I witnessed them enter a players base and when I popped in to have a chat they kept leaving and ignoring me, so they were kicked, warned and advised to review the rules before rejoining. Within 2 minutes of them rejoining, they looted another sleeper. Ban Implemented due to blatant disregard for the rules.

(C) Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 5/14/2021 5:41 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting/Player Disrespect More Info (optional): When the player first joined the server, they were welcomed by me and advised to review the server rules. Multiple PSA's were issued during their time online regarding looting, raiding, stealing and toxic behavior. As soon as this player joined the server they began looting bases and approached another player begging for items and began swearing at them and belittling them when they were denied free things. The player the had approached informed them of the server rules and the player told them to "Fuck off cunt" before moving onto their next victim. I witnessed them enter another players base and begin accessing this, at which time I posted another PSA and sent the player a console warning. Within minutes of this they moved on to loot another base. When I approached them, they attempted to deny everything and then walked away while I was talking yelling back "I don't hear a question. I don't have to listen to you.". I caught up with them again and informed them that following the server rules is not a suggestion but a requirement to remain on the server. I began going through the rules when they continually interrupted me saying "Their loot sucked anyways. I didn't go in anyone's stuff. I don't have to listen to you." Given the multiple ignored attempts to smooth things over and have a chance to enjoy the RustEZ server's, I felt there was no choice but to ban the player to prevent further disruptions among the community.

Another player has had chainlink fences disappear from their base. Nothing around the missing fences, nor the horse, has been damaged. Heli hasn't been up since they were last there and there is no record of the fences being removed by another player.

Actually, I told you (and your friend/teammate when they asked) exactly where the addendum to politics was located. Even after I stated where to find it, you still struggled to comprehend this rule. As death and I have both stated, the majority of the rules are also found on the server connect page, which you can access regardless of your status on the server. I also explained to you that we’re limited in what we’re able to place in these locations and that’s why it was located on the forums rather than the connect page. I directed you as much as I could before it got to a point where you were trying to waste both of our time, and I put my foot down. Its a shame you’re still struggling with this, but we can only help you so much. You have hit a point where an admin, a head admin and the admin who maintains RustEZ have all laid things out for you very clearly. It’s time to reflect on that and everything that has been said.

Offender: jxlis Steam ID BM ID , ZOOM Steam ID BM ID & the_real_xboox61 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 5/12/2021 11:36 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Greifing More Info (optional): All 3 players had been previously spoken to about the server rules twice tonight, the most recent having occurred one hour before the ban took place. These players then took a flame thrower and used it to destroy another persons base. All of the rules were thoroughly explained the these players and they were given ample opportunity to be wonderful members of our community. Given the complete disregard for rules, a ban was implemented for all three players to keep them from continuing to disrupt the gameplay of others.

Offender: DanN Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 5/12/2021 9:53 PM Length: 30 Days Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player was found having looted another player by accessing their base through base exploits. When confronted they continued to deny it and claim they didn't know what I was talking about. I explained that admins are able to see loot logs, giving them undeniable proof that a player has accessed a container. He still tried to deny having done it and then suicided and logged. Player has been banned for 30 days to learn the server rules and understand that they are strictly upheld.

Offender: Liquid Crab Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 5/12/2021 10:12 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player was warned twice on 5/8/2021 for accessing another players base and looted their boxes and for looting another players refinery. After these two warnings, the player still chose to access another players base and loot them. Ban implemented to prevent further disruption to the server.

Hello Gryff, Thanks for taking the time to make an appeal. Your friends ban and yours are completely unrelated, so I will not be addressing that in this forum. I noticed the sign on your base as we were next to it when I came over to confront your friend. I politely asked you to change the sign as it goes against RustEZ's stance on politics. Rather than comply, you spent 5 minutes trying to argue with me and kept saying "its just white and black on a sign" I kept asking you to change the sign and let you know that admins aren't here to argue the rules, but to uphold them. You followed this up with "So what, you're gonna ban be for a sign?" I replied that if you refused to comply with server rules, there are consequences. You replied "then I guess you'll have to ban me. its just a sign". Considering your disregard for the rules, and attempt to bluff your way out of the ban, it will not be lifted. Spend the next 30 days reviewing the server rules and I hope to see you back as a wonderful member of the server. AMSullivan

Hello ricky, Here is a link to your original ban report: As you can see here, you were not banned just for looting, but for repeatedly breaking server rules even after admins had given you multiple warnings and repeatedly tried to explain the server rules to you. You'll also see that this is your second ban from the RustEZ community. Every time admins tried to explain the server rules you were repeatedly dismissive, in fact during your final conversation on the server, I personally was trying to explain the rules to you when you said this: and immediately left the server before finishing our conversation. Considering the repeated dismissive attitude towards admins, the server rules, the number of infractions and the fact that this was your second RustEZ ban, I've determined that it will not be lifted. Offender: aflafol19 Steam ID BM ID Server: US Pure Time: 4/29/2021 11:38 PM Length: Permanent Reason: Looting More Info (optional): Player was verbally and console warned at 11:25 PM for harassing another player, following them around and trying to loot from them. They acknowledged that they understood the rules as I explained them. 8 minutes after being warned, they proceeded to do the exact same thing to another player and when that player accidentally DC'd, they looted them and the recycler they had been using.

Filled all 3 quarries completely before logging yesterday, today they're all completely empty.

I've been leaving 1 LGF in each of the quarries over night to keep track of this. Last night the sulfur quarry lost its inventory, the other two were fine.

Last few times I've completely filled the quarries they've been empty when I check back a couple days (IRL) later.

They first attempted to lie about it until I said I had the logs to prove it. They then apologized and said they understood. Less than 5 minutes after we had this discussion they continued to access other player's bases and loot them.
