Offender: PanDuro Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:29 PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing and stealing More Info (Optional): on 12/23 while patrolling the island, i came across a base that appeared to have been griefed with twig. Upon investigation i found that PanDuro had griefed this base in an attempt to gain access to it. PanDuro was console warned in English and Spanish notifying them about our rules regarding player and base griefing as well as stealing and asking them to type /rules in chat to bring up and become familiar with the server rules. on 12/25 I once again found that PanDuro had griefed a player's base in an attempt to gain access and was successful this time resulting in PanDuro showing on the logs of multiple containers within the base. Further investigation after this incident led me to about 10 different bases PanDuro had griefed in this manner. Once again, a console warning was sent in English and Spanish outlining our rules on player and base griefing as well as asking them to use /rules in chat to bring up and become familiar with the server rules if they wished to continue playing on our server. Today, while finishing a base project I noticed PanDuro had logged onto the server. Upon first teleporting to the player, they appeared to be playing the game normally and I returned to my own business, however a second check a short time later found PanDuro had disconnected after landing their mini on top of another player's base and looting everything within that they could access, while despawning that players items which they didn't want. Given PanDuro's continued disregard for the server rules after multiple opportunities and warnings to try and help them become a good community member, and their already heavy impact to other players on our server, a Permanent ban was placed on their account.

Offender: Cursed Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 6:02 AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): While travelling around the map this morning checking in on things, I happened across a player's base with a significant amount of twig that looked out of place. logs revealed these structures belonged to Cursed who was not teamed with or otherwise associated with the owner of the base. After cleaning up the players base, a warning was sent to Cursed in English and French explaining our rules on player and base griefing and asking them to use /rules in chat to bring up the server rules and become familiar with them. after departing this base i then came across 4 more bases Cursed had built onto in relatively short order. After clearing these off for the base owners and to prevent others from exploiting the structures, i decided to look into things significantly deeper as this appeared to be a much more widespread issue. After making my way around the map to items associated with Cursed, I eventually ended up removing 61 entities from around 20 different players bases around the map. Given Cursed's short time on our server, and to prevent another significant wave of player disruption in the event they ignored their prior warning, I made the decision to place a permanent ban on their account.

Offender: ChatGPT Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 11:34AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): On 12/16 Admins were called to assist a player who had their mode of transportation (a modular vehicle with a camper) stolen. The player who was stolen from spawned on their camper and found themselves locked inside another player's base. Upon investigation it was discovered that ChatGPT had damaged the vehicle enough to remove the lock, then stole the vehicle, parking it within their base. ChatGPT was warned that damaging players modes of transportation and stealing were against the rules, and to use /rules in chat to bring up the server rules and become familiar with them as further occurrences could lead to a ban from our server. This morning, while investigating a sign with a racial slur painted on it, it was discovered that ChatGPT had also painted a penis on that same sign (which was owned by another player) and was warned that Player disrespect/harassment, Pornographic, Sexist, Homophobic, Political, Racist and Controversial Content is not allowed on Rust EZ. Again, ChatGPT was asked to type /rules in chat to become familiar with the server rules so they could continue playing on our servers. in each instance the warnings were sent in English and Chinese to ensure the player had every opportunity to continue as a rule abiding member of our community. shortly afterwards while observing ChatGPT I watched him modify the name of a player's sleeping bag to a homophobic slur. Given the short amount of time since their last warning outlining this same type of behavior not being acceptable, and their continued impact on other players enjoyment of our server, a permanent ban was placed on their account. screenshots available upon request.

Offender: AWP and a dream Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 10:56PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and griefing More Info (Optional): While out browsing the map for shenanigans i came across a base that looked as though it had been griefed. while inspecting this base i found AWP attempting to gain entry by crawling under foundations. Eventually AWP found a hole to crawl through and began surveying the base in an attempt to steal items. When AWP found all the boxes locked, they located the bases owner and began rummaging through their inventory. AWP was removed from the base and issued a console warning notifying them stealing and entering other players bases without permission were both against the rules and to type /rules in chat to bring up a summary of the server rules in order to keep playing on our servers. Shortly after their warning AWP came across another base they entered via base exploit, and again began rummaging through the players sleeper after finding all the boxes in the base locked. This time I kicked AWP from the server with a message asking them to "read the rules and rejoin" as well as sending them a console warning asking them to use /rules in chat to read the server rules and notifying them again that stealing and entering other people's bases without permission was against the rules and that their next offense could lead to a ban. Upon rejoining the server after that warning AWP began running across the map until he came across a gas station with another player using the recycler. AWP pushed the player off the recycler via game mechanics and when the recycler no longer showed "occupied" stole the loot that player was recycling. Given the amount of opportunity given to AWP to be a rule abiding community member and their continued disregard for our server rules in such a short period of time, directly effecting other players enjoyment of the game, the decision was made to place a permanent ban on their account.

Offender: Sweet tea Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:21AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): Multiple players were reporting their bases built onto and/or being stolen from on discord. Upon investigation i found that Sweet tea had been building onto and into bases that looked exploitable to them in an attempt to steal other players items. While cleaning up this spree of griefing, it was found that Sweet tea had built onto 16 different bases, most of which also had players or containers with Sweet tea's name on the logs. Given the widespread nature of this occurrence and the amount of players impacted by Sweet tea's actions, I made the decision to place a permanent ban on their account to prevent another significant portion of the player base being effected by Sweet tea if a console warning were ignored or ineffective, as well as to afford us the opportunity to guide them towards the server rules via the appeal process if they do wish to continue playing on our servers.

Offender: 杀手 banditcamp.com Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:06 AM EST Length: Perm Reason: Stealing and Griefing More Info (Optional): Within the timeframe of two days this wipe 杀手 was witnessed or found to be the culprit of multiple instances of building onto players bases in order to gain access to their belongings, or on logs of players and containers with items reported missing. after 杀手's first two warnings in which they were informed these actions were against the rules and not tolerated on our servers, and 杀手 was asked to review the rules, as well as myself having to kick them and ask them to review the rules, it's become clear that they have no intention of contributing to our PVE community and take any chance they can to steal from others. Given this continued disregard for the rules a permanent ban has been placed on 杀手's account.

Hi @Kungs! The pure servers have been reverting back to actual pure in order to move back to the community tab for a few months now. As of this month (december) vip perks, salvage hammer, and store purchases (aside from subscriptions) no longer work on any of the pure servers. If you'd like your drops delivered on a server with store support all you should have to do is log in to survival, scourge, or elysium. If you'd like a refund or credit you'll have to enter a help ticket so those in charge of the store can give you a hand! -a3

confirmed on next heli. it drops 3 elite crates, not 4 heli crates. I did also see that the heli crate was supposed to be remodeled this month but at any rate if this is correct visually there's still only 3 crates instead of 4 (unless the quantity has been changed as well)

Offender: skipy Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 1:36PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): on 5/15/22 skipy was warned on two separate occasions for stealing another players mini and crashing it, as well as stealing items from another player. In both instances a console warning was sent asking skipy to review the server rules and become familiar with them. On the second warning skipy was informed that any further infractions may result in a ban from our servers. on 11/12/23 Players reached out for help regarding a player who followed them to their dead bodies and began to loot everything off of them before the players had a chance to secure their items. The items/descriptions of the missing items matched almost exactly to what skipy was in possession of in their base and would not have been obtainable within the few minutes skipy had played this wipe without having stolen these items. Given the skipy's history of warnings for theft and ignoring previous warning asking them to play within the rules of the server to avoid creating a poor experience for the community, a permanent ban was placed on skipy's account.

as the ban report states, after being asked not to strip the vehicles for parts by the player giving them away, he returned 30 minutes later and stripped them again after they were all refitted, then proceeded to make call outs in chat asking players if they needed car parts. this is quite literally the definition of player harrassment and griefing. the quality or significance of the items taken is irrelevant as stealing is stealing whether it's 50 charcoal or a full metal kit. information beyond what's included in the ban report is between the player and banning admin, so further discussion on the subject should be limited to a legitimate ban appeal by the banned player. When that happens a determination will be made by the banning admin. Belifend was online at the time and handled the investigation and evidence collection, i was simply assisting.

Hello bilbo, thanks for participating in the appeals process. While i understand that the instancing being removed from giant excavator is a new happening for this month, the admin team has also been posting regular PSA's reminding players of that since wipe day. I also asked and provided roughly 45 minutes of time in game for the player leaving items in the excavator output (with players waiting to use it) to come collect it before investigating to see what was going on as we understand some people may complete other tasks while they wait for GE to run and could forget about it, however this was over 5 hours after you had logged off, blocking the GE from other players to use for a quarter of the day. Typically this would still be a warning or speaking to, however as noted in the original post, this is your fifth warning in 9 months for engaging in activity that impacts the gameplay of others in a negative way. When considering all the circumstances here, including the severity of the infraction(s), your attitude in game, and how players are/were affected, the temporary ban was chosen as the best course of action to try to correct this behavior and to hopefully see you continue on our server as a rule abiding asset to the community upon it's expiration. The temporary ban will not be lifted, and will expire as planned in just under 36 hours from now. Please take this time to review and become familiar with the server rules and we look forward to having you back tomorrow evening! -a3

Offender: Bilbo Server: US Pure Time: 10:38PM EST Length: 3 day Reason: Monument camping/griefing More Info (Optional): On 2/9/23 Bilbo was spoken to verbally about an oversized TC ring around their base claiming more land than they were using right next to bandit camp. Player was informed of the rules regarding builds and claiming area, as well as the rules pertaining to TC's. After our conversation the player willfully reduced their TC ring to a size that brought it in line with the server rules. on 6/9/23 Bilbo was observed camping launch site for a good amount of time. Another admin posted a PSA reminding players that camping monuments was against the server rules and that they should either loot around the area or run the monument instead of waiting for event spawns. Bilbo ignored this PSA and continued to camp until bradley spawned at which point the player killed the bradley and a console warning was issued again reminding them of the monument camping rules. on 7/7/23 Bilbo was once again console warned for an oversized TC ring that blocked off large amounts of unused land, as well as allowed players to build within their tc ring and base. The warning reminded bilbo that blocking off large areas of land with TC's was against the rules and that they would need to reduce the size of their TC ring to bring their build in line with server rules. on 8/4/23 Bilbo was warned for building a base all the way across a river and preventing watercraft access for their neighbors. Bilbo was reminded of our server rules regarding blocking waterways and the need to allow safe passage for watercraft unless it's in an area where watercraft cannot reasonably traverse. on 10/13/23 Bilbo was found to have cleared and fueled GEP, then logged off (in their base, not a d/c) shortly thereafter. While attempting to use the GEP myself i was met with two outputs full of metal frags from the previous user which i revealed to be bilbo. This production was left in the outputs of GEP for over 5 hours preventing other players from running the excavator themselves without risking a theft warning via clearing the outputs to allow the GEP to run. Given the continued lack of consideration for other players on the server, and disregard for warnings and requests to become familiar with the server rules in the past, a temporary 3 day ban was placed on Bilbo's account in an attempt to curb further poor behavior that negatively affects other players on the server. Offender: Victormtz34 Steam | battlemetrics Server: US Pure Time: 12:02 AM EST Length: Perm Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): on 9/2/22 Victor was warned for accessing a player's inventory and base and stealing items that did not belong to them. Victor was sent a console warning informing them that raiding, stealing from players inventories, deployables and modes of transport are all against the rules. Player was urged to type /rules in chat and to familiarize themselves with the rules of the server. on 9/3/22 it was also discovered that victor had taken over another player's base as well in conjunction with their prior warning on 9/22 on 9/4/22 Victor was kicked from the server with a console warning asking them once again to read and become familiar with the rules of the server if they would like to keep playing on our servers. on 4/14/23 Victor was found to have TC'd off over 6 grid squares of unused land in an attempt to grief other players, some of whose bases he had surrounded with tc's. At that time Victor was sent a console warning informing the player that blocking off large areas of land is against the rules and the numerous TC;s and platforms that spread across 6 grids will have to be removed. on 10/6/23 a player notified admins that a player had TC'd off one of the custom monuments on the map, causing the puzzle components to not function for anyone else, as well as surrounding the area to power the monument with foundations connected to the TC. My investigation revealed this base belonged to Victor. After a review of victor's history on our server showing a continued pattern of actions that negatively affect the gameplay of others, as well as regularly using building parts and TC's to grief other players, a permanent ban was placed on their account.

leaving things irrelevant to this announcement out, the modded servers arent dying because they ARE modded, those browsing the modded tab arent looking for a 1x with instancing, they want what those modded servers have, vanilla belongs in community. on the topic of lag, it's impossible to please everyone, because there's an impossible amount of system configurations and no two people will experience their quality of gameplay the same. I'm sorry you were running into issues, however builds that cause lag that can be replicated or are reported by multiple individuals are looked at and the team works with the base owner to try to alleviate those issues, as it would be a gross abuse of our power to make those modifications ourselves when no such rule requires it. We appreciate your feedback about the admin team and we will certainly have future discussions on how we can better help players in need while also tending to our real life commitments. ~A3
