They were actively caught by one of the players and they passed along the message that stealing isn't allowed, they responded that they would come back with their ore and the player left to despawn it. As they were looting players bases, they would authorize on their TCs, placed new locks on everything and lock the player inside.

They refused to drop any items and began making sexist remarks to the player they looted and began calling me a bitch.

They dropped only 2 items and upon my encouragement, they dropped 2 more. They attempted to perform a rinse and repeat of this until they were banned.

Bans are to be discussed between admins and the players involved. I will say though, having instances where a person is a productive member of the server does not excuse breaking the rules. Every single player is held to the same rules regardless of your membership status or how active you are in the community.

As I mentioned, two different admins overheard you say this over voice chat, to quote "Oh shit, you're a girl! That's why you're a bitch". Regardless of joining in April or not, you had ample opportunity to learn after the first warning you received on 11/19/2020. Your appeal is nothing more than half-hearted excuses. The ban will remain in place, good luck on your future rusty endeavors.

You were overheard by another admin calling the other admin a bitch. You first joined the RustEZ community on 4/28/2020, that's 7 months to learn the rules before you obtained your first warning. Regardless, being new to the server is no excuse, the rules are listed on the login page. The response you received from a player you were harassing is irrelevant here. They did not reach out to you as they try to ignore you since you two do not get along; you were attempting to rile them up. "Rushing" a player and making them think you're looting the crates they worked for are not the same thing. As stated in my initial posting, you've been warned many times and have been given plenty of time to correct this behavior. These chances were taken for granted, you will not be receiving another. The ban will remain in place.

A player from a team noticed items were missing from their chests, the logs showed only one unauthorized player, Gandhi. When approached, he attempted to lie and say he didn't access anyone's chests. Upon finding out we can access the logs, he ran back to return the items. He was thanked for returning the items and then proceeded to jump at the window from which the chests were accessed and started harassing one of the players and stating that "I always return more than I take", insinuating this is common behavior for this player. When asked to leave he claimed he was just trying to donate his LR to the player as an apology and when the player came outside he dropped the LR and said it was for "The admin being bitch. Trying to apologize before she get her period blood all over her face." He then ran up to me yelling "He stole my LR! Ban him!" I tried to give the player the benefit of the doubt. hoping they were just having a bad night he was given a 3-day ban. 15 minutes later PorkGG logged into the server, as shown in the screenshots this player is also Gandhi. He kept asking where his LR was and was informed it was returned to Gandhi. He immediately jumped into another players base and began looting it. PorkGG was permanently banned and Gandhi's ban was increased from a 3-day to permanent.

Player was asked, along with another player, to stop arguing with each other in chat multiple times. Both players continued and earned themselves a 3 hour mute to cool off. Player continued to try to argue in general chat of discord, telling players and an admin "fuck you" or "GFYO". A 24 hour ban was given to allow the player time to cool off and return to the game peacefully.
