You can submit a help ticket to discreetly report the player. When reporting a player, include as much detail as possible: Server and region Player name or SteamID if known Approximate time it happened Grid, coordinates, or nearby landmark What rule was broken What was taken, damaged, blocked, or said Screenshots or video if available Please avoid accusing players publicly in chat. A help ticket lets staff review logs and evidence discreetly. In-game F7 reporting should be used only for players who are hacking/cheating or experiencing game bugs.

No fuel consumption for ovens lets you to smelt ores or refine crude oil without the need for fuel (i.e. wood). It works with the furnace, large furnace and small oil refinery. Please note that this VIP perk is not available on our Pure servers.

We do allow memberships to be transferred to alts accounts or other players. Keep in mind that once it is transferred it no longer is yours (unless you own the other account as well.) Send us a help ticket to request a transfer.

VIP members have access to a portable recycler that can be opened anywhere, allowing you to recycle items without needing to travel to a monument. Does NOT work on Pure or Elysium. Open the recycler Use the recycler instantly without needing to visit a monument. /rec Tip: Run this command from the in-game chat. Optional: bind it to a key Set up a keybind to open the recycler instantly with a single key press. Press F1 to open the console. Paste this bind command: bind <key> chat.say /rec Example: bind b chat.say /rec Note: Key binds are saved client-side, so you only need to set this once.

You'll need to link your Discord account on our website for your role to sync. 1) Head over to rustez.com/link 2) If you haven't already, sign in and proceed to the next step 3) Now click Link your Discord account and log in to your Discord account If your role does not appear after linking, try unlinking and relinking Discord, then wait a few minutes for the role to sync. Make sure you linked Discord from the same RustEZ account connected to your Steam account. If it still does not sync, submit a help ticket with your RustEZ username and Discord username.

You cannot change your username manually but can send us a request to do so for you at https://www.rustez.com/help We enforce usernames so it reflects your actual steam name.

Our servers wipe on the first Thursday of every month, in sync with Rust’s official forced wipe. Rust updates constantly, and wipes are required to apply new content, map changes, and backend improvements that would otherwise break existing saves. A wipe resets the map and most player progress, giving everyone a fresh start and ensuring the server runs on the latest version of the game. On our modded servers, some long-term progression carries over between wipes: Net worth never wipes — it’s your permanent progression Player levels wipe every 3 months, not monthly This means you still get the excitement of a fresh map each month while keeping meaningful long-term goals to work toward. Because we follow the official Rust wipe schedule, you can always expect RustEZ to wipe on the first Thursday of each month.
