I'm currently in the process of writing a new trade system. The cooldown, however, is there to prevent abuse. I will have two methods of trade, one when both parties access a shop front or mailbox without a cooldown, and one that can be done remotely with a cooldown.
@Slippery Mc Nuts This is currently being investigated. I don't have a tag for it yet but it just means I'm still determining whether or not it's plausible with any reasonable implementation.
No issues on our end. This is likely caused by an in-game event that triggered this phenomenon that may have caused client performance issues.
The error above is client-side so I'm not able to see the container it is in. I have seen similar issues when a personal helicopter despawns and I do see a ticket around the same time.
TL;DR Helicopter despawning may have caused client errors to players within a radius of it. None of which effected server stability.
This is something out of our scope as it is all client side, we have no control over it. You could suggest this to Facepunch instead via their suggestion bulletin https://rust.nolt.io/
