You can avoid the explosion by not shooting them in the tank. Bullets will pass through their chest and hit the tank as well so keep that in mind.

With called in events the top 3 players get loot, plus the caller. Instead of top 4 with public events. If you encounter an issue where the caller cannot loot please submit a but report at https://rustez.com/bugs so we can have a look.

Double checked everything on our end and it looks good. I believe the issue is on FP's end but to be sure we'll be regenerating our Rust+ credentials during the servers next scheduled reboot on Wednesday morning.

What server are you trying to connect to? Also, while you wait for a follow up try clearing your maps folder. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\maps
