When you use the skin command, a container should appear. You want to drag the item you want to be skinned into the first slot, which will populate the other slots with skins to choose from. Your browser does not support the video tag.

They're normal items, so once they're gone, they're gone. If you lost a store item to anything other than natural causes, you could submit a ticket for a replacement. Please have a look at our FAQ: https://rustez.com/faq/5-store-faq/
