"A fair share of the loot for a fair share of the work" was addressed for those events which required such in the form of instanced loot for heli and brad. Additionally a situation such as this is impossible to take action on without having physically been present to see what actually happened, as it's hard to judge exactly what the other player did or didnt do while you're also focused on eliminating targets yourself. If it was determined that a player was acting in bad faith in this regard, it wouldnt warrant more than a speaking to verbally as this specific issue isnt included in the server rules. As far as the "be a decent human being" rule is concerned, our team on US Pure dont believe that's a blank check for enforcement of rules we make up on the spot, and instead use it as a last case scenario. We would much prefer speaking to and reforming players instead of heavy handed admin actions with no backbone for the sake of sending out warnings. At the end of the day we enforce the rules, we do not enforce not rules, and player disputes are best handled amongst themselves both as a communication building tool as well as a dispute resolution tool. ~a3

hello @c0rd0v4n! i'm sorry to hear you ran into an issue with another player while participating in the oil rig monument! on our servers public monuments are open for any and all players to participate and loot. This means that players and teams cannot call dibbs on a monument, even if you were there first, cleared the entire monument, or killed the most scientists. While the other players actions may have been unsavory to say the least, what they did was not against the rules. We do encourage players share loot in these instances, and would suggest speaking to the other player(s) as soon as you notice their presence to come up with an agreeable plan of action beforehand for the best outcome for all parties involved. Again i'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your oil rig run, and if there's anything else you would like to discuss or clarify, dont hesitate to reach out to an admin in game (green names)! ~a3

I love this tbh. Net worth grind/obsession is one of the reasons i avoided the modded servers as a player, and i feel it takes away from the spirit of the community.

The purge system goes off last log OUT not login or currently active. So if you're on day 7 and dont log out before the purge system runs unfortunately all your stuff poofs 😞

Offender: clancy.gilroy420 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 9:37PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing/looting More Info (Optional): On 2/7/22 clancy was warned by another admin for stealing another players mini heli and promptly crashing it. this warning included asking clancy to review /rules to avoid disciplinary action going forward. on 3/28/2022 clancy was again warned by another admin for harassment and griefing after continually shooting rockets at a neighbors mini and scrap helicopter, eventually blowing one up. Again clancy was sent a console warning including the message to review /rules in order to become familiar with what we expect out of players on our servers going forward. on 4/6/22 clancy participated in a team based event another player was hosting. this event required that teammates share a locker in order to store their personal items as well as collect their kits for the event. Clancy took advantage of this and stole his teammates kit out of their shared locker and disappeared from the event. the items were recovered from his inventory at that time and returned to the owner. A console warning was again sent to clancy asking them to please review /rules. on 5/16/22 clancy was console warned by another admin again, this time for stealing loot from a sleepers body. and finally on 8/12/22 I responded to a report of a theft on discord. the reporting player claimed they disconnected and returned to their inventory being empty. I pulled logs from their body, and found the only name on it to be clancy's. upon a search of their base/inventory, every item and quantity of item(s) the player reported missing (95 pistol bullets thompson smg salvage axe and pickaxe 5000 water jug) was found in clancy's possession. at this time the decision was made to place a permanent ban on clancy's account. even after being given a couple "extra chances" clancy continues to show no regard for the server rules, or for the gameplay and enjoyment of his fellow community members.

Offender: POWSTA 416 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 2:12AM EST Length: Perm Reason: harrassment, stealing, griefing More Info (Optional): On 8/11 it was noticed in chat that a player appeared to be having an issue with another player harrassing them while they were out gathering resources. When another admin went to that player to check if everything was okay it was noticed that POWSTA continued to follow and harrass this player even after being asked to stop multiple times. POWSTA was kicked and asked to read the server rules before rejoining. an hour and a half later on 8/12 I was called to a report of a player stealing wood from a campfire the reporting player was actively using. upon checking the logs POWSTA was the only name on the campfire and was in possession of the stolen wood. Another warning was sent asking POWSTA to type /rules in chat and become familiar with them to avoid further warnings or a ban. After their warning for theft I watched POWSTA return to the players base who reported them for stealing wood from their campfire and begin shooting into their base. POWSTA then left, looted some barrels and returned with flares which he promptly threw over the high external walls into the players base area. POWSTA left again and began collecting wood, at which time he placed a TC as close to the players base as he could and began building a tower to gain access to the players base area over their high external walls. Given his disregard for the server rules after being kicked and warned multiple times, ignoring our requests to review the rules, and showing no regard for the gameplay of others, a permanent ban was placed on their account.

Public quarrys, pumpjacks at trainyard, power plant, and water treatment, and GEP are all instanced. On pure, everything you dont want others to access should be secured and locked if possible.

Offender: Ader_cords Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 2:03PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and Griefing More Info (Optional): on 06/06/2022 i was called to a player who claimed their bradley loot was stolen by another player who did not participate in taking the bradley. Upon a search of the area i found Ader_cords nearby with an inventory full of bradley loot. I returned the items to the player who killed brad, and sent a console warning to Ader_cords outlining out policy on stealing and participation in server events such as bradley and the patrol helicopter, the warning included asking them to review /rules to become familiar with and abide by the rules for our server. on 06/29/2022 I was pinged for help on discord regarding a player who stole items from other players that were using a recycler at the supermarket. My investigation concluded Ader_cords was the player who stole the items from the recycler, at which time i sent Ader_cords another console warning outlining our policies on stealing, raiding, and griefing, and again asking them to review /rules to become familiar with the rules of the server to continue playing in our community. This warning was sent in both english and Italian in case there was a language barrier. on 6/30/2022 I was out observing the players online at the time and came across Ader_cords building onto another players structure. Shortly afterwards Ader_cords was watched accessing the inventory of 3 different sleepers and removing items from their inventories. Given their warning history throughout just this wipe, as well as the blatant disregard to their warning yesterday and the gameplay of other players near their base, the decision was made to place a permanent ban on Ader_cords account.

hello and thanks for taking part in our appeals process @smolboihippo, when looking at your account in conjunction with this ban it was noted that on 7/26/2020 you were verbally warned that player griefing was not acceptable behavior, and again multiple times on 10/4 through 10/6 that harrassment and griefing as well as chat toxicity was unacceptable on our server. a month later on 11/09/2020 you were warned for surrounding a players base with tc's and walls and again notified that harrassment and griefing was not going to be tolerated on our servers. which brings us to yesterday where you chose to intentionally inhibit another players gameplay by placing external walls in front of their garage to prevent them from leaving it, instead of using the mute function or ignoring them. the ban is just and it will remain in place.
