Hello and thanks for participating in our ban appeals process. 2 Days ago you weren't playing on and RustEZ servers but you were playing on others. You can find the servers you have played in the history section in the main rust menu. You were banned on our servers on Sept 22. 2021 Your 1st warning was for stealing from a player furnace and it as sent in both English and Spanish. Your 2nd warning was for stealing items from a players body bag/inventory as well as stealing items from a monument you didn't participate or contribute towards. I personally spoke to you about this and also sent a console warning after you continued to laugh and taunt in Spanish and English before flying away with your friend in a mini. Your 3rd and final infraction that led to you being banned was for player griefing and harassments. You entered a players base through a base exploit and refused to leave the base. You became toxic in VC and have been harassing players throughout the day. You were informed/educated on the servers rules & given numerous chances and ample time to correct your gameplay. Instead you chose to continue to break server rules. You were camping a monument after being told it was against the rules. You were at first temporarily banned for continuing to camp launch. After your temp ban was placed a couple players reported that bases and personal inventories were raided and missing numerous items. Your name was found on everyone's inventory along with deployables in bases so your temp ban was then changed to a permanent one. You have broken numerous rules and have been given multiple chances to correct your behavior and game-play on our server and stay in accordance to our rules. Our rules are clearly stated on our splash page when joining. No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind. No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism, or harassment. No camping loot rooms, monuments, or any highly concentrated areas. No building around monuments, or large areas of unused land. You may build on rivers as long as you're not blocking passage for other players. You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players. No controversial or politically-forward verbiage and/or imagery. You were first warned for accessing player bases through base exploits and stealing items. You were warned again by me after you stole, raided and griefed numerous bases and from multiple players. You removed/destroyed player bases after already being warned for doing similar behavior and were given your final warning on 03/12/2022 informing you that stealing, raiding, harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport were all against the rules and bannable offences. You have been given numerous chances to read the servers rules after several console warnings were issued to you. You chose to disregard the servers rules on raiding and griefing of players and bases. As admins we do not make the rules. We are here to uphold the rules that are in place. After reviewing your gameplay on our server and the numerous warnings and chances you have been given your ban will remain in place. I truly hope you find a server that is better suited around your gameplay and game style. Our rules are very clearly stated on the splash when joining our server, In-game when typing /rules, Our website as well as our discord. No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind. No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism, or harassment. No camping loot rooms, monuments, or any highly concentrated areas. No building around monuments, or large areas of unused land. You may build on rivers as long as you're not blocking passage for other players. You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players. No controversial or politically-forward verbiage and/or imagery. Destroying player bases, authorizing on a players TC to remove items, take over bases, modify bases, Raiding bases and stealing from players and deployables that are not yours are all against the rules and bannable offences. As you have shown no remorse for impeding the gameplay and progression of others your permanent ban from all RustEZ servers will remain in place. Offender: mansonman battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 9:23pm eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Base & Player Griefing, Raiding, Stealing. More Info (Optional): Player was first warned and informed on 3/3/2022 that Raiding, Stealing, Griefing and Harassing of Bases, Players and modes of transport are all against the servers rules. The Player was using the Patrol Helicopter to damage and destroy bases. mansonman took over and destroyed multiple bases as well as raided and stole from bases and players. The extent of damage this player has caused is extensive. mansonman has harassed and impeded the gameplay of multiple players. mansonman was given every opportunity to abide by the servers rules and made the conscientious decision to disregard his warnings as well as the servers rules/policies and continue to play and progress by stealing and raiding from other players. Because of the continued Raiding, Stealing, Harassments and Griefing of players and bases mansonman will be banned from our servers and rule abiding community. Due to the amount of bases raided there are more logs & pics available upon request.

Offender: balls (battlemetrics) (Steam Profile) Server: US Pure Time: 3:07 am (Eastern) Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Griefing More Info (Optional): Player was witnessed trying to twig and build onto bases in order to raid and grief. PSA's were posted and a console warning was issued that read the following : "Trying to enter bases through base exploits, Raiding, Stealing, Harassing and Griefing of Players, Bases and Modes of Transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. Please type /rules in chat for rules you NEED to abide by in order to play on our servers. Any continued Raiding/Stealing will result in a ban from all RustEZ servers. TY" Immediately afterwards the player continued to try and enter bases and succeeded. Player stole anything that they were able to and ate and drank the new players food/water and dumped anything he wasn't able to fit into his inventory on the ground to despawn. Due to the complete disregard of the servers rules and game progression of others a permanent ban was implemented.

Offender: OJ #Rustypot Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 3:31 pm (eastern) Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Stealing More Info (Optional): Player was first warned after entering a base through a base exploit and started to raid contents from it. Player was console warned and items were returned. Immediately after the first console warning they once again started stealing from a base through an exploit. and was running up to another base to see if there was a way to gain entry. This player has shown zero regard for the servers rules and the progression and gameplay of others. They were informed of the servers rules and given every opportunity to adhere to them but chose to do the opposite and continue to raid and steal until a permanent ban was placed.

Offender: goblino #rustypot (battlemtrics) (Steam Profile) Server: US Pure Time: 12:57 am (eastern) Length: Permanent Reason: Continued Harassments and Stealing. More Info (Optional): goblino #rustypot was first warned for stealing items from a player and refusing to give the items back. goblino #rustypot's first console warning included our rules on raiding, stealing, griefing and harassing of players, bases as well as modes of transport and that all are against the rules and bannable offences. They were also instructed in the console warn to type /rules in chat for rules they will NEED to abide by in order to remain a part of our community. goblino #rustypot started to try and get a rise out of the community by asking an inappropriate question and was informed that it will not be tolerated on our server. goblino #rustypot received a second warning for false reporting. He and his teammate were calling admins and false reporting on each other. It was explained and told to not waste admin time unless they are in genuine need of admin assistance in any regards to server rules and to play within the servers rules and policies. Another console warning was issued to Inform goblino #rustypot that if he continues to be disruptive a perm ban may be implemented. goblino #rustypot stole everything from a players body bag. When items were being returned goblino #rustypot started dumping loot on the ground and hiding everything else he wanted to save in a satchel. goblino #rustypot was given every opportunity to change the coarse of his gameplay and be a productive and rule abiding member of our community but instead opted to continue to be disruptive and steal from a player without any care to that players game progression. With every opportunity given to goblino #rustypot met with a flippant attitude and disregard for the community and the servers rules a permanent ban was issued.

Offender: SpyckeR (battlemetrics) (Steam Profile) Server: US Pure Time: 4:09 pm (eastern) Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding More Info (Optional): SpyckeR was first warned on 02/13/2022 for accessing a players base and raiding everything from the base along with everything from the base owner while he was offline. The console warning included our rules on raiding, stealing, harassment & griefing of players, bases and modes of transport. The warning was sent in English and Portuguese so there would be no misinterpretation of the servers rules. SpyckeR accessed a players base and TC. SpyckeR raided and stole everything they were able to from the base along with everything the owner had in his inventory making numerous trips to ensure they stole everything. SpyckeR was already warned and given every opportunity to be a part of our RustEZ US Pure community as a rule abiding member but instead made a choice to raid and steal from players and bases. SpyckeR has shown no attempts of playing within RustEZ's rules and policies and because of this has been permanently banned from our servers and the community that plays within them. Due to the amount of bases SpyckeR has raided more logs available upon request and if needed.

Offender: Berry (Battlemetrics) (Steam Profile) Server: US Pure Time: 3:59 Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Stealing More Info (Optional): The first encounter with Berry was after I was called because they stole a players horse. I tried numerous times to talk and interact with the player but they refused to stop riding the horse. I kicked Berry from the server with instruction to read the rules before rejoining and to give me time to return the horse to the owner and send Berry a console warning in English as well as Chinese The console warning said the following (English version) : "Raiding, Stealing, Harassment and Griefing of players, bases and modes of transport (including horses) are all against the rules and bannable offences. Please type /rules in chat for rules you NEED to abide by in order to remain a part of our wonderful community. Horses do not spawn in open world and need to be bought. TY" After the warning a couple players informed me that Berry was looking into players bases and for base exploits to gain entry. As I did not see this happen I followed the player for a couple mins and in that time the player did take things from a furnace that didn't belong to them then saw an opportunity to gain entry into a players base where they started to raid the base and dump numerous items on the ground in order to despawn anything they didn't take. Berry knew that raiding and stealing was against the rules as they were kicked from server and told to read the rules before rejoining then sent a console warning in English as well as Chinese so they were informed and educated on our rules. Berry looked for base exploits and took advantage of them. Berry raided and stole from players with no regard to the base owners progression and gameplay. They had chances to comply with the servers rules and be a part of our community but instead opted to continue to break RustEZ's rules and was banned for it. There is an automated inactive purge timer that all RustEZ servers have. If ever you still question a build we are more than happy to take a look, Investigate and do what's needed 🙂

You can report it to any admin (green names) on your server to investigate the base and TC's. Always feel free to contact admins on your server and report things. We rely heavily on reports from players like you. Report and let us investigate so we can continue to keep the servers as great as they are with a community that cares as much about it as we do.

There is nothing wrong with flags. The flag posted was not the one that was taken down. No controversial or politically-forward verbiage and/or imagery is allowed and if reported will be investigated. As there is no ban to appeal I will lock the thread. Our rules our clearly stated and you were warned last wipe about similar signs and talk. You had more than one sign that was political, politically charged or forward. Our servers have these rules so that it creates a free space for players to play without having to think about irl issues. I understand you feel it is unjust and you want to express yourself. I suggest finding an alternate way of expression so you stay in accordance with our servers rules and continue to be a part of our community. As admins we do not make the rules we are here to ensure the rules are followed by everyone. If we receive reports we investigate and do what we feel is necessary. You already have a prior warning for the same type of offence so you were aware of our rules and created those signs anyways. Instead of issuing you a ban I opted to send another warning and give you an opportunity to correct your gameplay and refrain from painting and posting signs of that nature and stay in accordance with our chat rules/policies.

Offender: Mike (Battlemetrics) (Steam Profile) Server: US Pure Time: 2:39 AM (eastern) Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding, Base Griefing. More Info (Optional): A player requested an admin because they were missing items from a base they built. Upon investigating I found that Mike placed a TC at the reporting players base taking it over and placing an additional door and lock. Mike stole items from the players storage boxes. I issued a console warning informing them that raiding, stealing harassing and griefing of players, bases as well as modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. Mike then went to a secondary players base that was missing a TC and placed his own to take the base over directly after receiving the warning and was informed and knew that placing a tool cupboard at another players base and taking over player bases is griefing and against the rules. Mike then went to another players base that was missing a couple windows and jumped through the window and started to raid the base. Because Mike was issued warnings and given every opportunity to play within RustEZ's rules and showed complete disregard for them and continued to raid and steal form players and bases and his attempts to take over player bases even after warnings proves they have no respect for the game progression of other players and no intentions of following the servers rules. A permanent ban was issued at that time.

Join US Pure on January 2. 2021 @ 2pm & 8pm (eastern) for our RUSTERLAND Event! Event #1 - Pyramid Descent All participants will be equipped with a weapon and ammo as they fight to break the floors from under other players. As players descend down the pyramid they must keep moving and cannot be stationary. Any players that hit the final level of the pyramid are out/killed. Last three players standing will receive a prize for next wipe that will be delivered to the server they play on. 1st place = $5.00 in store credit 2nd place = 1 Golden Egg 3rd place = 2 Supply Signals Event #2 - Siege The Day Two Teams will Authorize on the opposing teams TC's. Each team will be quipped with a rocket bundle and will need to work together to destroy the opposition's buildings. A search light will shine and indicate whenever a TC is destroyed. Each member of the winning team will get 1 golden egg that will be delivered to the server they play on for next wipe. Event #3 - Boat Soccer Two Teams will face off pushing a motor boat into the net. The First team to get the boat into the net wins. No prizes awarded for this event. This is for the lulz and bragging rights. Event #4 - Helli-Uva Good Time A Kit will be provided. Wave after wave of patrol heli's (Karens) will test your shooting, ducking and dodging skills. Learn how to maneuver and fight the patrol helicopter and learn the skill to kill alongside other RustEZ members. This event is focused around teaching players to take the patrol helicopter and gaining confidence and making friends. No prizes awarded for this event. This is to pass the time and have fun.
