Generally as a player i'd only assist someone if they asked for it, and my free boxes were full of "meh" things like tables, tuna can lamps, shelves etc. Everyone has their own way if trying to do things, and a periodic trickling of 4-6k wood/stone isnt necessarily "handing out a free pass" Players donating to these locations is an awesome way to create interaction between each other, and build friendships/discourage poor behavior through creating those connections, and provide an example to new players of what our servers are about. Bad eggs will always come and go, however in the long term, if the community helping someone get on their feet is what causes the good players to stay and eventually "grind their own way" the server only becomes better from it.

These things happen with free boxes unfortunately. Instead of filling the boxes fully, you can trickle items in to prevent large scale taking of items, or use the drop boxes on site and allow the admin team to work those items into the boxes at a slower rate 🙂 alternately, items can be spread amongst the CC at t8 and the rest area at k6 so everything isnt in one location.

I voted keep the same, i havent noticed any complaints about the available space, however i've read plenty of comments about how stable things have been this month which has been awesome to see!

Thank you for replying, Open or unused bases are not an indication of abandonment, and the rule that forbids raiding, stealing, and greifing does not make exceptions for abandoned or unused structures or items that dont belong to yourself. The issue at hand isnt whether you're willing to return the base, items, etc. to the original owner, the issue is with taking something that doesnt belong to you in the first place (in this case another players base.) you were issued a warning and temporary ban after destroying your neighbors scrap heli with the hope that the time off would allow you ample opportunity to review the server rules, and make sure you were clear about the behavior we expect from players on our server(s) with the understanding that not following those rules in the future would result in further disciplinary action. numerous PSA's are posted throughout each wipe detailing these expectations, as well as regularly reminding players they can review the server rules with the /rules command in chat. Given the circumstances, multiple opportunities given to follow server rules, and continued disregard for nearby players, your ban will remain in place. Offender: HolyToledo99 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:30AM Eastern 12/24 Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): Logs showed HolyToledo99 destroying base parts and boxes that werent his own. Upon further investigation it was found that Holytoledo99 had cleared TC auth and locked the base owner out, then proceeded to build a tower on top of the owners existing structure without permission. HolyToledo99 was warned about and temp banned for griefing on 12/15/2021 after blowing up his neighbors scrap heli. The frequency of these griefing incidents, along with disregard for the server rules while being fully aware of the possible punishment for such an offense has led to the decision to enforce a permanent ban on their account. Nominee's IGN: Northstarz Your IGN: a3/0sclauan Server & Region: US pure from my first login to any of the EZ servers, North has been an incredible example of the reason we have the playerbase we do on pure, as well as a huge reason why i ended up calling pure my home for over 1000 hours now. her patience and helpfulness even towards those that may have come on to troll is unrivalled, and her huge shop every wipe without fail is instrumental in helping new players find what they need to become successful for themselves. no matter how busy she is, she'll find the time to help anyone that needs it, while maintaining the same love for the game, players, and community.

lol that was such a fun wipe. we all taught each other so much and had a ton of fun out there in the desert. it was one of my first runs with a pumpjack and full bore public area. wound up with 3 or 4 new steam friends as well 🙂

was that the triangle one? i have most of his map of that version with the exception of the 5th floor. i'll see what i can come up with! he always built them while i collected the mats, however the one i created this wipe seems to function correctly so far!

Through our play time together we both learned a ton about the game, each other, and the community. I'm a quiet, keep to myself person and i think we both brought out the best in each other. I looked forward to our chats about the day, and what we were going to accomplish in game on any particular night. Even after he got sick, he maintained those high spirits, making sure those around him werent worrying at his expense. I continued sending him photos of this wipe on discord so he wouldnt miss out on any of the action, and couldnt wait for his critique of the maze i made (my first! Normally he's the builder lol). I couldnt have asked to meet a better individual to share a base with on this game, and will forever appreciate our time together. Thank you everyone for the support and/or chats working through the situation has left me with a lot of feels to work through. Sometimes in periods of lag EAC will bug out and ban you for 15 minutes, just gotta wait it out, admins cant undo that one 🙂
