The changing storylines really doesn't help your case. As previously mentioned, you refuse to admit fault and instead try to lie your way out of the situation. Since no sincere attempt at making an appeal nor apology has been made, this thread will now be locked. The ban will remain in place, good luck on your future rusty endeavors.

As mentioned, none of the cases involved monument runs. You and I discussed the first three warnings over voice chat; two on 12/6 and one on 12/7. Selecting a few situations in which harassment didn't occur does not justify nor nullify the times it did. I and other admins have personally been present during times which you have instigated problems. Rather than admin the fault, you attempted to lie your way out of the situation. The armory you mentioned you were busy with was built days ago, your teammate showed me around the other day prior to the accusations. I personally saw you out and about the map and talking in game yesterday as well. The ban will not be lifted.

I'm linking your two topics here to keep a common thread. Players do not need to be online to be banned, admin are able to review content at any time; regardless if the player is online or not. As mentioned in the ban report, you were not banned for anything involving monuments. You have more than one warning for harassment under your belt, there are actually 3 warnings under your account. You were given a fourth chance after I explained that we take harassment very seriously and it will not be tolerated; this occurred on 12/7. This is many more opportunities than you will find others in this forums have been granted. Upon logging in on 12/10 admins received multiple reports of harassment/toxic behavior. We spent some time reviewing logs that ultimately proved the accusations, thus leading to the ban.

While online, multiple PSAs were posted of the rules, they asked for clarification multiple times before the looting took place and it was given and they acknowledged it and a voice chat was had with one of the players after they were found snooping in multiple bases. They acknowledged that they understood the PvE rules - I then witnessed them continue to snoop. Pictures and evidence available upon request.

Shortly after joining the server player raided another players base, received a warning and was both advised of the rules and where to find them. Proceeded to then raid another players base and received another warning with further explanation of the rules. Player then used what is suspected to be a cheat to discover the code for another players locks and attempted to take over their base.

While attempting to explain the rules, player continued to be combative and disrespectful and was warned that he was on his last chance. Shortly after this warning, he placed a sign of political nature. Another sign, made by this player, of provocative nature was also found. Rules have and will always be posted in the join page to the server. It clearly states that camping of loot rooms, monuments, or any highly concentrated areas is not allowed. I would like to see the proof you have for admins "competing for loot"; especially since this hasn't been witnessed nor noticed as having occurred by anyone else - other admins or players alike. As I mentioned, we have combat logs which reflect the opposite. We do not enjoy banning players, we want every one to come and have a good time. This is why multiple warnings and conversations were attempted prior to the ban.

Your behavior has been witnessed by both admins and players. I’m sorry you feel as though admin are abusing their powers however many other players, as well as combat logs, can confirm that this is not the case. After many general in chat warnings were issued, you still continued to camp/hog monuments. When a conversation was initiated you stated that you felt that you weren’t obligated to follow server rules. I’ll leave out your rude commentary as you selectively have as well. Hopefully you can find a server better suited to your play style in the future. Best of luck.

No amount of money spent on the servers store will ever justify racism. We do not ban players lightly. All logs are reviewed and each case's punishment is determined on an individual basis; depending on the individuals response to the punishment - sometimes second chances are given. After reviewing both chat logs - on all servers - and your responses, it's evident you are having difficulty understanding our zero tolerance rule that is posted on all RustEZ servers. I hope you are able to learn from this and move forward to continue enjoying the game on a server that better fits your style.
