Offender: Insulin Steam ID BM ID & Taser Napkin Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 4/7/2021 8:57 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Within 30 minutes of joining the server, both players accessed another players base. During this time I was watching and posted multiple PSAs about looting. I popped in to have a chat with them, one of them returned what they stole and the other began yelling into the mic. I explained this would be their one and only warning for looting, explained the server rules, and advised them on where to locate them. 2 minutes after this discussion both players entered the same base I caught them in previously. Both have been banned for an obvious disregard to the server rules.

Offender: Klipsch Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 4/7/2021 7:13 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player was first warned less than 24 hours ago for looting. Additionally, they themselves were looted earlier today and reported it to an admin since they knew it was against the rules. Knowing this, they still chose to access a players pumpjack through base exploits and loot the crude oil. This player has made it clear they don't care to follow the rules and therefore have been banned.

Offender: RustChimp2040 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 4/5/2021 10:22 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player logged in and immediately began looting any open bases they could find. They entered the open base of another player that was online and began attempting to despawn their items. I came in and tried talking to the player, they stopped to look at me and then continued to try to despawn things. As I was trying to explain the rules they tried to run away while using the items they stole in an effort to prevent them from being returned to the player. Due to the severity of the infraction and the refusal to listen to admins nor comply with server rules, the player has been permanently banned to keep from interrupting with the gameplay of other players.

Offender: PòpTatòes Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 4/5/2021 8:30 PM Length: 5 days Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player waited for another player to open the loot room at satellite dish. Upon the door being opened they rushed in and looted everything in the room. The player that opened the room attempted to talk to the to explain that is considered stealing and is against the rules but they ignored them. I came in and tried to have the same conversation with the player. They kept repeating that another player did it to them yesterday when an admin wasn't on and they didn't catch the players name and nothing was done about it so "fair is fair". I repeatedly tried to explain that two wrongs don't make a right and looting under any circumstances is not allowed but they refused to cooperate and return the items. A 5 day ban has been issued to allow the player time to review the rules and reflect on their actions.

Offender: kShoots Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 4/5/2021 2:45 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player was warned 4/4/2021 at 8:54PM for accessing a players base through base exploits and looting them. Immediately after they received the warning they asked for a 1-on-1 conversation about it, during which I fully explained the rules. They apologized and said they didn't know it was against the rules and gave some of what they had stolen back. After I pointed out they were still wearing the other things they stole, they returned that as well. One hour after we had this conversation, the player went on to loot another player through their window bars. This player obviously has a complete disregard for the server rules and therefore has been banned to prevent further disruption to others gameplay.

Offender: Gatito Rengar Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 3/24/2021 8:32 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting/Griefing More Info (optional): Player has been previously warned twice, once already for raiding/looting/griefing. Today I was made aware of a player who thought their base had been purged, upon investigating however, it revealed that this player along with their teammate looted and completely demolished another players base. Considering both players have not only been warned about the rules, but know them from the time they had been looted, it's obvious they do not intend to follow the rules of the server and therefore have been banned.

Any update on this? It’d be very handy to have for putting up some signs regarding the horses and boats being currently disabled

Quarries appear to still be clearing their inventories upon either restart or server crash. I'm not sure which the more recent one was caused by since the restart happened a few hours after the most recent crash on US Pure.

Offender: rickydlc714 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 3/11/2021 12:45 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Repeated Disregard for Server Rules More Info (optional): Player has been talked to multiple times regarding blocking off large areas of land with no intention of using it. Last wipe, the player was issued a 3 day ban to give them time to familiarize themselves with the rules after they refused to use or remove their structures. On 3/8/2021 the player was warned for looting another persons base, this warning was their third warning. Today, admins were made aware of more structures the player built that took up large areas of land that the player had no intention of using. I popped in to talk to the player about this when I found them crawling under someone's twig foundation and try to access their chests and tool cupboard. Considering the repeated offences and number of warnings, its been made clear the player has no intention of following the rules. In order to prevent further disruption of gameplay of the community, the player has been banned.

RustEZ maintains a zero tolerance policy against racism. This is displayed on the server connect page, under /rules and on the website and it's something you agree to uphold by joining our servers. Racism isn't funny and it will never be funny. It is not a joke. Your ban will remain in place.

Response to Funee monkee has been made in a separate thread. As Death said, Pam will need to respond to their ban report if they wish to make an appeal.

Thank you for taking the time to resubmit your appeal. Admins typically allow players three opportunities to learn from their mistakes, you were on your sixth in just 2 months of playing on our server. Your first warning and last warning were for the exact same type of offense. During your second-to-last warning, you attempted to lie your way out of the issue and you initially attempted to do so again here in the forums during your first appeal. Taking all of this into consideration it’s very difficult to trust that you have in fact learned the errors of your ways and will change. At this time, your ban will remain in place. If you’re determined to play on our servers again, I suggest you take a couple months to really reflect on the behavior you’ve shown here and resubmit an appeal at a later date. Something all of us have to learn at one time or another is that actions have consequences and part of being an adult is owning up to your faults and accepting those consequences; it’s unfortunate that things had to escalate to a ban, but we have been left no other choice at this point. That is what you were doing at the time the ban was implemented, yes. You and your teammate were doing the actions mentioned in the report at 7:40-7:50 PM EST. Again, we watched you both place and remove spammed traps and then proceed to creep outside of the window to listen to their conversations.

Offender: Funee monkee Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 3/5/2021 8:23 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Player Harassment More Info (optional): Player has been repeatedly warned for various things and advised to review the rules. During their warning I issued on 2/6/2021 they were informed that they were on their last chance and any further infractions would result in a permanent removal from the server. Since wiped happened yesterday the players teammate has been having disagreements with their neighbor. I offered advice to them that they chose not to take. Today they helped their teammate spam traps around the neighbors base and try to harass them, this was witnessed by two admins. After the neighbor spoke out in chat, admins watched them try to quickly remove them. Taking into consideration the players past warnings and having spoken to them less than a month ago about being on thin ice, a ban was implemented.

Thank you for your input, however bans are to be discussed between the admin and player involved. Any prior arguments have no involvement here and bans are implemented solely on the players actions. Pam aka Jay, was witnessed spamming traps to harass their neighbor by two admins. This is not a word-of-mouth thing.

During their last warning on 2/13/2021 they were informed that we take player harassment very seriously and that they were on their last chance. Since wiped happened yesterday the player has been having disagreements with their neighbor. I advised that they try to smooth things over with them or they consider relocating as they hadn't gotten very far into their build and had built in between the neighbor's TCs. I informed them that I would give them the mats they wasted if they chose to relocate but that they did not have to if they didn't want to. They chose to stay. Today they, along with a teammate, were witnessed by admins spamming traps around the neighbors base and trying to harass them. After the neighbor spoke out in chat, admins watched them try to quickly remove them. Taking into consideration the players past warnings and having been spoken to less than a month ago about being on thin ice due to player harassment, a ban was implemented.

Offender: Sraiko Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/26/2021 10:56 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player was first warned two days ago for accessing another players roof and looting the owner of the base. Today they looted multiple players. Upon being confronted the player showed absolutely no remorse for breaking the rules. They acknowledged that they were previously warned and understand the rules but they do not care to follow them. A ban has been implemented to keep the player from disrupting the gameplay of others moving forward.

Offender: WoolEagle36739 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/26/2021 10:29 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player has been warned and informed of the server rules multiple times. Four days ago they came back from a 5 day ban that was issued and a warning informing them to review the rules and reach out if they had any questions as they were on their last chance. Today they looted another players corpse after their minicopter crashed. I popped in to have a chat with the player and they acknowledged that they understand the rules but they "really needed the scrap" so they took it (6000 scrap amongst other things from the players corpse). Player has been permanently banned as it has been made clear that they understand the server rules and still chose to break them knowing the consequences.

Offender: Chilly Cheese Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/26/2021 10:19 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Upon joining the server, the player said an inappropriate remark in chat. They were muted, warned and advised of the server rules. Four minutes later they were witnessed looting sleepers. They were again warned and advised of the server rules. Immediately after I left, they moved on to loot a players horse trough.

Offender: slank Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/22/2021 7:59 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): player was muted and warned following toxic messages in global chat. within a few minutes of their warning they entered another teams base and began looting them. The team kept explaining to the player that it was against the rules but they persisted. When I popped in I explained the rules and told them to return everything they took and that I would know if they didn't. They proceeded to drop half of the items and then tried to run away with the rest. As I was telling them to return what they still had, they began using all of the syringes they took and trying to eat all of the stolen food. Considering the behavior shown by the player, its apparent they were ban baiting and would continue to disrupt the gameplay of others until a ban was placed.

Offender: J.D.Malingerer Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/20/2021 9:19 PM Length: 3 days Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player was witnessed looting another teams base. As I was trying to talk with them they continued to try to loot the unlocked chests within the base. Console warning issued and player banned for 3 days to reflect on their actions and the server rules.

Offender: aulemly Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/18/2021 9:10 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting/Greifing More Info (optional): Player accessed another teams base through base exploits and emptied all of their chests onto the ground to despawn everything. Player had been watching one of the team members live stream and purposefully joined the server with the intent to greif that team specifically. As I was trying to talk with the player, they continued to access the teams chests and empty them.
