Offender: Naneco Server: EU Pure Time: 1:17PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Player went out of their way to destroy another player's belongings, then antagonized the victims and ban baited. (Destruction of property was by way of HV rockets and was witnessed by 4 players.) Player has been warned 2 times prior for behaviors and actions that are not in line with server rules.

Offender:kiberlog Steam Server: EU Pure Time: 1:36 PM EST Length: Permenant Reason: Raiding/looting. More Info: Player had been spoken to in the past regarding the rules. First, for a loaded Sam Turret and second for looting from a refinery not belonging to them. Both instances, they were reminded of the rules. Both times, they acknowledged they understood. This incident, they found a problem in a roof, and exploited it, returning to the base over time to completely empty it. Stolen items have been returned to the victim, as much as possible.

Offender:CeZZeR Steam Server:EU Pure Time: 6:52 AM EST Length: Perm. Reason: Stole control over a shop / vending machine that had a small lapse in TC coverage. Admitted this in chat fully knowing the rules. Additionally, found evidence of him trying to take over someone else's base. More Info: Player is well aware of the rules, and willfully did what he did, and bragged about it in chat. 1st image is of the TC they placed to steal control of someone's vending building. 2nd gives time stamp of when he accessed it. 3rd and 4th are another player's base he attempted to take control over. Last image shows his chat log of the incident with the vending building.

Offender:Medceplor Server: AU Scourge Time: 6:25 am EST Length:3 days. Reason: Player entered a base and proceded to try to harm them and caused damages to their vehicle after being asked, then told repeatedly by the player for them to leave. I removed them to the other side of the map and attempted to have a chat. He was made aware of the rules. First group he came across, he stalked, and took an item not intended for him and lied about having been given it. I returned said item, and when attempting to confront the player, he logged. His BM logs should be noted.

Offender: Kimchi BattleMetrics Server: Organization wide. Time: 6:46AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding, looting, stealing and using cheats. More Info: Player was caught using cheats after having been caught and admitting to raiding multiple bases. Was actively witnessed by an admin demonstrating the cheat(wallwalking/flyhacking) as they chose to apologize for their behavior. Player was suspected of cheats when another player found them on top of their 3 story base, with no way up. Player was found to be fully kitted and swimming in resources and had a proper base, 16 minutes in. Some screen shots are below, more evidence will follow as it's presented.

That would be nice, but given that we're not the ones to release the update it'd likely be tricky if not nearly impossible to be exact.

Just tested this myself, I am unable to upgrade a quarry. Had only a level 1 .. cannot upgrade.

After looking into this, you had a very unfortunate typo. I am so sorry for the trouble. Typos are awful, but the ban is gone now.
