Offender: WoolEagle36739 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/17/2021 12:02 PM Length: 5 days Reason: Greifing More Info (optional): Player was first warned on 2/13 for harassing other players. They were new to the game and to the server so the rules and how to find them were explained to them. They received their second warning on 2/16 for shooting player vehicles and attempting to trap players in their base. In this warning it was explained that shooting player vehicles can damage/break them and kill the player thus it is considered a form of greifing. 24 Hours later they again were shooting at player vehicles. They received a 5 day ban with the hopes that they will learn their lesson, read the rules and return to the community without further issue.

Offender: Crucial Keys Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/15/2021 9:24 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player was warned for looting sleepers and advised of the server rules. 30 minutes later they looted 2 more sleepers and when I popped in to talk with them they kept running back to continue looting and then would run away ignoring me. This was repeated twice, with the same sleepers, leaving me no choice but to ban.

Offender: YourExLovesMeツ Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/14/2021 5:19 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Greifing and Player Harassment More Info (optional): Player kept trying to enter another players base after repeatedly being asked to leave by the base owner. Then as the base owner was trying to place a lock, the offender set their own code on the lock. When I popped in, they unlocked it. As I was trying to talk to the player they kept trying to run away but would take breaks to turn around and shoot at the other player's base. As I was repeatedly trying to explain our rules against player harassment they begin shooting me in the face, shaking their head no and ended with the following remark: After refusing to comply with server rules, I was left with no choice but to ban the player.

Within 7 minutes of their last warning they looted another refinery.

Offender: boby_richard Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/12/2021 5:47 PM Length: 1 day Reason: Stealing More Info (optional): Player flew his heli onto another players roof and jumped into the other's scrapper. The player who owned the scrapper asked them repeated not to take it and when they didn't listen they called an admin over. I witnessed the player trying to leave with the scrapper and told him to return it immediately. I attempted to talk to him about the rules but he kept talking over me saying "i was joking, it's a joke" and refused to stop and listen, they instead decided to take off in their mini even after being warned that refusing to comply, acknowledge and follow server rules could result in a ban. Player has been banned for 1 day with the message to review the server rules carefully before returning to the server.

@Yokinadmins cannot be everywhere at once. It's important for players to report things to us when noticed so we can look into them. Taking monuments back-to-back is not against the rules. Camping is. If you suspect someone is camping, feel free to reach out to any of the admins. The discord is a great place to do this as we tend to see it much sooner.

Admins cannot enforce rules that don't exist. It's unfortunate you feel this way, but if you ever change your mind you're more than welcome to come back to RustEZ.

You have made multiple efforts to harass your neighbor, trying to skirt around this with lies will not be tolerated. The entire twig facing was erected to annoy your neighbor, not to hide one small sign which they never complained about - if you were actually concerned about this, you would have just removed the sign rather than cover it with a large twig shield. The twig was removed after your ban, so it isn't something you would have been aware of until Aurora mentioned it, the fact that you have no other case of me "removing part of your base" besides this really feeds into the fact that you're trying to make excuses. Read the rules as Aurora has linked them. Follow them carefully. This thread will now be locked. I hope to see you in 3 days with a better understanding and position in the server.

Your spotlights were pointed to the sky after I warned you and moved them myself, this is something that was seen by the head admin of the server and myself. The TC's around your neighbors base were mentioned by you multiple times and I investigate - and corrected you - multiple times on this. It's unfortunate you feel as though this is "admin abuse" and that you're being targeted, but that is simply not the case. I will hand this over to a higher admin than myself but from my perspective, the ban will remain in place and I hope you use this time to reflect on your behavior and the servers rules. @Aurora

Offender: Kasper Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/10/2021 6:48 PM Length: 3 days Reason: Continued player harassment and disregard of server rules. More Info (optional): Player has repeatedly made efforts to harass his neighbor as well as break other server rules. After repeated warnings and conversations, they continue to try to argue the server rules with admins. Their first warning was for building across a river, which they corrected following the warning. Their second warning was issued after they shined spotlights off of their roof into their neighbor's windows. They did this following repeated complaints they made that their neighbor was TC spamming. After checking the area multiple times, I explained to them that one ring of tool cupboards around your base is allowed to extend your building privilege and prevent others from building too close. There response was: I explained again that the ring was only to extend your building privilege, not to take over an excessive amount of land. They again responded: I explained that no it is not allowed and if they need further explanation I can come have a chat with them, otherwise they could review the rules under /rules. The search lights was the reaction to this event/conversation. Following receiving my warning, they removed the lights and posted a neon sign facing their neighbor's base that read "CRY MORE". Their third warning was for attempting to claim a monument, refusing to share the loot, and admin/player disrespect. After taking down bradley with another player, they attempted to say they claimed the monument and refused to share the loot. The other player, and others in chat, tried to explain to them that you cannot claim monuments. After they still refused to share the loot, I popped in to have a chat with them. I explained that, as others pointed out, you cannot claim any monuments. They are public and are meant to be shared. If a player does enough damage you must share the loot earned with them. They started arguing with me saying they never said they claimed the monument, to which I read off the time of this comment: After I read this off, telling him that battlemetrics doesn't lie regarding things they've said, they admitted they did say that. They then tried to say they were only saying "claimed" meaning claiming the loot. I explained it doesn't matter, you cannot claim it. You both did damage so you must share. I then advised that he reach out to the player and they work on sharing the loot. They said ok, and then typed this in chat: Rather than meeting with the player to work on splitting the loot, they threw all of it on the ground without meeting the player; making it very likely it would have despawned before the player could actually retrieve anything. I explained they cannot make fun of players, especially when they were trying to follow the rules. I explained they don't have to like the rules but they are required to follow them in order to remain on the server. I popped back over to talk to them and explained the rules again. I further explained the cannot harass or make fun of other players anywhere within the RustEZ community. They said "so if I do 90% damage I have to share the loot? it doesn't make any sense." I explained if someone's taking a pot-shot, they are not entitled to loot, but any player that does enough damage is. I asked them to wait a moment and I would pull the loot logs and tell them exactly what they did. As I was pulling the logs they killed themselves and respawned away from me as I was talking. I explained in chat the amount of damage as shown: I explained they did not do 90%, but approximately 60%. He then tried to argue that he never said he did 90%. I explained to him again that admins do not make the rules, we are here to uphold them. I went over to the players base to continue the conversation when I found that they had constructed yet another attempt to harass their neighbor. Knowing their neighbor hates twig bases, which is easily seen in chat whenever the conversation frequently arises, they built a twig structure around the side of their base that faces their neighbor along with this sign: These multiple events have made it very clear that the player has a complete disregard for server rules. Repeatedly arguing in chat with admins and continued player harassment will absolutely not be tolerated. The server rules are clearly displayed on the connect page, when you type /rules and have been reviewed multiple times with the player. Hopefully the 3 days will allow time to reflect and absorb the rules as they're written. Any further infractions will result in permanent removal from the RustEZ community.

Offender: BurningLegends Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/10/2021 3:03 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player was verbally warned after looting a players base (and then bragging about it in chat).They returned most of the items and attempted to keep some of it, I told them return EVERYTHING and they did. Once I removed them from the base we had an in depth chat about the server rules, 30 seconds later they looted another players base and was ultimately banned.

Hello Takito, You were not banned on a first offense, but third as shown here in your ban report (when your name was still PepeGG): While the second and third warnings were not handled by myself, the first warning was after you looted from Bradley crates after not assisting in taking him down. I clearly recall explaining the rules to you thoroughly, which you originally attempted to ignore until I further explained that it is a bannable offense. You still attempted to keep some of the stolen items after this entire conversation, I had to forcefully take them back. It should not take a ban for a player to learn and understand the rules, especially when they have as many warnings as you've received. The player repeated the rules back to the admin and acknowledged that they understood them. They then accessed a sleepers inventory and immediately received a console warning. 15 second later the player accessed another players base via base exploits.

I popped in to talk to them and let them know that doing this is considered greifing which is strictly against server rules. Their response was to shake their head. I asked if they were shaking their head at me saying they greifed another player or if they were shaking their head at it being against the rules, again their response was to shake their head. I explained that I needed a little more communication from them and asked if they were going to talk or type in chat, they shook their head and started walking away from me to loot a scientist. I followed them and began explaining that complying with server rules was not a suggestion but mandatory to remain on the server, they shook their head and began running away. I caught up to them and explained that not following server rules is a bannable offense and I needed to explain they rules to them and they needed to acknowledge the rules and that they understood them. There response was to shake their head and begin shooting me in the face.

Offender: CocoNutzzz Steam ID BM ID & Mario Judah Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 2/8/2021 9:21 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting and Refusal to Comply with Server Rules More Info (optional): Both players twigged into another players unprotected compound and began looting the furnaces, refineries and pumpjacks. Upon popping in Mario Judah pretended to not hear me, then began speaking with a fake accent and pretended they couldn't understand me. I explained the server rules three times to them and then told them to return the items they took. After they dropped half of the items and said they were done I told them to give back all of it and they refused, again pretending to speak with a fake accent. While this was happening CocoNutzzz twigged out of the base and attempted to run away. One the ban processed for Mario, I popped in and they immediately killed themselves. I collected the items they took and returned them. I popped back over to the player again and they had just finished stealing from another person, as soon as they saw me they refused to listen to the server rules and disconnected.

Three days later they looted another players base.
