Offender: Jeffhuatua Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 10:25AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Harassment More Info (Optional): on 12/15 a player reported a pattern of harassment directed towards them by their neighbor, in which jeffhuatua was shooting at, following, and jumping on their neighbor who asked them to stop multiple times. Shortly after the admin took the report from and spoke to the player jeffhuatua logged in and immediately began their harassing behavior while the admin was present and watching. Jeffhuatua was then spoken to verbally by the admin who took the report and explained the server rules regarding this matter to which jeffhuatua replied that they understood what they were being told. shortly afterwards on 12/15 jeffhuatua was found to have stolen a significant amount of sulfur from a players furnace, and was caught running away from the players base who they stole from and were in possession of the sulfur that was reported to be missing. another console warning was issued to jeffhuatua notifying them that stealing is against the rules of the server and if they had any further questions or clarification to reach out to staff. on 12/16 jeffhuatua logged in and began to follow and harass their neighbor from the original report again, and was again asked to leave, with jeffhuatua persisting with the harassment until they logged off. Given their short amount of time on our server, and an already 5 day running pattern of harassing their neighbor it's become apparent jeffhuatua has no intention of following the server rules, and a permanent ban was placed on their account to prevent them further harassing their neighbor or any other member of our community. Hi @chadalack I'm A3, the head admin on US Pure. After receiving the request to review your ban, I went back into our evidence logs to ensure the facts surrounding this ban are correct. After my review of the evidence, i can see that you did in fact receive two warnings last month (on the 27th as well as the 29th) for the same infractions of laddering/twigging onto other players bases as evidenced by the multiple logs posted above in the original ban post. Regarding todays incident, I reviewed the investigation, as well as the logs on the player in question, and while you may not have taken any items from the players sleeper, it's still against the server rules to access items, players, sleepers, vehicles or deployables that don't belong to you. additionally, it's also against the server rules to enter another player's base without permission unless that base is clearly marked as being open and accessible to the public. the base in question was fully secured with the exception of a hole in the roof which had to be parkoured up on to to be accessed. Given the evidence logged here, as well as having been given three strikes allowing you plenty of opportunity to become a rule abiding member of our community, it's my opinion that the ban is just at this time and will not be lifted. Offender: Jose Nogueira [PTY] Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:21PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): on 11/10 Jose was found to have stolen another players minicopter as soon as they landed it, and left the area. The responding admin found Jose in possession of the mini, and secured it to return the heli to it's rightful owner. Jose was warned that stealing, including players modes of transportation is against the server rules and that they should type /rules in chat to become familiar with the server rules. on 11/11 while observing another player, i watched Jose fly in on a mini and steal that players personal supply drop. The items were removed from Jose's inventory and returned to their owner. Once again Jose was sent a warning notifying them that stealing including other players personal supply drops is against the server rules and that they should type /rules into chat to bring up the server rules to prevent further infractions and/or being banned on our servers. on 11/12 While assisting another player with items stolen from their corpse, i watched Jose fly in on their mini and loot a different players corpse at Dome. Jose has been given ample opportunity to be a rule abiding member of the rust EZ community and has continued to steal from other players trying to enjoy and/or learn the game. Given their short time on our server, and the frequency of infractions, a permanent ban has been placed on Jose's account.

Your account was banned for griefing and stealing after quite a few incidents. This kind of behavior is not tolerated on any of the RustEZ servers. That being said, you will get a second chance. Admins should be helping everyone regardless of their relationship with the player(s) in need of assistance. I'll admit, theres been players plenty of times that i cant stand, or who i feel will undoubtedly earn themselves a ban, however i go out of my way to help them just the same as multi-year regulars. On the flip side of that, there are certainly times where "assistance" may not look or feel like it, and unfortunately that's part of the policies we must follow at times, such as a case where a mini is stolen for example. I can be provided all the screenshots in the world that it existed, however i cant replace it unless i'm able to ascertain it was actually stolen and/or crashed, which at times can be difficult. I would suggest, if you truly feel an admin is exhibiting favoritism or other poor behavior, to bring it up to the head admin of your server or, if it is the head in question, to leadership. Staff members and their roles can be found in the help tab of the website under "staff"

I did address their help ticket, unfortunately at this point (prior wipe not existing anymore) the issue cannot be investigated further however any steps able to be taken during the investigation at the time of report were taken.

Offender: De4thXwIsH Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 2:48 AM EST Length: 3 days Reason: Looting More Info (Optional): on 6/8 De4thXwIsH was found to have looted another players corpse, claiming it to be their teammates. Their teammate DID die near the player that was looted and the benefit of the doubt was given at the time. De4thXwIsH was still informed about the rules regarding stealing and accessing other players inventories and urged to be more careful in the future. also, on 6/8 De4thXwIsH was found to have accessed a player's base via exploit and stole a significant number of items from a vending machine and BBQ. Further investigation revealed De4thXwIsH was in possession of the exact items/skins the base owner had reported missing and was again warned at that time for violating the server rules and asked to use /rules in chat to bring up the server rules and become familiar with them to avoid any further issues on our server. on 7/8 De4thXwIsH was found to have placed floor spikes against another player's base. De4thXwIsH was warned and advised that this is considered griefing and that traps should only be placed within their own building privilege. on 9/9 while investigating the report of a theft by another player, i found De4thXwIsH's name on the logs of the containers that were stolen from. While I don't believe De4thXwIsH actually stole anything in this particular instance, accessing a players base/inventories/storage without their permission/via exploit (through window bars) is still against the server rules, and given their lengthy history in only a few months of game time on our server, a temporary ban was placed on their account with the hopes that some time to reflect on these actions may curb this behavior, as I believe De4thXwIsH has the ability to be a great asset to our community.

Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:13AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and griefing More Info (Optional): on 2/23 while investigating a theft report, точно showed on the logs of the players sleeper with items reported missing. точно was warned in English and Russian at that time that stealing is not allowed on our server and that they should type /rules in chat to bring up and become familiar with the server rules. on 9/5 While patrolling the map, I found a base that had been twigged onto by точно without the base owner's permission. I removed the twig from the base and sent точно another warning in English and Russian notifying them that player and/or base griefing, including twigging onto other players bases was against the rules and that they should use /rules in chat to become familiar with the server rules as any further infractions could result in a ban from our server. on 9/6 While watching точно after they logged in to the server, I witnessed them enter a player's base, authorize on their TC, and access whatever storage containers weren't locked. Given their two prior warnings for attempting to access other players belongings, including the last one only a day ago, it was decided to place a ban on точно's account to avoid any other players being impacted by точно's toxic gameplay.

Offender: Basil Ebenezer Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 3:16PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and Griefing More Info (Optional): Basil was previously temp banned on EU Pure for stealing and griefing however no notes were logged stating what offenses they might have committed. After a report on the website concerning Basil stealing and griefing other players I logged on to investigate what happened. The reporting players submitted video evidence of Basil stealing from their teammates corpse, as well as griefing and trying to steal their attack helicopter. Further investigation also revealed that basil had twigged onto other players bases without their permission. Consistent with a players return from a temp ban being their "last chance" a ban was placed on Basil's account for these offences.

Offender: Mussarelo Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 11:36PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and griefing More Info (Optional): on 4/17 Mussarelo was warned in english and spanish after it was discovered they had twigged onto another players base. The warning notified Mussarelo that player and base griefing are against the server rules and that they should type /rules in chat to bring up the server rules and become familiar with them. on 7/12 Mussarelo was again warned in english and spanish after they were found to have laddered onto a neighbor's base as well as twigged onto other bases in the area. A quick investigation also found that Mussarelo had been entering neighbors bases and accessing numerous containers within these bases. Again, the warning notified Mussarelo that raiding, stealing, player, and base griefing were against server rules and that they should type /rules into chat to bring up the server rules and become familiar with them as any further infractions of this nature could result in a ban from RustEZ servers. Tonight, a different investigation led me to many more containers with logs on them from Mussarelo. Given their short time on the server, and history of repeatedly ignoring our server rules, a ban was placed on Mussarelo's account to prevent any further impact on the community from their actions.

Offender: Jeremy Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 11:24PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): During my investigation of a player who appeared to be attempting to code lock raid bases, i found jeremy wandering from base to base trying numerous code locks in an attempt to gain access to anything he could, however at this point in time he had not (to my knowledge) entered anyone's base. I posted a PSA with a brief overview of the server rules to chat and watched as jeremy continued to try code lock after code lock. Eventually jeremy came upon a base with a player who was attempting to expand a portion of their base. Jeremy twigged onto this build preventing the player from continuing to build. A warning was sent notifying Jeremy that player and base griefing is against server rules and that they should type /rules in chat to bring up the server rules and prevent future rule infractions. Almost immediately after being sent this warning, Jeremy proceeded to the players swimming pool and drained it with the collection of water bottles in his inventory and dumped them all out on the ground in front of the base owner. At this point Jeremy was kicked from the server with the message "read the rules and rejoin" as well as warned again that player and base griefing is not allowed and that any further infractions could result in a ban from our server. Jeremy was removed from the players base after being kicked. After returning to the server, Jeremy immediately returned to the players base and began to grief them by draining their pool and dumping the water out again. Given their disregard for the server rules, continued player harassment, and base griefing, a permanent ban was placed on their account.

Offender: infisecurity05 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:24PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): on 6/27 infisecurity was warned in english and spanish after investigating a theft of vehicles and base parts that lead back to them. infisecurity had authed on a players TC and taken base parts as well as stole a modular vehicle from within their base. Further investigation found infisecurity had laddered onto 7 other bases besides this one and showed on the logs of storage containers, sleepers and deployables in many of them. Player was notified that stealing, raiding, player, and base griefing was against the server rules and that they should type /rules in chat to bring up and become familiar with the server rules to avoid future incidents, or a server ban. on 7/1 while browsing the map, i came across multiple bases with ladders on them. After investigating it was found that infisecurity had laddered onto at least 4 more bases attempting to gain access to them or their compounds. Given the severity of these offenses and the potential impact to players, along with infisecurity's continued disregard for the server rules, a ban was placed on their account to minimize further impact to the rule abiding players on our server.

Offender: PISS DRAWER Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 11:43PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): While checking in on another players base build, I noticed a player that appeared to be checking out bases in an attempt to enter and/or steal. After following them for a short amount of time, i watched PISS DRAWER enter a players base without a TC and remove a door from that base. PISS was warned that stealing was not allowed on our server and that they should type /rules in chat to bring up the server rules to avoid future incidents. While continuing to follow PISS i soon watched them twig onto another players base, at which time they were kicked with the message "read the rules and rejoin" as well as warned again that stealing, raiding, player and base griefing are all against the server rules and that they should type /rules in chat to bring up the server rules and avoid a ban from our server. Shortly after PISS returned to the server from their kick, they continued on to another base that they began to twig onto, at which point it became apparent that PISS had no intention of following the server rules or playing as a rule abiding member of the community. A permanent ban was placed on their account for griefing.
