Offender: iliot321 (Steam Profile) (BattleMetrics profile) Server: AU Scourge Time: 05/07/2021 5:37 PM Length: 3 Days Reason: Repeated looting from events they didnt participate in More Info: 03/07/2021 Player was told in game if they did not do damage to heli they are not entitled to the loot. Still attempted to take access but didnt get anything, then left the area. Then again on 05/07/2021 was spoken to in game as well as warned for stealing heli loot they didnt participate in. Later that same day on 05/07 player was found again taking loot from helis they did not participate in. Ban issued given repeated incidences.

Offender: Ski Xam Battlementrics profile Steam profile Server: AU Scourge Time: 03/07/2021 5:35 PM Length: Perm Reason: Player harassment & griefing More Info (Optional): Player was seen harassing other players, was given verbal warning to stop. Had to be removed from the other players base. Once advised of the rules a second time removed from the area, they returned to the same player to continue to harass them. Attempted to steal their car, and gain access to their base through exploits. Console warning provided, and same behaviour continued. Given not showing any indication of attempting to play, ban issued to avoid further disruption to the community

Offender: gamer girl420 (Steam Profile) (BattleMetrics profile) Server: AU Scourge Time: 18/04/2021 9:44 PM Length: 3 day Reason: Griefing & Stealing More Info: Player was seen stealing vehicle from someones base & was sent an initial warning. Later was witnessed stealing car parts again & sent another warning. Within 10 minutes they once again accessed a car & stole parts, and attempted to despawn items from vehicle storage, then destroyed the car.

Player then continued to take vehicle & drive it repeatedly into another player so was kicked, and the car was returned to owner. When player returned, they then went back to original base they stole the car from & continually harassed the owner & accessed car lift to grief the owner

Gave verbal warning to exit base at this stage they did Were then caught stealing a car & were kicked. When returned spoke with players in voice to let them know to leave other players bases alone, and advised again to read the rules. Then were found as a team tagging heli & running into another players base. Video available upon request

Once I spoke with Buster, it was confirmed all the signs were in fact placed & painted by both of you. There is a zero tolerance policy for racism on RustEZ servers. You mentioned in your direct message to me that you placed these signs as a joke - Use of the words & imagery you posted on these signs are in any circumstance absolutely unacceptable, and frankly deplorable. Player was already aware they were on their final warning prior to this incident. Video for reference as needed

Toxicity & abuse is not something that ever will be tolerated in the RustEz community. Multiple times prior to the above incident you were told in voice, in chat, and were present on the servers for PSA's, that server events cannot be called dibs on. I understand you want to enjoy these events - so does everyone else on the server. There is nothing stopping you from participating with other players, and you have been told as much. Each prior time youve been advised, you responded with toxicity, for example telling me to "shut up" for letting you know of server rules, and abusing the other player in voice. In the above ban incident, another player was already taking Garrison by the time you arrived. Instead of talking to them & seeing if you could tackle it together, you started once again abusing them & being incredibly toxic so you were temp muted. Despite your harassment & abuse of the other player, they still offered to share: Your response to this was to place a TC, attempt to grief the other player by blocking access (to the crates they said you could have), and after an unmute, extend your aggression to chat: For the above you received a kick, to hopefully give you time to cool off. When you returned, I came to speak with you to let you know that given your prior toxicity, this was a final warning prior to receiving a ban. Your response to this was to hurl abuse at me in voice, including but not limited to "fuck off slut". This behaviour is not going to be tolerated in our community in any way. You have been given many opportunities by the community as a whole to address your behaviour. This ban will not be lifted. Please use this ban time to consider how you intend to interact with others on the server moving forward. When you return, it will need to be as a part of the community. You will need to share events, exactly as they are intended. You will need to treat others with respect. Additionally - You messaged me asking me to move resources to your TC during your ban period. This is not something admins assist with, so no, I will not be doing this. - Samakeen.

You were first witnessed stealing car parts from players, and were sent a warning verbally in game as well as written telling you stealing was against server rules. You were then witnessed baiting heli to attack another players base directly next to where you wanted to build. Again I spoke to you in game, and another warning was sent telling you that griefing & stealing was not acceptable on this server. Finally, despite the server rules and the above warnings, you were then found to have actively & deliberately built into multiple other players build areas in order to gain access to steal from them. Given the multiple warnings & opportunities you were given to review our rules, and given the sheer level of effort you went to in order to gain access to what wasnt yours shows significant intent. The ban will not be lifted in this case.
