The group kept asking them to leave and follow the rules and they ignored them. When I came over they were actively opening chests and taking items. After I began informing them that this is a PvE server they started talking in voice chat saying they were AFK and didn't know what was going on. I told them that I had watched them take items and that their name was on the groups chest and began to recite the server rules. They replied "You can't stop me, I have 300,000 viewers! I'm steaming! Good luck banning me." This continued with refusal to comply to server rules until a ban was placed.

Upon confronting them they initially tried to say the base they were in was theirs and the stuff they had they earned/found. Once I informed them that I watched them pull the item from the players chests they slowly began giving the items back. I then tried to explain the rules of the server and where to find them. They then began to explain that they don't usually get in trouble because whenever they do, things don't "end well for them, they go to Heaven". When I didn't give them the type of response they wanted they continued to try threaten me more directly.

At least 4 players impacted, possibly more. They were actively caught by one of the players and they passed along the message that stealing isn't allowed, they responded that they would come back with their ore and the player left to despawn it. As they were looting players bases, they would authorize on their TCs, placed new locks on everything and lock the player inside.

They dropped only 2 items and upon my encouragement, they dropped 2 more. They attempted to perform a rinse and repeat of this until they were banned.

Bans are to be discussed between admins and the players involved. I will say though, having instances where a person is a productive member of the server does not excuse breaking the rules. Every single player is held to the same rules regardless of your membership status or how active you are in the community.

As I mentioned, two different admins overheard you say this over voice chat, to quote "Oh shit, you're a girl! That's why you're a bitch". Regardless of joining in April or not, you had ample opportunity to learn after the first warning you received on 11/19/2020. Your appeal is nothing more than half-hearted excuses. The ban will remain in place, good luck on your future rusty endeavors.
