today, 4/20/24, at 12:27AM and began stealing from players with their teammate. They were warned at 1:02AM for stealing from another players furnace. At 2:15AM they were warned again for stealing from another players box. They were informed of the server rules and told these rules must be followed in order to play within the RustEZ community. At 2:30AM they began changing codes on another players build without permission. Considering the rapid build up of infractions, a ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the community.

Since Pure is like vanilla Rust, players can twig onto bases even if a TC is down and locked. I may have missed it, but I haven't seen any bans come through involving twigged bases that was from another server other than the Pure ones. Pure used to have a plugin that prevented this, but we cannot anymore due to our status on the community tab. On the modded servers, this wouldn't be an issue so I wouldn't be surprised if that is already implemented.

Offender: tu7ma4 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 4/12/2024 10:24PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info: tu7ma4 has been warned on two prior occasions for stealing, both in English and Japanese. The first warning was on 2/16/24 when their name was found on the logs of boxes that were missing items within another players base. This warning informed them that accessing another players base, stealing, harassment and griefing were all against server rules and considered a bannable offense. tu7ma4 was warned again on 3/7/24 for pushing another player away from the recycler they were using in order to steal the contents. The warning issued reiterated the prior warning and informed them they need to either wait their turn for a recycler or use a different one that is available. Today, 4/12/24, another player reported their dead body as being looted. Upon investigating, tu7ma4 was found to be the only person who accessed them. Furthermore, the exact items the player was missing were found within tu7ma4's inventory. Considering the prior warnings, it's been made clear that this player doesn't intend to follow the server rules. A ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the server.

what's your steam name/ID? name bans just require you to change your steam name and once done, you automatically are no longer banned.
