Nothing can really be done about this until cars are more developed by facepunch so we can avoid using mods as a community server. The best solution would be to occasionally repair it to ensure it's always 100%. PS: Sorry for the late response, your submission was buried

Scientists should not be spawning unless FP re-enabled them by default. We do have NPCs on survival that players can fight but they're only at large monuments.

@DreSch Would be more of a bother than not finding a tool no one hardly uses to make it a permanent remover. I'll play around with a few things and see if I cannot compromise.

@xl LosT lx VIP comes with the portable recycler which can be accessed with /rec You can still own a physical recycler but you'll need to buy it separately from the store.
