With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized. While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.
Words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context.
This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter.
Additionally, this is also stated on Facepunch's Terms of Service.

What is the steam account that you are appealing for?

As discussed it would be best to keep distance to play in peace for both sides.
I want us all to have a great time on US Scourge.
Others can feel uncomfortable even though we are intrigued or trying to be friendly (not intentionally trying to harass.)
Quite often players come from situations (e.g pvp) to rest and play in peace.
Please leave bases when asked and leave players if they seem upset in chat. There's quite a few friendly players who will team up, invite you over for a tour or be willing to share a blueprint or dlc item, just ask in chat.
If there's anything further you are both welcome to dm or put in a help ticket.Please be kind.

Thank you for appealing. We do not lift bans for language which has only one meaning, that being purposefully racist or severely derogatory.
While we do understand that this language permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.
Pejorative terms and derogatory words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. This includes in global chat, on signs, and written on notes or sleeping bags.
I understand your frustration at the time of the water well NPC being killed by players, however this is normal gameplay (not griefing) and doesn't excuse your choice of language.The ban will not be lifted.

Hi, thanks for the report. Unfortunately the mini had been picked up when the admin checked. We've sent a few discord dm's also to follow up but haven't got any reply. If you have a clip or screenshot that shows the player interacting with your mini do let us know. thanks

Shop items that work for pure are all on the events tab and membership tab (there's a disclaimer on memberships * These perks are not available on our vanilla servers.)
It makes it alot easier to tell your friends that it is just the events/membership tab items. Alot of new players on pure don't know what server they are on anyway lol

Zombies do already attack bases, build near roads that spawn loot. If you are in range of a spawned zombie and have it's agro (it can see you) it will start to attack your base that you have auth a tc on. This is why find shop/bases that run turrets near roads, paths and monuments.

Have you got your halloween starter pack from your admins? Also might be worth asking other players or checking their shops for foggers etc. There's normally an ingame halloween event where alot of halloween and frankie items become available as loot.
