Thank you for appealing. We do not lift bans for language which has only one meaning, that being purposefully racist or severely derogatory. While we do understand that this language permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers. Pejorative terms and derogatory words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. This includes in global chat, on signs, and written on notes or sleeping bags. The ban will not be lifted. I wish you luck in finding a server more suited to your play style. AMSullivan

Offender: stop it Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 1/19/23 11:28 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (optional): Player, previously named 123, has been warned on two prior occasions that stealing is against server rules. The first warning was on 8/8/22 when their name was found on another players furnace that was missing items: The second time was just yesterday, 1/18/23, when they were warned for accessing another players base and looting items from their box: Even with these prior warnings, the player still chose to steal from another player when they logged in today: This player has been given multiple chances to follow the server rules and is fully aware that what they've been doing is not allowed on our servers. Considering the purposeful disregard for server rules, a ban has been implemented.

Offender: Qball321 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 1/7/23 7:32 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (optional): Player was warned earlier today for stealing. They received both a console warning and verbally spoke to an admin about the server rules. During this discussion they acknowledged that they now knew that stealing was against server rules and is a bannable offense. Following this warning, they continued to steal from other players. Considering the immediate disregard for server rules, a ban was issued.

The first was on 1/2/23: And the second time was yesterday, on 1/6/23: Today they logged in and continued to steal from players: Considering the continued disregard for server rules, a ban has been implemented to prevent further disruption to the community.

On US Pure the HQM Ore is now stacking to 100 (has always stacked to the vanilla 1000 in the past).

Server: US Pure Date: Monday October 31st & Tuesday November 1st Time: 9:00pm (eastern) Event: Halloween Feud Everyone is welcome no matter the server you main on...come have some fun on US Pure! Put your trivia skills to the test and join us for a Halloween edition Family Feud! Everything will be supplied and given soon as you type /event join in chat. (You must be naked with a clear inventory) How to Play: Each round will start with a face-off. The first player from each team will come to the front of the room to the buzzers. After the question is read, the first player to hit the buzzer has 5 seconds to give their answer. The goal is to get the top answer on the board. If whomever is doing the face-off doesn't get the top answer, the other team gets a guess and can try to steal the question by getting an answer higher up on the board. If they do get the top answer, the team can choose to pass or play the round. Pass if you don't think you can get all the answers, play if you think you can. Each round, a different player on the team will take their turn in the face-off. If you choose to play the round, we will go down the line of the team and each person will have 5 seconds to come up with an answer to the prompt. If the answer is on the board, it will be revealed. If it is not on the board, the team will earn a strike. If a team gets all of the answers uncovered, they win the points for the round. If they get three strikes, the question goes over to the other team. The other team can all confer as a group to come up with one single answer they think is on the board. If it is, they win the revealed points for the round. If it isn't, the revealed points go to the original team. Two teams will play at a time, consisting of 3-5 players each. Feel free to come as a group to play together or as a solo player and join another team, all are welcome! Didn't see any announcement about them being disabled however there are no AI spawning on US Pure. Including (but not limited to) boars, bears, scientists, zombies, etc.

Players are able to walk off this platform into a space on the oil refinery monument. Once down there, they're trapped and there's no way to get out.

While filling the pumpjack at the Oil Refinery monument, I deposited enough to fill 6.5 slots expecting the excess half stack to remain in my inventory. It did not and has vanished, it was either consumed into the nothingness or ended up in the floating storage space of pumpjacks.

Hello Cooking Mailman, As multiple admins have told you, you were never banned. You were muted for 24 hours. You also know why you were muted because you were warned just 5 hours prior to the mute occurring that political, controversial or racist content is not allowed within the RustEZ community. You were also informed of this via a warning when your mute was issued, through DMs and through the public RustEZ discord when you asked multiple times. Offender: Vaxxine Steam ID BM ID mightyone1224 Steam ID BM ID Rh6t Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 8/14/2022 11:05 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (optional): All three players logged in and immediately began stealing from other players. When they joined, they were welcomed and advised to read server rules. Additionally, PSAs about stealing were posted multiple times. Within 20 minutes, they accumulated a few inventories worth of items, a scrap helicopter and a mini helicopter. I caught up with them as they were flying the scrap helicopter to cargo. When I popped in they immediately began mocking me for being female, asking if this "was a racist thing" and saying they earned all of their loot. Each time I tried to speak, they shouted over me repeated the mocking or calling me racist. Considering the amount of damage they had done and the PSAs posted as well as their lack of concern over the server rules, a ban was issued.

Offender: callmedevyt1 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 8/14/2022 10:32 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (optional): Very shortly after joining the server for the first time, the player stole items from another players furnace. The owner caught up to them and got the items back on their own and the player told them they were "just trolling". They were issued a console warning regarding stealing and a PSA was posted regarding the servers rules. They immediately went on to look for more bases to steal from. During this time I posted another PSA in regards to the server rules on stealing. Less than 10 minutes later, they accessed the base of another player. Considering the blatant disregard for server rules, a ban was implemented to prevent further disruption to other players.

Offender: wdsxrb Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 8/4/2022 10:53 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (optional): Player has been warned 3 separate times between 7/9/22 and 7/18/22. Two of these warnings were related to stealing. Today he accessed another players base and began taking the parts off of their car and tossed them on the ground in an attempt to despawn them. Ban has been implemented to prevent further disruption to the server.

Offender: jocobybolgrean Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 8/4/2022 7:56 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (optional): Player first entered the server at 6:35PM EST. By 6:44, he had to be warned for harassing admins for scrap. At 6:52 he received his second warning for accessing a players base through exploits, harassing them for items, and making a false report about another player, their teammate. At 7:45 he was overheard asking another player, over voice, what bases nearby were easily raidable. At 7:48 he asked in chat: He was immediately told no and a PSA regarding stealing was then posted. At 7:56, I witnessed him access another players base through base exploits and steal from the sleeper inside. As soon as I popped in, before I could even say anything, the player began to put on a fake, exaggerated cry asking to not be banned, that he's sorry and didn't know he couldn't roleplay as a home invader, and that this is his favorite server and he'd like another chance. Given how rapidly the warnings piled up and the players blatant disregard for the rules, a ban was implmeneted.

Please understand this is a one time ban reversal, and any other infractions will result in your ban being reimplemented. Just happened again to another player who was selling an item for 4,000 scrap. All of it ended up tossed out of the machine to despawn.
