  1. Submit a help ticket so staff can review the situation discreetly. Please include: Server and region Approximate time it happened Location, grid, or nearby landmark Player name if known What was taken, damaged, changed, or blocked Screenshots or video if available Do not accuse players publicly in chat. Staff can check available logs and evidence, but the more details you provide, the easier it is to investigate.
  2. Item restoration is not guaranteed. Rust is a survival game, and items lost through normal gameplay, death, decay, wipes, or despawn are generally not restored. Staff may review cases involving: Store delivery issues Server crashes or rollbacks Confirmed plugin bugs Bodies or bags trapped inside terrain Other unusual server-side issues If you believe your loss was caused by a bug or server issue, submit a help ticket with the server, time, location, what happened, and what was lost. Screenshots or video help a lot.
  3. Staff may be able to help with misplaced or bugged structures/deployables, especially when something blocks access, prevents building, or cannot be removed normally. Staff may not remove items for convenience if they can be handled through normal gameplay.   4. If you are stuck in terrain, a cave, a rock, your base, or behind a lock, try normal in-game options first, such as respawning if it is safe to do so. For our modded servers, you can teleport home or teleport to a player to get yourself unstuck. If you cannot get out or your items/body are inaccessible, submit a help ticket with: Server and region Your location, grid, or nearby landmark What you are stuck in Whether your body/items are involved Screenshot if possible For future bases, we recommend using code locks when possible and keeping backup access to your base.
  5. VIP requires your RustEZ website account to be linked to the correct Steam account before your perks can sync in-game. Before submitting a ticket, please try: Confirm your Steam account is linked at rustez.com/link. Make sure you are logged into the correct RustEZ account. Reconnect to the server. Make sure you are checking the correct server. Remember that some VIP perks are not available on every server. If VIP still does not work, submit a help ticket with your order number, SteamID, and the server where perks are missing.

  21. Revives let you come back to life where you died instead of respawning at a bed or on the beach. This helps you continue from where you left off without having to make the full run back. When revived, you are returned to your death location with a temporary shield, giving you a short window to get out of danger and recover. Your first revive is free. After that, revives become progressively more expensive the more you use them.
  22. Requisitions are server-wide goals that players can contribute resources or credits toward. Once a requisition is completed, everyone receives the server-wide benefit, even if they did not personally donate. Requisitions can be daily, weekly, or monthly. Each one has a time limit. If it is not completed before time runs out, the requisition resets, and all progress toward it is lost. Requisition rewards NPC Vending Restock Restocks all NPC vending machines. Revive Cost Reset Resets revive costs for everyone. Black Market Refresh Refreshes the items available in the black market. The black market still refreshes normally every 3 hours. Double Welfare Increases welfare from 100 credits every 30 minutes to 200 credits. This can stack, adding another 100 credits each time. Home Cost Reset Resets home teleport costs for everyone. Daily Requisition Reset Allows daily requisitions to be completed again. This reward has no cooldown, so once completed, it can be repeated right away. It does not reset any requisitions that are currently in progress.
  23. Challenges are optional activities you can accept for extra rewards. They work like quests and can range from solo objectives to group-based content, depending on the challenge. Access challenges with /ch. From there, you can view available challenges, accept them, and pin active ones to help track your progress. Challenges are split into daily, weekly, and server-wide categories. Once completed, rewards are placed into your pouch and can be claimed at any time. Rewards persist through wipe, but only for a limited time. After a new wipe, you will have a few days to claim any saved rewards before they expire.
