As stated above someone has used the auto upgrade feature found on the tc. Admins or invisible people don't interfere with gameplay.
Yes if you remove tc contents or it runs out of the materials needed it will stop.
On US scourge we have decay/upkeep so keep that tc full. To remove walls, foundations and items a salvage hammer will do this easily.

interesting, i think people already compete on top networth & flowers sold openly in public chat. The downside to this in /top is that it would encourage large farms to get bigger.

Extensive looting including: car, pumpjack crude, full cloth box, full metal frag box, stone, honey, box of 5.5, extensive end game gun box, explosives and much more all belonging to the work of a team of 3. Winnie the Pooh and team mate were on the logs of all boxes & pj in the base.
The base was left to decay.

In Pure PVE there were some people made to alter and change their build because of these issues. Fair enough.

However, there’s still several places that violate the same things. I mean there’s multiple builds where single players have 60+ vending machines. There’s also still river blocking builds. 

Bring them up with your admins if you are genuinely having issues with a players build or come across a river blocking base.

Building across the river is acceptable if it's after a road or other map asset that blocks access. See picture

The yellow line up to the road needs to keep access of the river unblocked, after road etc (orange line) it's ok to build across.

There's been a long running visual bug that even if the water is off, the sprinklers visually look to be running.
The simpler your water circuit (and all surrounding/nearby circuits for anything) the better.

Reason: Heli raiding bases
More Info: player called heli in, he was luring it to his neighbors base then would hide under twig foundation and trigger heli to shoot rockets at the base. C.image warned the player via voice but he didn't respond, he tp'd to his base.
He was kicked from the server. Player #..FP`-`Kant was kicked (Griefing heli on someones base.) by c-image.
On player reconnecting they came back and proceeded to loot neighbors base.
The incident was reported by another player/neighbor, witnessed by this player who ended up downing the heli to stop the destruction of more bases.

Admin found 2 bases in the area that were destroyed by this tactic.
