both instances after being banned using the word 'unban' with no apology or going along with the appeal process.

On us scourge the player had an over reaction to a player building a hotel. This player called them out in chat as a scammer, the above pu$$ comments etc (. 2 admins intervened, given verbal warning.)

The rules for cargo turn up in chat when it spawns on the map (or they do so in modded.)
It is first come, first served. Yes players should ideally take part in npc killing for the loot and ideally players should work together and split the crates/loot accordingly as they do with bradley tank and attack heli events. Generosity goes a long way. You can ask for admin assistance if you encounter a player who is just taking loot and you can apply for admin here if you'd like to volunteer. 
We are a community of multiple languages (chat can be turned off, voice chat can be off, not everyone has a mic) and this can be a barrier when communicating in a public event. The public events happen frequently and should be shared around, you have a better chance of doing them solo in off peak hours and later in wipe. 

I was thinking along the same things recently but was also wondering if some of them may be part of the skill tree that is a wip.
Having a pumpjack and running public ones you end up with alot of crude and sometimes more than you are going to get refined before wipe.
Private pumpjacks don't convert low grade to crude but convert low grade to low grade x3 (for level 1.)  Much like how GE gives metal fragments and not metal ore. 
Refineries on modded convert more amounts at the same tick rate meaning less refineries/conveyors are needed overall.

This has already been handled. Please review for further information if needed.

i was doing the ban report as part of my role as head admin on us scourge, when you wanted to know via discord why you were banned. I was talking to my admin team and reviewing our notes and chat logs. I can give information on discord about the ban but as i explained to you i can't take appeals via discord.

I wonder why everyone tells you something different to what they tell everyone else? 

i spoke with stabby on the comment, my admins had already explained why it was hidden and why i had asked no other player to comment. Team drama from the past isn't relevant (to your actions) and this isn't court.

It was reported by the player that you made sexist comments over voice chat to the same player because you did not get given pump jacks at end of wipe. I asked for clips of this and she did not have them. Like your report of that player i can't ban on evidence i don't have. 

This ban takes into account your history on the server.

Player put in a harassment report in regards to another player. this was dealt with, Mr bean carried on name calling the player. Have told player to use mute.

Player has made a few negative comments in past hours over players asking for items. reminded players to use the mute function.

Player has a large horse farm nearby ranch. Asked player to downsize and player eventually agreed to kill 10 horses (it was 10 more than last wipe and i didn't ask them to downsize then so that number must be ok according to the player.) Wanted admin to compensate in scrap or teleporting horses to a new base. Player made note that they spend money on the server (told player it doesn't excuse them from rules), wanted to drag up past wipe things and go on.

had an issue with team drama that's dragged into the community, think situation exploded after they left team. Mr.bean had been rude and misgendering X, this player in return said kys to mr.bean. Player remains adamant that because they knew player before as male and others do the same it was ok for them to continue misgendering them. Both players put in a complaint. Have asked for evidence in the matter on both sides and nothing came forward. Have asked both parties to stay clear of each other and use mute.

This isn't the first conflict you've had within the community, you are well aware of the rules, 3 strikes and how to mute someone. The attacks on this player and overall drama is not something that we welcome in the community. In considering a ban we look at all your history.

For now, the ban will remain in place.
