You sure you weren't on the favorites tab? Static skinnables are not supported yet. A static skinnable is basically an item that turns into another item when skinned. No clue why Facepunch did that instead of just doing proper skins. They'll be supported at some point though.

You'll have the option to choose to have a popup with an enhanced image or to instantly apply the skin. This will be apart of version 2.0 that has the settings interface.

Could you clarify on the page reset? Is your sorting set to random? If so you will see what appears to be a reset. That's because in order to change the thumbs up indicator we have to send the entire GUI again.

The skins are actually being downloaded by Steam and stored in your workshop folder. They only need to be downloaded once then they'll pull from your local workshop folder to be cached in memory. You'll notice them start to show much quicker once they're downloaded.

This is something I've been planning in my head for some time. I want to get away from spawnable bases and rather have a monument event with destruction and puzzles instead. Different paths with varying times based on solving puzzles or brute forcing with c4.
