  3. We're aware of the client performance issues due to the entity count. We will try our best to avoid doing inactive decay as we do on our other servers. We will be making changes as of next wipe that should help such as higher upkeep cost and a larger map to help spread entities. In the future, I plan to develop an incremental upkeep system that will get more expensive the longer a base is inactive. Even if the player is not inactive, bases that are not visited for a long period of time will decay faster and use more resources to upkeep. This system will be pretty intensive so it'll be unlikely to be seen any time soon until I get everything else as optimized as possible.
  4. Based on the base lighting you're either playing on Pure PvE or Casual PvPvE which is vanilla gameplay. We do have servers with no fuel consumption for lights that you can leave on without having to refuel or even fuel it for it to toggle on. These servers include Survival and Scourge PvE. Barricades placed out in the open are against the rules and should be removed by an admin. The map is rather large so we're not able to cover everything alone. If you find any simply report it to us and we'll remove it.

  6. The /remove command has no functionality anymore. Simply just equip a salvaged hammer and go to town.

    @Killerluigi91 Recyclers are no longer permanent but there are a few exceptions 1) If you purchased one prior to the price change (about 3 months ago) you can request a full refund into account credit 2) If you purchased a week prior to wipe Let me know if you meet the criteria and I'll get you set up!

An update for all of those who have recently applied We're a tad backlogged as we work to reorganize our team internally, as well as, improve the entire process of recruitment and training to open the door for brighter opportunity. Much time has been invested in redeveloping our training process to take the burden away from having to wait until a senior or head admin is freed up to train. Recently we've been battling some pretty serious issues from prefab errors, RPC disconnects and some entities not allowing interactions so today I spent the majority of my morning going through all the errors and destroying any entity that returned the wrong prefab ID. Because of this, all recyclers, pumpjacks, cave lifts, and puzzle switches/doors have been removed. I went around and manually respawned most, if not all, monument recyclers and pumpjacks while also adding them to monuments where they do not belong to help out noobs. If there are any missing or in the wrong location let me know so I can address it. Also, if you come across a cave exit with no lift let me know so I can respawn it. Bandit town shops are now fixed, recyclers are once again interactable as well as industrial doors. I am not concerned with the remaining prefab errors as it'd cause more harm than good trying to resolve. Everything is in working and stable condition as we slowly limb to wipe day.   23. Event Information To celebrate the upcoming spooky holiday we've (I have) decided to host a costume event! Players who wish to participate can skin their gear in a spooky fashion with the set theme of zombies! All participants will be rewarded and have a chance to see their costume added into the game as a zombie skin! Event Rules For better chances at winning it's important to refrain from excessive use of armor (bone, wood, metal, armored) and focus on the true "zombie" feel. Which, for us, is torn, blood-spattered and undeadfuly spooky attire. Instructions You can participate on any server, however, our Survival and Scourge servers have /skin which will let you skin thousands of workshop skins for free. If you can obtain skins by other means that is accepted. Throwing together workshop links will also be accepted. You don't even need to skin items to win, just find them! Winners There is no cap on how many players can win or how many times a single player can win. Submit as many skin sets as you'd like! All sets must include at least two articles of clothing. Full sets will be the most appealing but to each their own! Rewards Each accepted set from any individual will be rewarded with $5 Credit to your EZ wallet to be used on anything in our store!

In addition to a complete recode of the store, I've also made an entirely custom item handler to address network-related bugs introduced this month and to improve the overall performance of the store. You will also see many changes to how items are delivered and announced. You'll see all these changes below! Reminder Pumpjacks and Recyclers are no longer permanent and will need to be purchased every wipe. This change is to completely automate the delivery of all store items which has deprecated the old requests system. The prices have been significantly reduced to accommodate these changes. You can request a full refund into account credit to be used on future store purchases if you purchased either of these items before these changes were committed. You may request a refund in #help . New Item Don't let the product picture fool you, because it should. I ran out of energy to try to render out the actual prefabs model. For now, appreciate what you got! Bug Fixes The store now gives out the right pumpjack entity. Recycler, pumpjack, water well, windmill and hobo barrels can now be picked up using salvaged hammer instead of disappearing into the abyss. Recycler, pumpjack, water well, windmill and hobo barrels now give the appropriate quantity instead of just one. Fixed NRE on stacking when store delivered more than one of the same item. You once again get your own supply signal when you purchase an air raid. Unknown wire-type disconnect fixed. (Was caused by multiple givealls being fired simultaneously) Issues with Mass Drop, Pookie Raid, and Mass Gift have been resolved and are now back in stock on the store. Fixed pumpjack item icon. Recycler now places as a large chest for better size comparison. Windmills and pumpjacks can now only be placed on the ground. Adding funds to your wallet no longer triggers a mass gift. (Don't ask) New Features Events now give a 30-second warning to players. If you purchase an event you will now see how many players received your goodwill in chat. Detailed chat messages now specify what items you received and from who. Inventory checks implemented to prevent store tasks from being triggered on a full inventory.   25. We recently just did a rough implementation of the level system so expect instant crafting within the next couple of days.
