I was disappointed to see this, but you had used a short offensive homophobic term to rename another players sleeping bag. It happened in december wipe on the au scourge server.  The word was typed in such a way that it avoids detection by the auto ban script (shortened and in other contexts a double meaning for other regions.) I responded to your dm on discord with a similar explanation as at the time i was a bit busy, thanks for being patient. 
With the information before you, i look forward to your considered appeal.

We do have the NPC garrison that explosives can be used on, have you tried one yet? they come in stone, metal and HQM. You can find the garrisons on the spawn coast, this is the map for the current wipe on Scourge.

I was thinking about your idea, do you mean like a spawn able base event, much like buying a mass supply drop or like an apache distress signal from the /shop BM?
If you haven't heard already the subscriber only (mostly- Death does open it up occasionally to VIP) server Elysium has NPC's at most monuments, making it quite a challenge.

After consideration of your appeal, the ban will be lifted.
Just to clarify: Pump jacks don't decay, pump jacks can't be saved from being purged by placing a TC down (without the owner being on the TC.) We always encourage players to lock their stuff up and we also encourage that if it doesn't belong to you that you don't claim or even look into for your own protection.

You MUST NOT take another players pump jack without permission, even if you intend to help them by doing that.

That being said, you will get a second chance. Just one.
The ban will be lifted, but it will remain on your record.  There will be no additional chances as this post should encourage you to abide by the rules.

Take a few minutes before rejoining, and refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. If you are unclear on any of them, or aren't sure what is permitted, please reach out to the staff and we'll be happy to clarify them for you.

when you upgrade your pj your output storage increases but not your input, shouldn't the input storage increase too. higher level pjs need to be refueled every 4hrs for scourge players.

i'm pretty sure these turn up from time to time on the blackmarket, by permanent you mean always there to buy and not part of the random?

i like the idea, stacking to 10 would be reasonable and help fit more in vending machines and storage boxes.
i place them on weapons like Elixil3 to save space.
Would be nice if the mlrs rockets stacked higher than 6 seeing they have no use on rustEZ.

Asking Tiff (or admin) for some sticks for the vending machine to buy a note to see if you were naughty or nice and then painting a picture that either showed something naughty/nice.
The finished painting is the last item required to finish the hunt, they are displayed in the naughty/nice hut... sadly locked away unless you did the hunt (or the word puzzle) so here they are, i love them all so much!

Tips:
Use the steam marketplace for Rust and use the search to hunt down those skins and see what item it needs.
Rewrite the item list in a vertical list to find the next stage for a missing item to finish the hunt.
Sleds are easily found in gingerbread mines and there's a few in player shops, shop around though!

In the instances that i found your tc at another players pumpjack there were no such signs. As stated above it is completely unnecessary and deployables that don't belong to you should be left alone.

It's dubious to be running the pjs for your own gain while claiming you are keeping them safe.
If a player has any concern over a deployable it is best to bring it to the attention of admins. Pumpjacks are easily reimbursed if needed due to inactivity purge or any other reasons through a help ticket.

You have used multiple pumpjacks without permission including the crude and low grade fuel that did not belong to you.

Given the multiple warnings for griefing on AU Scourge and the continuation of discouraged behaviour over the past year, i regretfully inform you that at this time the ban will not be lifted.

Player was found to have tc'd a lone pumpjack near their base, pumpjack was now running and being used by this player.
I had placed a small amount of low grade fuel and crude from the owners decaying refineries for safekeeping in the pumpjack.

Previously the player had warns for the same behaviour and general griefing.
Despite the warns the player has not deterred and is not willing to follow the /rules of no looting, griefing or stealing of any kind.
1st occurrence in February wipe 2022, 2nd occurrence in April 2022 of accommodating other players pumpjacks and requiring admins to remove tc to allow the owner access to their pumpjack.

Best chance of getting one is in a locked crate that has to be hacked- Oil rig, CH47 events, NPC garrisons. Otherwise check player shops or /shop, recycle for a burst module.

Icy Fire Altar Is found: in the south, in the snow, not on an iceberg. It now also has the event artwork and photos taken by all the players who have found it and heard the giggle.

The items you need for November Scourger hunt are:
10 empty can of beans, burst module, 3 igniters, 30 fire arrows, incendiary rocket, orange boomer, 700 charcoal, A Ice door (use /skin), beach parasol, beenie hat, flame turret, blue keycard, salvaged icepick. Draw something hot or cold (no /sil), 1 photo of the icy fire altar (it exists on the map somewhere.) A joke of your choice is always welcome  but not necessary to complete the hunt.
 

Helpful information:
DLC doesn't need to be purchased to join in, check player shops or Scourger hunt shop at the CC T2/T3 near outpost.
The Icy fire altar is a custom build somewhere on AU Scourge.
Picture can be on any sign, canvas or photo frame. Photo doesn't need to be framed.


There's no rush in the Scourger hunt (unless you leave it to the end of wipe) and everyone who finishes the hunt gets a prize.
On completion of the scourger hunt, you will keep all items except: your picture. What you do with the items
left over is up to you but i suggest you use or recycle them.

Teams are allowed to enter as a joint entry. All team member names need to be on an additional note in the box.

Summon a Tiff in chat suggestions; 'Hey @TiffDust, i'm finished', 'i summon a it's over 9000 Tiff', 'Tiff i'm done' etc. Feel free to drop me a discord DM.

I think it's still possible to alter your bridge to keep inline with the rules. Any other admin would give you a warning also to help you keep inline with the rules that all players follow.
you should still be able to alter it and get height regardless of those tcs.
