No other reports to my knowledge. Is the player you're trading escaping the trade window?

I remember this being an issue some time ago but I was under the impression it was fixed. I'll look into it tomorrow and hopefully have a fix then.

Cupboards have a weird overlapping mechanic that gives rights to the owner of the cupboard that was placed first. The elevation likely prioritized your TC over there's. Not sure why this overlapping was implemented but I had it confirmed by Facepunch as an intentional feature.

This is a known bug when using auto start with pipes. I would turn that off if it's constantly running.

There was never a share option for them. I may consider adding locks to them giving the new farming update but I'll be closing this as this is more of a suggestion.

Bug has been identified and is caused when a player places a bed or bag before interfacing with home menu during that session. Data is only cached after first use which means, if a placement is made without doing so, the data is overwritten.
