All requests will be held until later today as we're in the works of releasing a new request system to make the process very easy and very quick. You can go ahead and get in line by submitting your recycler or pumpjack request in the appropiate request thread.

Events
A new month brings a new beginning and an end for the past. As always we host pre-wipe events allowing players to fulfill their dreams of being in the cockpit of a helicopter and most importantly a Bradley APC. All players will be able to drive and operate said vehicles along with their arsenal of weapons to fight other players or destroy bases with no prosecution.
Even if you wish to not participate in the pre-wipe events be sure to be on after the wipe to enjoy free airdrops throughout the day!

In my honest opinion, I think 2 weeks is perfect. There are other ways to deal with clutter but for starters, we're doing 5k maps this wipe which should add more spread to structures and reduce the number of entities per chunk. If that doesn't work other measures will be considered.
@Bones We will never resort to using decay or upkeep. Our servers are designed for players to have fun, not give them chores. Our current system works very well, the lag we're having this month is unusual and an issue with the game itself. We just have to sit back and wait for facepunch to properly optimize their game.
If you decay twig, they'll just make it wood. We do have inactive decay that wipes everything when a player hits 14 days of consecutive offline time. If you're experiencing client lag I recommend building away from towns and large structures.
The current skin caching system is broken and does not actually save skins locally and freezes if it attempts to download a skin with broken or impartial skin files. You can bypass this entirely and just only load skins in proximity to you into memory. This will be more resource excessive but will greatly improve skinning time.
Run the following commands in console:
graphics.itemskincache false
writecfg
Writecfg saves the changes into your client's config file as generally upon closing Rust it crashes and any settings changed will delete itself. This will ensure it does not.
We don't have requirements, and we do not do applications. We only bring on referrals and people we find of interest. If you're in fact interested all you have to do is say something and we'll keep you in mind. Just know that doesn't mean you'll be considered.
Hope this clears things up.
