Offender: clancy.gilroy420 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 9:37PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing/looting More Info (Optional): On 2/7/22 clancy was warned by another admin for stealing another players mini heli and promptly crashing it. this warning included asking clancy to review /rules to avoid disciplinary action going forward. on 3/28/2022 clancy was again warned by another admin for harassment and griefing after continually shooting rockets at a neighbors mini and scrap helicopter, eventually blowing one up. Again clancy was sent a console warning including the message to review /rules in order to become familiar with what we expect out of players on our servers going forward. on 4/6/22 clancy participated in a team based event another player was hosting. this event required that teammates share a locker in order to store their personal items as well as collect their kits for the event. Clancy took advantage of this and stole his teammates kit out of their shared locker and disappeared from the event. the items were recovered from his inventory at that time and returned to the owner. A console warning was again sent to clancy asking them to please review /rules. on 5/16/22 clancy was console warned by another admin again, this time for stealing loot from a sleepers body. and finally on 8/12/22 I responded to a report of a theft on discord. the reporting player claimed they disconnected and returned to their inventory being empty. I pulled logs from their body, and found the only name on it to be clancy's. upon a search of their base/inventory, every item and quantity of item(s) the player reported missing (95 pistol bullets thompson smg salvage axe and pickaxe 5000 water jug) was found in clancy's possession. at this time the decision was made to place a permanent ban on clancy's account. even after being given a couple "extra chances" clancy continues to show no regard for the server rules, or for the gameplay and enjoyment of his fellow community members.

Offender: POWSTA 416 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 2:12AM EST Length: Perm Reason: harrassment, stealing, griefing More Info (Optional): On 8/11 it was noticed in chat that a player appeared to be having an issue with another player harrassing them while they were out gathering resources. When another admin went to that player to check if everything was okay it was noticed that POWSTA continued to follow and harrass this player even after being asked to stop multiple times. POWSTA was kicked and asked to read the server rules before rejoining. an hour and a half later on 8/12 I was called to a report of a player stealing wood from a campfire the reporting player was actively using. upon checking the logs POWSTA was the only name on the campfire and was in possession of the stolen wood. Another warning was sent asking POWSTA to type /rules in chat and become familiar with them to avoid further warnings or a ban. After their warning for theft I watched POWSTA return to the players base who reported them for stealing wood from their campfire and begin shooting into their base. POWSTA then left, looted some barrels and returned with flares which he promptly threw over the high external walls into the players base area. POWSTA left again and began collecting wood, at which time he placed a TC as close to the players base as he could and began building a tower to gain access to the players base area over their high external walls. Given his disregard for the server rules after being kicked and warned multiple times, ignoring our requests to review the rules, and showing no regard for the gameplay of others, a permanent ban was placed on their account.

Public quarrys, pumpjacks at trainyard, power plant, and water treatment, and GEP are all instanced. On pure, everything you dont want others to access should be secured and locked if possible.

Offender: Ader_cords Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 2:03PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing and Griefing More Info (Optional): on 06/06/2022 i was called to a player who claimed their bradley loot was stolen by another player who did not participate in taking the bradley. Upon a search of the area i found Ader_cords nearby with an inventory full of bradley loot. I returned the items to the player who killed brad, and sent a console warning to Ader_cords outlining out policy on stealing and participation in server events such as bradley and the patrol helicopter, the warning included asking them to review /rules to become familiar with and abide by the rules for our server. on 06/29/2022 I was pinged for help on discord regarding a player who stole items from other players that were using a recycler at the supermarket. My investigation concluded Ader_cords was the player who stole the items from the recycler, at which time i sent Ader_cords another console warning outlining our policies on stealing, raiding, and griefing, and again asking them to review /rules to become familiar with the rules of the server to continue playing in our community. This warning was sent in both english and Italian in case there was a language barrier. on 6/30/2022 I was out observing the players online at the time and came across Ader_cords building onto another players structure. Shortly afterwards Ader_cords was watched accessing the inventory of 3 different sleepers and removing items from their inventories. Given their warning history throughout just this wipe, as well as the blatant disregard to their warning yesterday and the gameplay of other players near their base, the decision was made to place a permanent ban on Ader_cords account.

hello and thanks for taking part in our appeals process @smolboihippo, when looking at your account in conjunction with this ban it was noted that on 7/26/2020 you were verbally warned that player griefing was not acceptable behavior, and again multiple times on 10/4 through 10/6 that harrassment and griefing as well as chat toxicity was unacceptable on our server. a month later on 11/09/2020 you were warned for surrounding a players base with tc's and walls and again notified that harrassment and griefing was not going to be tolerated on our servers. which brings us to yesterday where you chose to intentionally inhibit another players gameplay by placing external walls in front of their garage to prevent them from leaving it, instead of using the mute function or ignoring them. the ban is just and it will remain in place. We wish you the best on finding a server better suited to your playstyle! -a3

Offender: noskoffv Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 11:16AM EST Length: 3 Days Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): On 1/16/22 noskoffv was warned for stealing items from a sleeper and their base, the warning included information on how to look up the rules and become familiar with them so that they may continue to be an upstanding member of our community. Shortly after, on 1/23/22 noskoffv was warned for taking items from an attack heli they did not participate in and were asked to read and become familiar with the server rules. on 2/01/22 noskoffv was again warned by myself for showing on the logs of another players items where a theft with missing items was reported. after this warning noskoff has generally been a good member of the community however today 6/5/22 after a review of the logs, noskoff was found to have removed a players sleeping bag in close proximity to their base. At this time, and given their history, the decision was made to place a temporary ban of 3 days on their account for griefing in an effort to curb this behavior. screenshots available upon request.

Offender: adolbol Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 2:21PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding and stealing More Info (Optional): players in chat were mentioning adolbol appeared to be running around stealing items and had given some items back to a couple players that called them out. After logging in and following adolbol for a short period of time i found them entering bases and accessing containers that didnt belong to them at which time i kicked them asking them to read the rules and rejoin. Awarning was also sent at this time notifying adolbol that raiding, stealing and griefing are against server rules. after rejoining from their kick, adolbol found a base they could access with a car on a lift that he removed the lock on and drove away. at this time adolbol was kicked a second time to allow for recovery of the vehicle. upon adolbol rejoining i became visible and verbally explained the server rules to them. they acknowledged what i said and assured me it wouldnt happen again. a short time later i found adolbol entering another base that was not theirs via base exploit and accessing more containers that did not belong to them. Given adolbols disregard for the server rules and other players enjoyment of the game, as well as adolbols frequency of infractions in such a short amount of time after multiple warnings both verbal and console a permanent ban was placed on their account.

Offender: Andyapcアンディ Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 1:05PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/looting More Info (Optional): Andyapc has been warned multiple times about theft, and raiding other peoples bases both from in game PSA's as well as the warnings they recieved after looting a sleeper, and looting another players base. Less than 24 hours after Andy's previous warning I was called to investigate a base that was raided/looted and found Andyapc's name on every accessible container within the base. Given their continued disregard for our server rules, even after being given multiple chances to correct this behavior, a permanent ban was placed on their account.

Offender: KILL 57 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 1:35AM EST Length: 24 Hour Reason: Monument camping More Info (Optional): I noticed KILL in the guard shack camping launch site during a periodic check of some of the more popular monuments, at which time I posted our PSA about monument/loot camping. KILL ignored the PSA, and continued to hunker down in the guard shack at which time i sent them a warning in both english and russian in an attempt to make sure they understood what was being asked. After recieving the warning KILL continued to camp the guard shack at which time i placed the player back in their base where they AFK'd for a short time. I returned later to find KILL camping the guard shack again, at which time i sent another console warning in russian again letting them know camping monuments/NPC's is not allowed and that it effects others gameplay. This warning was also ignored by KILL at which time a 24 hour ban was implemented in an attempt to curb this behavior and give the player time to review our server rules.

Offender: WifeEater69 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 11:41PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Looting/Greifing More Info (Optional): I was called to a players base to investigate a report of a player using the attack heli to destroy window bars and gain access to a 3rd party's base. Upon gaining access to the base WifeEater accessed a number of containers and a sleeper inside before being confronted by the reporting player at which time WifeEater left the base. After investigating and finding evidence that WifeEater had accessed the base a console warning was sent notifying them that raiding, looting, and griefing are not allowed on our server and to use /rules in chat to become familiar with the rules of the server. Further observation of WifeEater found him attempting to steal another players minicopter then trying to push it off the roof of the base when he found there was no fuel. At this point another admin became visible and verbally notified WifeEater that this is a PVE server, raiding and griefing arent allowed, and that further rule infractions could lead to a ban. after this interaction, WifeEater proceeded to enter another base, access a sleepers inventory as well as a storage container, and authorized on their TC at which time WifeEater was kicked and asked to read the server rules and rejoin along with being sent another console warning notifying him that raiding/griefing/looting are not allowed on the server and to use /rules to become familiar with the server rules and give them an opportunity to change their behavior. After rejoining WifeEater accessed another players base and fully looted their sleeper at which time I placed a ban on their account for raiding/griefing/looting due to their continued disregard for server rules, warnings, and other players gameplay, even after being given every opportunity to change their behavior and act as a responsible/upstanding member of our community.

Offender: KIRAC Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US pure Time: 2200 EST Length: Perm Reason: Stealing/looting More Info (Optional): I was called to assist a player who reported they were missing items and suspected they were looted while offline. after reviewing the logs, KIRAC was the only player who accessed the reporting players inventory, and were in possession of the items declared missing. Having already served a 30 day ban for the same offenses, the decision was made to place a permanent ban on KIRAC's account for continued violation of the server rules.
