IS IT WHIP YET? WHENS WHIP? Join us in Discord and on the US-Scourge server for our summer wipe day party, starting at 12:30 pm ET as we count down the last few hours to August wipe. Here is a quick list of what to expect: 12:30-1:30 Zombies Sedan races at Airfield (with Zombies) More Zombies Some heavy entertainment at Oil Rig Probably even more Zombies Launch Site APC and Heli attacks (and Zombies) 2:00-2:30 Following the mayhem, admins will hand out the highly coveted glowing zombie eyes (and other essentials) as we assemble for our final event of this wipe -- a tour of the Scourge Homeless Shelter and the great WHIP DAY bonfire! It's an absolutely glorious sight to see. All players are welcome to join us while we wait for the servers to wipe, even if Scourge is not your usual server. If you need help gearing up for the events, ask for an admin in game chat when you join. Also, keep in mind that there is still a ticket pending for the North of Dome sleeper issues, but nothing that we think will interfere with our wipe day party plans... 3:00 - Wipe Player's choice of events until forced wipe hits and server restarts (pickle roulette, Admin versus player pvp, CH47 flights, more Zombies...)

There appears to be some kind of a bug with the sleepers on US Scourge that are resting in the "Homeless Shelter" just north of Dome. I can't find anything that would cause these issues. When RepeatPete ports new sleepers to the shelter, they all visually glitch out for a few seconds until the new sleeper is ported over. Jack and Mack have reported similar issues -- when they port sleepers to that location the homeless shelter build glitches out, leaving all the sleepers on the ground, exposed to the in-game elements for a brief amount of time. When the sleeper glitch happens, players with bases near the shelter complain that Zombie sounds are amplified to the point it drowns out all other in-game sound. I have no clue what's causing it, but it only happens in this part of the map and this is the location we plan to hold our Wipe Day Party server event on Thursday.

When standing in your build priv area, throwing the salvaged hammer at any item outside your build priv will destroy the item it hits. - This was tested on walls (stone, HQM), foundations (HQM), a large furnace and a tool cupboard. - Items that were destroyed were placed in another player's build priv - Items placed with no TC for build priv also were destroyed. - Verified team/friend checks were off for all tests. -

Are You Scared? Good! Will you run and hide or search the maze for weapons to kill the murderous admins before they find you? In this timed server event, players have only one goal... to stay alive. How The Event Works: Players join the event with an empty inventory and no access to backpacks. When the staging area door opens, players must enter the maze. The door will close, preventing players from entering the maze again if they die. Players will try to stay alive for five minutes. The last player(s) standing when everybody else has fallen are the round winners. There will be multiple rounds of play (to be determined based on total number of event participants). You may choose to run, hide and avoid contact with the maze murderers and be the last player alive. You may also choose to locate weapons hidden in the maze and kill the murderers before they get you. Event Times: Sun July 28: 8-9 pm ET Prizes: All event participants will receive in-game event rewards at the end of each timed maze run. All players who win a timed Maze run event with 5 or more participants will receive one in-game prize (supply signal). Round winners must meet one of the following: Last Player to Die (or) Any Player alive if all admins die. Round winners who stay alive AND kill an admin will also win Gold Egg MVP prize. Top 3 participants who play all starter rounds AND stay to participate in the third final round will also win a $5 RustEZ store credit.

Additional Info: ------------- -- Events (3 or more) run prior to and up to the last event on July 11 (approx 8 pm server time) there was no issue. -- Events (2 total) we have run since July 12 (approx 8 pm server time) have had the issues as reported above. ------------- - Verified I am still unable to TP or revive today 16 hrs after event ended.

Tested 9pm AT July13 -- When admin ends an event players who had joined the event are not able to use /friend and TP to another player. Server responds with ("You are currently in an event.") -- When admin ends event, players are unable to use the revive option if they die. When player dies only "respawn" button shows. - All 3 players (Aurora, Syrius, EvilToasterFry) who joined this event (using /event and leaving only on force leave by admin ending the event) can not TP or revive.

AlrightyThen sometimes puts on an electrical school event which is very helpful. Also, I couldn't agree with you more... the RustEZ community is such a great group of gamers!

Think you have what it takes to earn the title of Top Bow Hunter on RustEZ Scourge? OBJECTIVE: Capture the longest distance zombie kill with any bow weapon. Players on all RustEZ Scourge servers (AU, EU and US) will have from Monday, July 8 to Wednesday, July 31 to submit their best zombie kill shots. RULES FOR ZOMBIE HUNTERS: Upload a full-sized screenshot that clearly shows the hit in the kill feed. No cropping or editing. You may use a Compound Bow, Crossbow or Hunting Bow (any arrow type) for the July Zombie Hunter Challenge. You can work in pairs/groups but only the player name shown in the kill feed can enter the screenshot. Yes, capturing and posting the screenshot is required... No cheating or being dishonest: You will be disqualified from this and all future monthly server challenges. AWARDS: The First Place Zombie Bow Hunter will receive a supply signal AND a Golden Egg wipe day in August. Second and Third place hunters will each receive a supply signal to use on wipe day in August. A random July challenge participant will also win a supply signal, so be sure to post in this forum thread! HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES: Winners are announced in this forum thread prior to the new wipe.
