When I popped in to have a chat with they they immediately killed themselves and left the server. They rejoined a moment later and called me over. We spent a few minutes going through and discussing all of the servers rules. After they left they attempted to access another base and before I could pop in to say anything they had the following to say: Considering the disrespect happened after we had just finished discussing it being part of the rules, a 3 day ban was issued.

After I asked them if they were going to have a civilized conversation they began talking with a fake accent and pretended they couldn't understand me. I informed them that following server rules was not a suggestion but a requirement if they were to remain on the server and they began talking normal again saying I was wasting my time with them since no stealing isn't a rule. After repeatedly refusing to comply with server rules, I was left with no choice but to ban.

I would have considered the appeal if you hadn't changed your name from one of compliance to one of political nature. The ban is only 3 days and it will remain in place.

There was no mention of your previous username as it was in compliance with server rules, so I'm not sure where the confusion with that came from. As stated in the ban report, when you rejoined the server, you had changed your username and kept your profile image. This was noticed by multiple members and admin online at the time.

Player immediately became argumentative saying that it shouldn't count as political. After rediscussing the same rule a few times he asked for a "manager". The head admin popped in and explained the same rule and still tried to argue it. Player had to be muted just to listen. After unmuting we explained that we would be kicking them so that they could change their picture and if they rejoined without changing it, they would receive a ban. A few moments later they rejoined with the same picture but a new name,.

Considering your track record, and outright admittance to griefing, it makes it pretty hard to believe that you opened the furnace and opted not to take the items - especially since it occurred in the middle of your "spree". Considering the lack of remorse and desire to appeal the ban, it will remain in place and the thread will be locked.

Offender: IsZackMadSusPa Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 1/24/2021 3:15 AM Length: Permanent Reason: Repeated Looting Offenses More Info: Player was first warned on 1/8/2021 for looting a sleeper. Shortly after this first warning they looted a group's base, this wasn't noticed until the following day and another warning detailing the servers rules was sent. Knowing the player's history, two PSA's were posted immediately after they joined the server on 1/24/2021. One minute after both PSA's were posted I watched the player attempt to get into one player's base and then successfully access another player's base through base exploits. When I popped in to have a chat with the player, I said "Hey Zack, how's it goin?" and they immediately logged out without response.

Hello ZMelgares, You are responsible for your own account, regardless of who you allow to use it. So even if it was your little brother using your account, the responsibility to follow the rules ultimately remains in your hands. I'm inclined, however, to believe this wasn't actually someone else using your account since I can see from your logs that you've been naming bags inappropriate names/names purposefully trying to bypass the racial ban filter since you first joined the server 4 days ago. It should not take a ban to remind someone to be a decent human being and avoid using racial slurs, however I hope this serves as an important lesson for whichever server you move onto next because this behavior is absolutely not tolerated on any of the RustEZ servers, as shown on the connect page every time you join. Offender: Globndeeb Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 1/20/2021 10:45 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting/Player Greifing More Info: On 1/20/2021 at 10:41AM EST player was warned for looting a sleeper and despawning their items. They were advised that this is strictly against server rules and were told to review the rules and where to find them. They responded with "bruh whatever ok". 4 minutes later they were caught doing the exact same thing to another sleeper.
