With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized. While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter.
Words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. You wrote the word out not once, but twice. The ban was done manually as you had strategically placed stars inside the word so that it would not be picked up by the autoban filter. This word usually results in an immediate permanent ban when written in chat, that is automatically placed by the server's filter.
Additionally, this is also stated on Facepunch's Terms of Service.

Saturday, November 13 at 8PM EST, on US Scourge!How to Play
This event is a free-for-all style and the goal is to knock your opponents down off the twig platforms and into the spikes below. Everyone will start at the top of the structure, and players will slowly fall.
Rules and Info
- The last three players alive on the twig platforms will receive the top three prizes
- Players will be given a kit consisting of a weapon, clothing, and ammo (usually a wooden bow, 100 wooden arrows, and one fire arrow).
- Each player will have ONE fire arrow that will instantly break a platform. Use them wisely!
- If you hit the spikes, or are not on a twig platform, you are out of the competition.It is possible to fall multiple levels which could get you in a wounded state. If you don't get back up, and die, you are out, although you can try to convince other players to help you back up.
If you fall and hit the next floor you may shoot the platforms above you if there are players above. However, if you are out of the competition, including in the spike traps but still alive, you are not allowed to continue shooting the platforms above you. This will disqualify you from future rounds. Also, playing and glitching by standing on the wall frames will get you a disqualification.
Prizes
There will be multiple rounds. Prizes for the early rounds will consist of in-game items.
The final round will be for the following BIG prizes!
1st place: $10 RustEZ store credit
2nd place: $5 RustEZ store credit
3rd place: 1x Gold egg
*Prizes can be delivered to another RustEZ server upon request.*
Just a reminder that all server rules apply during events as well.

Reason: Raiding, griefing, and looting.
More Info (Optional):Previously warned for griefing after player report that last night they got into an altercation and he destroyed the other team''s vehicle, and was attempting to code lock raid them. Player left, and returned when the victims had logged off to complete the raid, destroy the base, and steal a huge amount of items.
One of the victims logged on today to find that they were indeed successful in their attempts to code lock raid them.
Player spent over an hour destroying and removing items from the code lock raided base, putting up their own locks, and taking multiple items, including vehicles, back to their own base. Pouring salt in the wound, they placed their own painting and box, with a cassette recorder inside to 'rick roll' the victims.
Screenshots show the start and end of the raid. Player removed over 200 items from the base. In the screenshots of the base, the Christmas lights demarcate the size and shape of the base pre-raid.
Considering the severity of the raid, and the lengths the player went to hurt and troll the victims, a 7-dan ban has been placed.

Unlike the TV show, if you are 'eliminated' from one Game, you WILL be allowed to join the next.
Exact event rules to be explained at the beginning of the event.
Prizes:
Each game is slightly different in how winners will be decided and prizes handed out. There will be a ton of prizes to be won throughout the event!
Surviving and winning a game entails both living until the end of the game, and completing the required tasks.
Finalists:
- If, by the end of the three games, there is only ONE player who has SURVIVED and won all three games, they will win $10 RustEZ store credit.
- If there are multiple players who survive and win all games, up to three will win $5 RustEZ store credit.
- If more than three players survive and win all games, then there will be no store credit prizes, but all finalists will still win in-game prizes.

The word you used is a homophobic slur and is not allowed to be used anywhere on RustEZ servers or in the Discord. There is zero tolerance for its use. This includes in game chat, voice chat, on notes, keys, and sleeping bags. This is completely unacceptable behaviour and goes against our server rules. We do not tolerate player disrespect or homophobia. Especially the use of a terrible slur with a history of being extremely hurtful and offensive.
Things such as player history have no impact on our decisions when looking at appeals for language bans. For more information, please see this FAQ topic here.

US Scourge Event: Horse and Rocket League!
Event: Saturday, September 25 at 8PM EST on US Scourge
Everyone is welcome to join! Prizes will be delivered to any RustEZ server upon request.
A new twist on Rocket League brings us back to the Wild West era. No cars, no sedans. Just horses, rocket launchers, and mayhem.
How the Event Works
Players join the event with an empty inventory and no access to backpacks or chat commands.
Players will be divided up into two teams. Everyone will be equipped with the same kit.
The first game will be in rounds for prizes. The first team to hit 3 points will win!
Afterwards, more twists will be introduced to the game, for some rounds that will be just for fun.
Prizes
The first game will be for prizes. All players on the winning team will 3x supply signals. Players from all servers and regions are more than welcome to join! Prizes can be transferred to other RustEZ servers upon request.

In this case, I will add that you did not rename your own bag, but rather were in another player's base, one where you do not have tool cupboard authorization, and renamed their bag to "f****t shack". This is completely unacceptable behaviour and goes against our server rules. We do not tolerate player disrespect or homophobia. Especially the use of a terrible slur with a history of being extremely hurtful and offensive.

The original ban on May 14, and the alt account which you made to circumvent the ban was banned on June 2, so it has only been a few months, and definitely not over a year.
I am willing to lift the ban and give you one final chance to play on RustEZ servers. Bear in mind that any further rulebreaks will result in an immediate permanent ban with no more chances to appeal.
I highly recommend you take the time to look over our server rules carefully and reach out if you have any questions about them.
● No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.
● No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment.
● No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.
● You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
● No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land.Please read the splash page as well, as each server type has slight variations regarding specific features of those servers. As well, pornographic images must be kept inside a locked base with no windows and no public access.
I trust you will use this rare opportunity well.

More Info (Optional):Player had previously received a warning for not sharing garrison loot/stealing.
On August 30, player (either intentionally or unintentionally) got the tool cupboard of a base destroyed by the patrol helicopter.
They then placed their own tool cupboard and sleeping bag at this location, and proceeded to raid it over the next few hours, looting and stealing absolutely everything they could.

Due to the serious nature of the offense, as well as their previous warning, and that they have had plenty of time to review the server rules, a 7-day ban was implemented.

US Scourge Event: The Great Christmas Tree Challenge of 2021!

Welcome to The Great Christmas Tree Challenge of 2021!
When: Starting NOW, until Thursday, December 2 at 1PM EST (just before wipe).
Where: US Scourge
This multi-part challenge may be difficult, but is very rewarding. Every player that completes all parts of the challenge will receive ONE fully decorated Christmas tree this wipe (November) and ONE fully decorated Christmas tree next wipe (December). This is a great way to get a head start on your festive decorating!
How it works:
There are SEVEN parts to this challenge. All must be completed in order to receive prizes. Everyone who completes all seven parts will get prizes.
You must complete the parts of the challenge in order, and complete all parts.
The starting location will be posted in this topic. At the end of each part, there will be a dropbox. Players must enter their in-game name on a note and submit it in the dropbox at the end of each challenge to receive prizes. In case you forget to bring a note or wood with you, there will be boxes as well with empty notes.
IMPORTANT: It is very important that you double check that the note actually saved before submitting! To do this, write on the note, then click to something else in your inventory. If the note has saved properly, it will still show the writing, and you should be okay to submit it.
Players from other servers are more than welcome to join and participate. Just be sure to write on the note which server you would like your prizes on.
