As of 9-13-2017 I've been experiencing internet issues as a direct result of a faulty modem. Due to my carrier being a dirty pigeon I cannot buy a new modem and instead have to wait for them to ship their replacement equipment. As of 9-14-2017, it's important for players to upgrade any twig buildings they may have to avoid the new twig decay feature. Once you place a foundation or foundation wall you will have 7 days (1 week) to upgrade it to at least wood to avoid decay.
